"There was a concern when I wanted to go back to the hotel, he had not provided the code of access we had to wait for the secretary's arrival to have access to the hotel. The apartment was very clean but heard the car noises and the others occupying the hotel that doesn't wake after their wake sounds in round for 15 minutes to 8:00 of the well rested morning, impossible to sleep!"

"The hotel is very good, arranged a large room, the service attitude is very good, mainly just passing by on a business trip, driving tired to find a place to rest, at the border of France and Belgium, next time you will consider staying if you pass by. The hotel pictures are nothing good, look at the blue sky and cloudless!"

"The hotel is located next to the Tourcoing train station which is very convenient if traveling with the train. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can speak English although not very well. The room is clean and spacious. However, the blanket and the pillows have some weird smell. The booking comes with breakfast, offering a wide variety of options."

"It's a clean and nice hotel apartment. The only downside was, you could hear very loud music coming from the outside. I am not sure if it was a one time event or a nightclub next door. Other then that location is fine, there is a building with some restaurants next door and the hotel is clean and staff are friendly."
