"I have not tried the food at hotel restaurant, but in terms of hotel facility and staff services, I think is excellent. Location however is a bit distant from the main tourist areas but overall still find quite convenient."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. First off, I believe it offers the best facilities and value for money in the Haeundae area. The front desk staff and the aunties who clean the rooms are all incredibly kind. Every time I leave, they greet me warmly and ask if I need my room cleaned. Secondly, the hotel's location is super convenient – about a 5-minute walk from Haeundae subway station and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. There are three convenience stores on the hotel's ground floor and nearby, which is really handy for grabbing bentos, snacks, and daily essentials. Just a heads-up: the hotel doesn't provide single-use toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own. Lastly, I want to thank a front desk lady. On my check-out day, my Kakao T payment function was locked because I hadn't used it in a while. Luckily, she helped me call a taxi. I was rushing to catch my flight and didn't get her name, but I still want to express my gratitude again! All in all, I plan to choose this hotel every time I visit Busan in the future!"

"The location right in front of the sea is great, and the surrounding amenities are satisfactory. However, the accommodation felt a bit pricey due to the weekend surcharge. Despite that, I was satisfied with the cleanliness. Next time, I hope to get a bigger discount."

"We have stayed at Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Ocean Terrace for 5 very good & calm nights. Comfortable, clean & cosy room with everything you need. Sea view and morning sunrise present you harmony & good emotions. Staff is ready to help you even some don't know English but use translator. Housekeeping is good. Everyday cleaning, fresh towels, bottles with water, tea & coffee in packs. A lot of interesting places around. As for the restaurant we haven’t experienced."

"It’s a very basic hotel. Location is very convenient facing the beach, just a road across. Lots of eateries and less than 5min walking distance to the subway, food street, bakeries. It has 2 dryer and 2 washer at the basement. Price reasonable. Downstairs there’s a battling cage. At times can be a bit noisy. And also loud music. The wall outside window seems mouldy. Aircon has no wind at times hence we open up 2 small windows to have air circulation."

"We were lucky and managed to book this room at a very affordable price in May. Our room had an amazing view from the balcony. It was fully equipped, everything was new and clean. We could do laundry and cook our own meals. The beds were in separate rooms. There's a grocery store on the ground floor. We were very happy with our stay here."

"We booked for three people (with an extra charge, of course). At check-in, the front desk said they'd provide an additional set of bedding and a sofa bed. I was initially quite happy, as their attitude was good. However, when we made the bed that evening, we realized there was no bedsheet. I called the front desk to ask for one, expecting it to arrive quickly. Instead, there was a lot of back-and-forth, and communication was impossible. Then, an employee arrived empty-handed and used a translator to explain that they could only provide a pillow and duvet, claiming this was already 'special service' for us. Excuse me, I paid an extra fee for the extra bed! They said the sofa bed doesn't have a dedicated sheet. Fine, I understand. Then just give me a regular sheet; I can make the bed myself. How are you supposed to sleep on a sofa bed without a sheet?! Their response was that an extra sheet would be charged. Speechless 😓. After an endless loop of discussion (it was already past midnight!), they very reluctantly brought one sheet, saying it was 'just this once' and they'd charge next time. What the hell?! I'm staying for four nights at 1000 RMB a night – and this is the service?! Later that night, I discovered the bathroom drain was also clogged, but it was too late, and I couldn't be bothered to contact them again. When we returned from sightseeing, I found that even the main bed wasn't made as well as my daughter makes her own bed at home… Is this a hotel 'feature'? And the coffee provided by the hotel didn't even have an opening; I couldn't get it open at all. This really soured my mood for the trip! The only upside is that the room is very spacious, which I'm quite satisfied with. I just hope the service can match the quality of the hardware. Don't let such a great new building go to waste!"

"Facilities: Well-equipped. Ambiance: Excellent. We stayed in a new building with a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves, gazing at the sea, and sipping coffee was incredibly relaxing. Service: The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out were very warm, thoughtful, and professional. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. However, one day, we left in the morning after tidying the bed ourselves, but when we returned in the evening, the bed was very messy. I immediately wondered if housekeeping hadn't cleaned that day. I also questioned why the bed was so messy. So, I checked the trash can, and it had been emptied. Does that mean housekeeping doesn't make the beds??? I then looked closer at the bed and noticed that a small part of the duvet inside the duvet cover was exposed. When we left, the bed was tidied, so why was it so messy when we returned, with part of the duvet exposed? Upon closer inspection, there were bloodstains, which made me feel very uneasy. What could be the reason for this? I even wondered if housekeeping, while tidying the bed, tried to change the sheets, discovered bloodstains on the duvet, and then didn't replace it promptly, or forgot to, or something else? I was very upset at the time and immediately called the front desk to explain the situation. But after waiting a while, no one came up. So I went down to the front desk to explain the situation in person. The front desk staff was very helpful and said that the housekeeper had already gone up to tidy and bring clean linens to the room for replacement, and suggested we go up and check. I went up again and found that the housekeeper had only tidied the bed and hadn't changed anything. I immediately asked the housekeeper, in front of her, ”Didn't the front desk explain the reason clearly to you? Didn't you see that the exposed duvet core was dirty with bloodstains?” I immediately pointed out the spot to her, and she then apologized and said she would immediately bring clean replacements. Sigh..... Overall, the hotel's location, ambiance, and service are all good, and the issue was resolved. Sigh......"

"Location: 5/5 Room Size: 4/5 Cleanliness: 4/5 Only a 3 min walk to Haeundae Beach & a 5 min walk to Haeundae Traditional Market. It's spacious and has a minimalist interior design. But the room has no other facilities, like a water dispenser, toothbrush, LG Smart Wardrobe, or clothes iron. Room cleanliness is good. There is no smell from the bathroom, and everything is acceptable. To access the hotel, you will pass by GS 25 & CU convenience stores and enter the Seacloud Hotel elevator to Lv 4 and transfer to another elevator to your room. Don't be surprised that the building has another hotel called SeaCloud Hotel; you are in the right hotel. Overall, this hotel is a good option if you want to stay near Haeundae Beach; it's super convenient to get food in the hotel's surroundings, and the bus stop is close to the hotel too. Perhaps the only thing that I find inconvenient is you need to get twice on the elevator whenever you go out or come back to the hotel."

"Really nice room, with great facilities. Hotel is located walking distance from the main food street at Hauendae. Definitely recommend especially for couples, room is spacious with a very nice bath tub, a lot of table space to have snacks & watch movies and also closely located to a convenience store. really liked the place & the price paid was totally worth it!"
