Great area to stay as well as access to amenities! It is a a little ways away from Rome and can be difficult to get a taxi at times and you will have to pay a bigger fee if coming from the city or airport but being next to a bus stop is helpful. Having a store, quick bite, and restaurant on site was helpful. Room was decent and had the necessities. Enjoyed my stay there!

I booked on a special offer, I was very worried that I would get a bad room, but everything went great. I want to note the excellent location relative to the terminus with things and a suitcase in 5 minutes and it was convenient to leave by bus from Via Cliotti. I want to note, I wrote that it is important to me clean bed linen - no complaints, I stayed for 5 nights it was even changed once, the water pressure and the presence of hot water are also all normal. I want to note the friendliness of the staff at the reception at any shift responded to any question. Pros reception 24/7 there is an elevator with luggage you can go up. Other reviews complained about the noise, I apparently had good double-glazed windows with closed ones slept great, when airing of course it was noisier did not bother me take earplugs if this is important. I walked everywhere, even to the Vatican in 1 hour. Cleaning daily, there is a refrigerator, luggage and things can be left after check-out. I will stay again if I visit Rome. By the way, I even liked the design of the corridors, I had a wonderful painting opposite the exit, I'm attaching a photo)

The room was OK, but it was not warm at this time. There was no heating, only the air conditioning was uncomfortable, everything else was OK. The location was convenient, there were many restaurants downstairs. The supermarket was not far away.

It is more or less 20mins on foot from Termini station. The bunk bed has no stairs to go to top bed. There is no socket plug in each bed. In the room only one has a socket plug near their bed. You have to pay when you leave your luggage after check out. No towel, shower gel provided. They should add more toilets and shower.

For me everything was perfect here.
Exceptionally good location.
Very friendly, very clean (special thanks for that), quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows.
At the reception they give recommendations on restaurants, on the most interesting places of the city.
The apartments have a peculiarity, if they are on the 4th floor, then there is a narrow staircase and no elevator. For me it is not a problem, but if you are physically poorly prepared, you should take this into account.
I will gladly come back again and recommend it to everyone.

The hotel located not far from Roma Termini and I have no issue to find the hotel when my flight arrived late at night. The bathroom clean everyday and the staffs very friendly and helpfull as well.
For me,the issue when i arrived to check in..i need to climb 8-9stairs carried my luggage (20kg),exhausted.
It would be nice if have lift. I am very luckily my room located 1st floor. Others the hotel have a great service and the people are very great. Enjoyable stay at Rome on my 1st time.

It's a fast chain hotel.
The good points of this hotel: the location is very good, the train station and various attractions are within walking distance. I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment to catch a flight, which is very convenient.
The front desk is very enthusiastic, and there is a grandfather who is very nice. I went to catch the train at 5 am. Since the elevator 🛗 is a manual one, if there is a floor that is not closed, the elevator will be useless. The grandfather personally helped me lift the suitcase to the first floor!
The price-performance ratio is too high! It is the cheapest hotel I stayed in during this trip to Europe.
If you want to experience living in a beautiful old house in Rome, this is a very good hotel

Hotel very well located, 4 minutes walk from the termini, 15 minutes from the coliseum, the cleanliness of the room and the place were excellent. And the best of all is the attention you receive from the first day you arrive from Mrs. Esperanza (reception), she guides you through everything and helps you resolve any questions you have, she is very very kind. 100% recommended, important note the room has heating and the TV with internet, wifi

EEdciaIt is a very easy location to be found , few min from Manzoni station , personal was very helpful, friendly making your stay special , the guess organize different activities everyday making it more cozy . Room was clean and private , you got all you need .

GGuest UserIt was my first time to experience multiple people living in one room. Since we arrived late, there was only one upper bunk available. In general, everyone is quite careful and tries not to affect others, but some noise is inevitable, especially when climbing up and down the bed. Because I had to leave early the next day, I didn't have time to eat breakfast according to the hotel's breakfast schedule. I told the front desk about the situation and the service staff helped me coordinate with the restaurant staff and packed up my breakfast to take away. I like the service. There are many types of breakfast. The location of the hotel is also convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station and the Trevi Fountain.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient. Close to metro stations Vittorio Emanuele and Termini easy to get around the area. There's also a supermarket one block away. The staff is really helpful and polite.
To use the AC, you need to pay 5 € a night.
The beds are comfortable and clean

I would like to say it's definitely value for money:
1. Perfect location: right besides the Colosseo, great wonders right outsides the window, felt like travelling back to the accient times.
2. Convenient transportation: only 15 minutes to Termini station by walk, 3 minutes to Colosseo metro station.
3. Many restaurants, bars, groceries in surrounding area for multi choices of eating and relax.
4. Old building with traditional decoration and an elevator, room is quiet and a bit tiny but fully equipped with all necessary accomendation items.
5. The old gentlemen in the reception are nice and friendly, made a tour plan with a map for me.

GGuest UserThe place is clean, interesting, loacted at the very top of the building (no worries, there is a fancy elevator too). Staff is 24/7 and amazing, always ready to serve, empathetic and willing to help ad be friendly. Rooms are spacious and always clean and the location is at a good walking distance from the major city sight seeing as well. It is in a state district where all the buildings belong to state organs (such as mnistry of defence, presidetial residence, etc.), so the neighbourhood is clean and quiet at night. In a couple minute walk, you can get to a restaurant, supermarket, bar, bus or metro. I totally recommend!

LLori C.A two-star hotel in an ideal location near Vatican City, gelato shops, shopping areas, and restaurants. I was warmly greeted on a hot day and was allowed to check in early. The room was small but clean, and I felt very safe. It is a short seven-minute walk to the nearest SIT airport bus station. I loved the 24-hour front desk, which allowed me to refill my water bottle and grab a banana before my early departure. The only negatives were the requirement to turn in your key when you leave the hotel and that the safe did not work in my room.

NNR~A very clean and spacious room. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water works perfectly well especially during this cold winter.
I highly recommend this place to all.
Their staffs were very kind and helpful. Location is great especially if you have an early airport bus to catch or morning train departure.
This is a well maintained old building, and i appreciate that the hotel did some upgrading work to refurbish the bathroom/room.

However, the facility is a little old and there is no lift so it is inconvenient to move.
But it is a good hotel to offset the shortcomings due to its good location and low prices.
The white owner was a bit unkind, and the Indian employee was kind in the morning.

Toilet, shower, air conditioner, bed, everything has no problem and good quality! You can use a hair dryer at the room.
The staff was also kind and nice. They told us good places to visit in Italy.
The Location was super, it was only five minutes from Termini station.
I saw many bad reviews of this hostel on Google maps, maybe the shared rooms are not good. So I definitely recommend you to book private, double bed room if you visit there with more than 2 people. The price wasn’t much different!
Careful: They don’t have a towel and it’s a bit difficult to get into the hostel at the first time.
