The day before we arrived, Shirley proactively reached out to us, carefully asking about our needs. She helped us arrange our room type in advance and even kindly installed a bed rail for our child, which was incredibly detailed and considerate. She patiently explained the park's attractions and daily activity schedules, saving us a lot of hassle. During our stay, her responses were incredibly fast, and she was always willing to help. Whether it was a request for the room or advice on our itinerary, she was always gentle, patient, professional, and efficient. She consistently anticipated our needs, and her attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. Her service throughout was genuine and heartfelt, making us feel truly at home and ensuring our vacation was warm and comfortable."

"Banxia Hotel! The name itself speaks volumes about summer! They chose a high floor for me! The room was spotless and clean! The lighting was great! The living room was spacious and had a large refrigerator! The large balcony had an incredible 180-degree ocean view! You can also see the ocean from your room! Sitting on the balcony at night, listening to the waves and feeling the sea breeze was incredibly relaxing! We stayed for four nights! Both adults and children didn't want to leave! I hope to stay here again next year! The hotel is very close to the beach! Just a few dozen meters downstairs is the beach 🏖️, so convenient! Overall, I was very satisfied!"

"My overall experience was mediocre, with a polarizing mix of pros and cons. My stay at this hotel was, to put it mildly, quite average. There were numerous issues throughout, with only a few minor details managing to salvage some goodwill. I'm sharing this honest review for anyone considering staying here. First, let's talk about the check-in process, which significantly impacted my experience. It was incredibly convoluted and inconvenient. As a guest who booked through Trip.com, I couldn't check in at a convenient spot. Instead, I had to lug heavy luggage nearly 200 meters, navigating twists and turns just to find the registration desk. The whole process was exhausting and frustrating. Even though I checked in during the off-season, which should have made things smoother, the queue was filled with complaints. Guests were generally unhappy with the hotel's arrangements. Even with the front desk staff's polite and patient demeanor, it did little to alleviate everyone's poor mood. Next, the hotel's facilities and room experience fell far short of expectations. I specifically booked a room with a pool, but the pool's cleanliness was shockingly bad. There were bugs, ants, and debris on the water surface and around it – I wouldn't dare swim in it. The supposed recreational amenity was useless. The room itself felt very damp, making it uncomfortable to stay in for long. The overall decor was old-fashioned and tacky. Furthermore, the hotel's signage was extremely unclear. Check-in was on the third floor, but to find my room, I had to go to the first floor and then navigate a confusing maze. There was no logical flow, and I spent a lot of energy just trying to find my way around during my stay. Dining was even more disappointing. The breakfast buffet was set up in a conference room, leading to a crowded and chaotic dining experience. It was completely uncomfortable and lacked the quality and atmosphere one would expect from a hotel breakfast. However, the hotel staff's overall service attitude was excellent. They were responsive to issues and even provided a barrier for me, which was one of the few redeeming qualities. For parents traveling with children, I strongly advise against ordering food from delivery platforms. The hotel's in-room dining menu far exceeded expectations. The Hainanese chicken rice, in particular, was outstanding – clean ingredients, excellent taste, and far superior to food from delivery apps like **. This was truly the only pleasant surprise of my stay."

"Facilities: The hot spring is definitely the biggest highlight here, and the pool is great too. Service: The service was very warm and friendly, up to Hilton's usual standards. They even upgraded our room for free. Cleanliness: Nothing to complain about, also up to Hilton standards. Environment: The view from the window of the rainforest and pool was quite nice. However, the view from the corridor window was of some small houses, which was a minor drawback."

We then took our haul to the seafood processing shop next door to have it cooked on the spot; the taste was incredibly fresh! This place doesn't have that cold, impersonal hotel feel; instead, it's full of warmth, humanity, and a real sense of local life. I honestly wish I could stay here forever."

