We visited hotel whilst visiting my mum from Scotland . Staff pleasant and helpful, bed comfy . There were only 3 little *******, one was that disability parking spaces taken up mainly by workmen that were staying at hotel. My husband and I have mobility issues , I walk with a crutch. Whenever we have stayed at premier inns previously there have always been irons and ironing boards in standard rooms, do not understand why now they are only in the premier rooms , and in standard rooms you have to ask for them. Also the hairdryers that are in the rooms are not easy to use for pople with arthritis in there hands, holding power switch down to use dryer is very difficult .
