Great job to J and his team. Great customer service and clean rooms!! You can tell J and his staff care and are going the extra mile for their guests. This is what quality is all about. Hyatt Place was a great respite during our work retreat/conference. The rooms were well-appointed. I had a great view of the baseball field. Everything was clean and I felt safe since I had to use my key card to access the elevator up to my room.
