"Good day. We had the all-inclusive package, and I wasn't entirely pleased with how restrictive it was; many things are limited with this system, and these details aren't explained during check-in. Otherwise, everything else was enjoyable."

"Aloft Palm Jumeirah is a decent 3.5-star stay — good, but not exceptional. The concept is modern and youthful, with a nice rooftop vibe and great views of the Palm. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for something more relaxed and budget-friendly in Dubai. Staff is generally friendly and the atmosphere is easygoing. However, the overall experience feels closer to mid-range than premium. Rooms are okay but not impressive, and some areas could use better maintenance and attention to detail. Service can be inconsistent at times. Overall: nice concept, good views, chill vibe — but don’t expect a high-end luxury experience."

"I stayed at the hotel from July 30th to August 1st and had a positive experience with the room, which was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful sea view. The hotel's location is also excellent. However, my experience with the reception department was unfortunately below expectations. Check-in took over 30 minutes upon arrival. When I asked to see the room before checking in, I was told there was only one staff member available to accompany me, and I had to wait a long time. Afterwards, I requested assistance to get to my room as I didn't know the way, and again, the answer was that only one staff member was available. I also ordered a hamburger from room service, but it wasn't the quality I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. On the day of departure, I returned to the hotel a little before 12 PM and asked the reception for an extra hour to pack my belongings, which was approved. After I finished, I requested someone to help me with my bags, but despite calling twice, their arrival was delayed, and I had to wait until they finally showed up. What bothered me the most was retrieving the security deposit. There was a discussion about late fees, even though I had previously received approval for the extension, and part of the delay was due to waiting for assistance with my luggage. At the end of the discussion, one of the reception managers spoke to me in a way that I felt was inappropriate, saying something to the effect of: ”Take your deposit and don't come back.” I felt that this approach was not fitting for guest service and did not reflect the level of hospitality Dubai is known for. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location, view, and cleanliness, but the reception service and how certain situations are handled need significant improvement. I hope the hotel management focuses on training its staff in professional communication with guests, as this would greatly enhance the stay experience."

"During my two-day stay, the master bedroom's bathtub and shower were unusable. The water temperature was too low, reaching a maximum of 39 degrees Celsius even when turned up all the way, and it wouldn't maintain that temperature. Hotel staff came to check and discuss three times, each time claiming the equipment was working fine and advising that the bathtub shouldn't be filled more than halfway with hot water. However, in reality, the hot water in the tub only lasted for 2-3 minutes before turning lukewarm. The entire bathing experience cooled down within 5 minutes, leaving not even enough lukewarm water for a shower. The second bedroom had the same issue; after the first person used it, even waiting over half an hour wasn't enough for the next person to have a complete hot shower. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel and doesn't meet its service standards. The entire communication process severely disrupted our travel plans. Furthermore, from the night of check-in until the next morning, all four phones in our suite were unable to connect to the front desk for assistance. Eventually, we had to rely on Trip.com to contact staff to come to our standalone building for repairs. On the positive side, the suite had good views. At the breakfast buffet, when we asked if they had Spanish coffee, they initially said no, but then directly brought us a prepared cup, which was a nice touch and made us feel a bit touched."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort was nothing short of impressive! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a true sense of luxury. The overwater villas and lagoon access rooms are stunning, offering both privacy and breathtaking views. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of modern comfort and Thai-inspired elegance. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious cuisines, and the breakfast selection was outstanding. The private beach and pools were immaculate, and the serene atmosphere made it feel like a tropical escape right in Dubai. What truly stood out was the attentiveness of the staff — always friendly, helpful, and ready to make every moment special. It’s an ideal destination for relaxation, romance, and family getaways. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!"

"Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean. "

"Lovely stay yet again. However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all. Even though there was only 20 mins left and all that buffet food would have been wasted- sounds bizarre to me but the manager wouldn’t budge. Later another manager apologised to me about it when I told her. It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for. Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view."

"This is a massive resort, located at the very tip of the Palm Jumeirah. The architecture is grand, stately, and very well-designed. There are pools, a beach, a water park, various activities like ping pong and a golf practice range, and an abundance of facilities for children. Our room was a high-floor, sea-view room, and standing by the window, the view outside was simply breathtaking. Even though the resort has been operating for 18 years, it's incredibly well-maintained. Despite the large number of guests, especially children, everything runs smoothly and is very well-managed. All the glass doors and windows are immaculately clean, not a single fingerprint, because staff are constantly wiping them down. We discreetly counted several swimming pools, and one of them alone had eight lifeguards on duty. There's a great variety of dining options, including Michelin three-star and one-star restaurants, as well as two buffets. Breakfast was generally good. A special shout-out to our dinner at the Michelin one-star Hakkasan – the food was delicious, the quality was excellent, and the ambiance was very elegant and upscale. Next door, the new Atlantis The Royal has opened, and guests staying here can take a shuttle to visit it. The staff are all incredibly proactive, enthusiastic, and super patient. They always make sure to diligently complete whatever you ask of them before moving on."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – We Wish We Had Stayed Longer! We stayed at the Sheraton in Dubai for two nights as a family of four, and we honestly wish we had booked a longer stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Jazz at check-in, who made us feel so welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. Every member of staff was exceptional—from the bellhops who helped with our luggage, to the housekeeping team, and the staff in the cafeteria restaurant. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was modern, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out in Dubai. We genuinely couldn’t find a single negative thing about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning the next time we’re in Dubai. 10/10. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!"

"It’s ok. Nice 5 star hotel with clean rooms and facilities. The location is ok, coz you need always a taxi if you don’t want to stay in the hotel. It’s a hotel, not a resort like Atlantis or others. Its not allowed to take towels from the hotel to public beaches or waterparks. Hotel Pool and Beach is ok. Benefit is a playroom for kids. The food is great, a bit pricy though. The staff is really kind and helpful, top service."
