"I really liked this hotel. Even though it’s a bit remote, it’s very quiet, the view is amazing, and the room is comfortable, I truly enjoyed my stay. The bus stop is very close, and if you need to go to the airport, there is also an airport bus nearby, about a 13-minute walk. Before coming, I had read some reviews and many of them were quite negative, so I was a little worried. But once I arrived, I liked it immediately. The hotel is cozy, and the staff are very friendly. Even though it’s in a quieter area, I think it’s actually very convenient to start exploring Busan from this side. It’s much less crowded compared to the city center. Plus, Lotte Mall is just a few stops away, so if you plan to do some serious shopping, it’s very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Busan."

"In terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification."

"I was a bit confused at first because the hotel shared the same photos and address as Hotel HLB, but it turned out to be split into upper and lower floors. The hotel itself is clean, and so is the room. While it's a twin room and not huge, it's compact, comfortable, and well-organized. I had read some reviews mentioning noise, so I requested a quiet room several times, and perhaps because of that, I had absolutely no issues. I stayed here for BTS Festa, and seeing the purple BTS balloons in the lobby really lifted my spirits 💜. I'd love to stay here again!"

"New hotel that is in the same building as Hyatt Place. Same facilities, similar room, but cheaper. There is a little kitchen, but the cooking top is not working, and there is no dishes or pots, not even a spoon. So I find this a bit misleading. The only thing is a big fridge with freezer. Big TV but I couldn't figure out the remote controller and for me was completely useless. Breakfast is OK, but everyday exactly the same."

"I had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it a great base for exploring Busan. The front desk staff handled the check-in process professionally and efficiently, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping team also provided excellent service throughout our stay. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful street view of Busan City from our room. The complimentary Nespresso coffee maker was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The only area that could be improved is the bath towels, which seemed a little old and overly soft. Replacing them with newer towels would further enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan."

"The room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use."

"room was really huge and spacious. supreme location, can see half view of the ocean and right at the beach. decent service. has a kitchenette, wardrobe, fridge, stovetop, etc. beds were comfy enough. not too hard, and pillow is not too soft. what can be improved: - water pressure for the showerhead is quite weak. please change the water pressure to make it higher… - for some reason they keep giving tiny hotels by default and did not provide large bath towels. housekeeping keeps replenishing with ONLY small face towels. had to request from the reception every single time. it was quite puzzling why large bath towels were not automatically provided or replenished. it was a bit hard to find the entrance though… can be confused for seacloud hotel which is another hotel that’s connected to the same building. signage for suncloud hotel is not prominent enough and only in korean. to get to suncloud, u need to go up the building for seacloud, go to 4th floor which is seacloud’s reception, then walk to the other lift to get to 6th floor of the next building for the suncloud reception."

"My husband and I really liked the hotel. It’s in a great location—a 7- to 10-minute walk to the beach and about the same distance to the metro, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s a convenience store right inside the hotel building; I went there a few times at night for a snack. The hotel is on a quiet street, so we couldn’t hear any nighttime noise. The room was cozy, too, but I was on a lower floor with no view; the window was far from the bed, and it felt like I was in a dark room with no windows or doors. It took me a while to get used to the dimness on the first day. The only downside for me personally was the air conditioner, which blows directly onto the bed. Maybe it’s not like that in all rooms, but keep that in mind if you also catch a cold easily from the AC. The lovely housekeeping staff left bottles of water for me by the door to my room even though my ”Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging there. That was so kind of them, thank you"

"The check-in was a bit hard to find, located in a corner on the 3rd floor. The room itself was excellent – a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, bathroom, and a balcony. It also had a kitchen, which is perfect for families. The balcony directly faces the Songdo Cable Car, offering fantastic views. There was a little dust on the balcony, and the toiletries were just average. Transportation was a bit inconvenient, as it's a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, and part of the way is uphill. Overall, the pros definitely outweigh the cons; both the value for money and the room itself are great."
