he rooms were very spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The location couldn’t be more perfect. central to all the local attractions,restaurants and shops. Georgia was absolutely amazing, accommodating all our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. She booked restaurants for us at short notice and recommended places to celebrate my birthday. If we needed anything for the room or had any concerns they were dealt with immediately and with a big smile. She is super professional and friendly and a big part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for making our stay extra special. If you’re hesitating on where to stay, dont. Pick this place it’s excellent.

Location is excellent, well placed to walk to all the major attractions in Rome, just 8 mins from the Pantheon and Trevi fountain and about 15 mins to the Colosseum. The view when you walk out into the street is striking. Room had everything we needed. There was a hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, and coffee maker. Staff were excellent, Sofia and Angelica were very helpful even before we arrived and shared excellent restaurant reservations, booked airport taxis, met us on arrival and had us checked in and in the room in about 3 minutes! We would stay here again as it was a very easy, enjoyable stay due to the staff.

Firstly it’s a suite only in name. It’s basically a few rooms in a building with 3 “hotels”. They do not have a front desk and so difficult to contact anyone for any problem, esp if after 7 pm. There is a busy street on which it is situated and all street noise carries to the room. It’s gets listed as breakfast included but there is no breakfast possible at site as there is no kitchen. Also the room is listed as one which is 30m2 but is not even 18m2. Not sure if they are including all the passages on the floor. Only positive is the location is close to all the monuments of tourist interest so would get at least one star. Finally the worst of behaviors - when they realize they would get a poor review they show the booking at *********** as a no show. V poor. And they blame *********** for whatever is listed in the site Bottom line not value for money and not professional

We were on a family trip, 18 people traveling together. Got 5 apar**ents, each different and all very beautiful and conveniently equipped. Sofia took perfect care of our every need, and our stay was just perfect! The location is very central - all the famous monuments are within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Highly recommended :) I hope I get to visit again!
