"The location is quite good, very convenient for taking public transport. The room is small, but it has everything you need, and the little balcony is very comfortable. The surroundings are very quiet, as it's a residential area. The room is a bit old, and the hallway is quiet, but the floors feel too thin between levels; you can hear chairs being dragged around. There's no noise at night though. The front desk staff are friendly. You can refill free water daily."

"Facilities: Standard business setup, has everything you need, including disposable slippers. Cleanliness: The bedding was clean and tidy. Environment: Very close to the train station and the city center, both within walking distance. If you're coming from the airport by tram, you can get off at the ROSSELLI stop, which is directly behind the hotel. You don't even need to cross any traffic lights; just follow the map to the hotel. If you get off at the train station, you'll have to drag your luggage over cobblestones, which is quite a workout for your arms. Service: The staff were all very friendly, and attractive too!"

"This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The scenery is stunning, and our room offered an incredible view with a very high ceiling that let in beautiful natural light. I particularly loved the thoughtful design: having a private terrace was a wonderful touch, and falling asleep while gazing at the stars from the bed was magical. Watching the river flow by was so peaceful. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient, but my absolute favorite spot was the sofa—I truly cherished the time spent there. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were diligent, sincere, and kind-hearted. Even the breakfast was perfectly suited to my taste. I love Florence, but what I loved most were the people here. I sincerely hope this place can always remain as it is now—a true sanctuary in the world."

"I'd definitely book this hostel again! The rooms and facilities are fantastic, and the front desk service was excellent. I met some great international friends here. The only minor drawback is that the window soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear outside noises clearly. But hey, we chatted late into the night anyway, haha! And by 9 AM, you'll start hearing traffic. If you bring earplugs, it's a perfect 10! Also, it seems like this place hosts student groups; I saw a large group checking in as I was leaving. If you can avoid those times, it's a great spot! Location-wise, no worries – it's only a 10-minute walk, and for young people, Florence is a small city, so it's not an issue at all!!!"

"The room facilities were really subpar. The lighting was awful, and the decor felt very rough and unfinished. It definitely didn't live up to a 4-star standard. However, the public areas and service were pretty good. The breakfast was terrible. The pool had a nice view, but it was way too crowded, and it seemed like most of the people weren't even hotel guests, just freeloaders. As a paying guest, I didn't even get a chance to enjoy a drink by the pool."

"This is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. "First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help. The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things. The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless. The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash. Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and it is relatively close to the city center, but at night it is very quiet without many people on the streets, and in the morning is very noisy due to the trains, and the tram that stops right in front of the hotel. It has a grocery store, a mall and restaurants in its vicinity. The staff was really nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet was top with a lot of varieties! The room was clean but, it could have some blinders in the bathroom window so it can be closed at night."

"The hotel is right next to the U.S. Embassy, so it is a safe area, a bit far from the historical center, 20-30 minutes walk, the lobby is very beautiful. The room is very spacious, equipped with a modern, discreet refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee bags, a bidet in the bathroom, a bathtub, a beautiful mirror, lighting in the modern interior, very quiet air-conditioning, the dream of a large bed, The hotel soap tastes good and the electronic key is safe. The swimming pool on the top floor is not big, so you can enter the water a little bit and relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast is rich, American or Continental, there are several huge coffee machines, there are many kinds of savory, croissants, bread or sweets. All in all I highly recommend, the price is cheap, the quality is impeccable, I will definitely come back!"