"This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything, from the rooms to the service and the little details, is incredibly thoughtful and family-friendly. We originally booked for two nights but ended up extending for another because there was just so much to do! The hotel's design is brilliant, with a strong theme, and the balcony's shading design provides excellent ocean views. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with no strange smells and fantastic soundproofing. Hot water in the bathroom was instant, which was a huge plus! Our butler, Anna, was incredibly responsive and attentive. The staff at the go-kart track were also super patient and thorough in explaining how to operate them, unlike other places where they just tell you a couple of things and let you figure it out. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of fresh food, catering to all ages. I was especially impressed that the braised beef brisket at the noodle station wasn't a pre-made dish – it was genuinely slow-cooked on the spot! The pool area was diverse and fun, and they even provided arm floats, so there's no need to bring your own – 100 points for attention to detail! The only tiny improvement I could suggest would be offering memory foam pillows. Bringing kids here truly allows you to relax and enjoy yourself without worries! What's even more surprising is that the hotel lobby is inspired by Li ethnic rattan weaving art, with an open dome design that is spacious and bright, full of rich local cultural charm, allowing you to experience a unique artistic atmosphere even while traveling. **Room Facilities: Double Guarantee of Comfort and Quality** The interior of the rooms features solid wood furniture paired with soft sheer curtains, allowing natural light and sea breeze to enter, creating a warm and romantic ambiance. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are of high quality, and thoughtful amenities like cotton swabs and cotton pads are provided for women, showing meticulous attention to detail. Some suites also have independent viewing balconies or large panoramic windows, making the sea or garden view a natural backdrop for the room, truly achieving the pleasant feeling of ”vacationing at home.” **Service Experience: Thoughtful Care that Permeates** From check-in to check-out, the hotel's service team remained enthusiastic and professional. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. They also proactively offered advice on local attractions and transportation information. What's even more touching is the hotel's focus on personalized service, such as providing children's play facilities and family activities for families with children, and complimentary room upgrades for guests with special needs. Even when problems arose late at night, staff responded promptly and helped, truly making you feel the warmth of ”home.” **Value for Money: An Excellent Choice for a Stay** Despite such a high-quality environment, the hotel's prices are very reasonable, offering exceptional value for money. Whether it's a romantic trip by the sea or a joyful family vacation, Qinhe Hotel can provide a high-quality experience at an affordable price, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of your trip without worrying about your budget. I will definitely choose this place again next time."

"The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! "The hotel more looks like a bed and breakfast than a 4 star hotel. The room we booked was really small, around 12 square meters. With a balcony outside to sit. However, the view does not worth sitting and many other neighbors are just checking you. The room itself was clean, but inside the community isn't very clean at all. Probably, the highest disappointment comes from the public swimming pool which is a really tiny swimming pool. Their swimming pool is around 2.5 meters to 2.5 meters. So if you're coming to have a nice swimming experience, don't even think about it in this hotel. We booked a room with breakfast included which was around 50 yuan more expensive than if we didn't want any breakfast. Let me be honest with you, their breakfast doesn't worth at all. There's no salad, no seasonal fruit, no bread, no coffee (broken coffee machine) and no desert. Forget all the things you can find in breakfast of normal 4 start hotel, It's just some dumplings, egg and simple corn which you can buy from any shop outside for less than 10 yuan all of them. Overall, the price doesn't fit the service you receive, specifically about the swimming pool and breakfast."

"This Westin is my top choice in Lingshui. For a high-end hotel in Clear Water Bay, it offers incredible value for money, perfect for a truly relaxing getaway! It's super friendly for self-drivers, with ample parking both indoors and outdoors, making arrival smooth and queue-free. It's right next to Clear Water Bay, known for its 'singing' sands and clear waters, and the area is both quiet and convenient. The front desk is efficient, the concierge is warm and welcoming, and the smart robot delivery service is very convenient. A special thanks to our butler, Kelly, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The room was clean, with a huge 180° ocean view balcony, and the Heavenly Bed provided an amazing night's sleep. Breakfast was extensive, featuring local delicacies like Lingshui sour noodles and 'Qingbuliang' (a sweet cooling dessert). The infinity pool directly overlooks the ocean, and the cave-themed kids' pool is also a highlight. The service, environment, and facilities are all top-notch, making it suitable for business travelers, families, and couples alike. It's definitely on my list of regular stays!"
