The location is very convenient, a 5-minute walk from the subway station and many restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and offered us water while we were waiting for our room. The best thing is that it provides luggage storage. We checked out early in the morning and went to Naples and got our luggage back after 9pm without any problem! In addition, although the breakfast options are not many, they are all carefully selected and of high quality. It would be even better if the room provides bottled water.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, and can be reached on foot. There are also many restaurants around, which is quite convenient. The room we booked has a large bed and 2 sofa beds side by side, which is suitable for family travel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and will contact guests by email in advance about their arrival time because they don't start work until 8:00. When checking in, they will help answer questions enthusiastically. Room keys, keys to the first floor of the apartment, and keys to the block gate will be issued to facilitate entry and exit at night. If you check out early, you need to leave three keys at the front desk. The hotel elevator is a very old one, very small, and if there are a lot of luggage or people, you have to go upstairs in batches.
Disadvantages: The hotel rooms feel like separated rooms, and the sound insulation effect is not that good. The design of the shower room in the room bathroom is rather strange, there is one piece of glass missing, water will flow out of the shower room, it will be a bit cold to take a shower in winter. The hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, you have to bring your own.

Stayed for 5 consecutive nights. It is only 5 minutes away from Rome Termini Train Station. It is convenient for travel. There are many restaurants within a few hundred meters around. I ate at several of them and they all tasted great! The color of the hotel is as warm as the front desk lady. The front desk lady also helped write 13 postcards! The breakfast is also very rich. I ate different breakfasts for 5 days. It is worth staying here!

這家套房酒店其實是私人公寓。因為有老式的電梯，很有趣。
位置就在西班牙台階附近，離最近的地鐵站也就五六分鐘的距離。
衹是衞生情況很一般，床單整單都有黃色黑色的各種印記。雖然感覺是洗過的，但是還是沒法和酒店的相比。而且雖然床單應該是換過的，但是所用的被褥是裸露在外面的，衹是用被罩簡單的包裹一下而已，所以能夠看清明顯的污漬。
另外熱水器估計是年代夠久，所以淋浴時會出現忽冷忽熱的現象。開一會兒熱水就會變成冷的了。需要重新關閉龍頭，等一會兒再開啟，隔一會兒才會有熱水。所以在我們入住的兩天時間，由於天氣還是有點涼的，特別是晚上。所以洗澡容易感冒。
另外下水道不是特別通暢，而且由於是很老的公寓了，所以味道也相對大一些。
房間裡邊有不少油畫，還有一架鋼琴。當初也是因為圖片上的這個原因才選擇了這家酒店。但這些油畫其實品質非常一般，而且顏色都特別深，有些還都起皺了。鋼琴也是嚴重跑調，估計沒有調過音。女兒本來還想利用這架鋼琴為我們演奏一曲，這下也就衹能算了。
不過公寓的主人或者是管理人是個比較熱情的意大利人，可以加他微信聯繫各種問題。
公寓對面就是一個小小的家樂福超市。由於公寓無法提供早餐，所以我們的早餐基本上都是對過的。家樂福超市採購的。
總體來講6000多兩個晚上，可能不如住酒店了。至少衞生很多，也不會有淋浴的問題存在。

I stayed here for 4 days, I have nothing bad to say!
I was in a single room, it's very basic but personally, I don't need anything else from a hotel apart from a bed and bathroom, so in that respect it was perfectly adequate. Reception were friendly and helpful and multilingual, the location is right outside the station alongside many shops and restaurants. Overall very happy with my stay, I would definitely stay here again!

Very helpful and professional at the reception. The single room was spacious, clean and warm. A wide range of options for breakfast but just bread and jam and fresh fruit for vegans. Great position: 2 minutes from Termini metro and train station or 20/25 minutes walking from all the main attractions like Trevi fountain or Colosseo. The area seemed very safe to me. Highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations. Everything was good. Close to the metro station, clean, great services. Cannot talk about the food because we did not eat there. Maybe would have been good to have some slippers in the room, as i doubt most people bring their own, especially if it's a short trip, but besides that everything was good. Would definitely come back.

Everything is good. The staffs were friendly and passionate, the breakfast is good with multiple choices and the room is neat and clean but a bit dim. I located at the Rome centre, therefore you can visit every tourist spots on feet. Many restaurants nearby with reasonable price and good taste. One thing to be aware of is the hot water in bathroom. It required delicate adjustment for shower to prevent getting burnt.

Just a road down from Roma Trastevere station, it is a two-block hostel. Many common areas for you to hang out and relax with a kitchen, ping pong table, laundry room, and fussball table.
The biggest standout for me would be the clean and spacious bathrooms. Also, it’s walkable to the station which gets you around the city.

CCkComfortable bed, friendly staffs. But a little bit drawback for the location some distance from the Rome termini station and metro station. No much breakfast option surrounding the hotel, hence must buy the hotel breakfast. Basic and tasty breakfast serving by the hotel but the coffee is superb.

Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters).
Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself.
The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in.
Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking.
The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom.
That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

Room was clean and everything worked.
Staff were both friendly and efficient : nothing was too much trouble .
Good wifi.
Breakfast buffet was limited but everything was there and we enjoyed every morning .

MMikeJMJonesI was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The area might be a tiny bit dodgy at night... but you can still safely buy some pizza and supplies. It's well lit and busy... the hotel itself could not be better positioned for the train station entrance (10 meters)! Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were decent. I would definitely stay again if I had an early train or was arriving late one night into the station.

AamirThe hotel is in a convenient location, close to the Metro station. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. However, the reception staff's behavior was not satisfactory. We arrived late for check-in, and the person at the desk was not courteous. Additionally, one night at midnight, I needed water, but the receptionist told me I could only pay with coins (not a card), which I didn't have, and he refused to provide me with water.
There was no blanket available, and he informed us that it wouldn't be available until after September.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

JjimmyzhangyeThe first hotel to stay after arriving in Italy, 7-8 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a bus at the door to the Plaza de Espana. Because the surrounding areas are residential areas, it feels that prices are much cheaper than scenic spots. The bed at Best Western is still very comfortable, but the Italian double bed is composed of two beds. If there are children sleeping, it is better to make a large bed.

It is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Plaza de Espana and Borghese Park.
The reception staff are also very friendly. Luggage storage service is also available.
The bedding is clean and the cleanliness is good. I like the tile floor.
- The room is long and small. There is not much room to open the suitcase.
There is no refrigerator.
There are cracks or worn parts in the bathroom shower booth or sink.
Amenities provided are disposable cups for brushing teeth, shower gel and soap.
Breakfast is very simple. (Some breads, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, yogurt, coffee machines, juices, jams and teas are all available. There are no salads or fruits.)
Among expensive lodgings in Rome, a single room like this is not bad for the price.
It was a short itinerary and the time I stayed in the hotel was not long, so it was okay.
