房間太普通，因為在假期，性價比底。服務一塌糊塗，訂了3號樓房間，在另外一棟樓大概離前台2百多米，沒有接駁車，也沒有人幫忙拿一下行李。早上退房下雨，打電話到前台要求幫忙拿一下行李，被告知沒有上班，沒有人可以幫忙，全部淋濕。這麼大一個酒店居然沒有人可以幫忙，可想而知這是一個什麼樣的酒店服務。

在市區鬧中取靜，車位非常充足，環境優美有人工湖可以拍照打卡一波，服務很到位恰逢七夕節入住送了水果和玫瑰，客房不緊張的情況下給升級了，但還是喜歡高樓層換回了3號樓，走時送了小禮物，非常不錯的入住體驗～

設施：與同檔次亞朵、全季差不多，可以接受～～可能是新裝修剛入住有點味道～～
衞生：中規中矩吧，説的過去了～
環境：住的二號樓，窗外10米有賣笨雞和洗車店，半夜3點左右雞叫，關窗後聽不到了！除去這點賓館環境還是不錯的，後面有獨立花園～～
服務：前台、保潔人員服務都不錯。下午還有贈水果，退房時贈了小禮物，很貼心～～ 以上都是實事求是的客觀評價！

樓棟外部環境還可以，但是樓道和房間的裝修味道實在太大了，尤其樓道都嗆人。
房間是那種公寓小户型改裝的，沒有活動空間，沒有沙發，沒有桌椅，沒有行李架，床距離門口一米，門是普通門，整個晚上樓道的聲音聽得清清楚楚。而且天花板上一直有水流聲還是新風系統的聲音，
根本沒法安睡。
房間沒有小冰箱，衞生間沒有晾衣繩。
這種新酒店比之亞朵，全季差的地方就是業餘，不考慮真正的居住屬性。

衹能説物超所值，酒店的整體佈局，可以媲美5星酒店，價格合適。早餐豐富，環境也很棒。帶娃出遊，考慮的比較多，設施陳舊的酒店不考慮，太高端的酒店經濟能力有限也不考慮。選擇了海悦真的讓我感覺特別好。純分享，不是博主，如果你也帶娃或者長者出行，放心選擇這家。

房間地板不乾淨，還有上一個房客留下的頭髮和剪過的指甲。走路到海邊要15分鐘，走路距離內周圍沒有吃飯的地方。看着前台服務態度挺好，本來懶得寫評價了，但是退房時我們房卡丟了一張還扣了50塊錢按金，這個收費合規嗎？既然給自己定位為四星級高檔酒店，這種小錢賺的很沒必要，給房卡的時候也沒有説明丟了要扣錢，暑假的放假跟五星級酒店差不多了，就給人這種體驗嗎？
