Маленький отель, номер не стоит тех денег что мы заплатили, завтрак скудный, выбор очень ограничен. Зубных наборов нет, горничные не охотно обновляют средства гигиены

We booked a room in this Hotel in Ostrovok page but also the hotel new and confirmed that we had a reservation there and when we arrived they told us there was no room and they canceled to us. They werent helpful at all and they just say sorry we are fully booked and its not our problem. I asked to speak to the manager and they say she wasnt there at the moment, I asked for her info or name and also they say they werwnt allowed to comment about that. Dont go its like a scam!

Останавливался в командировке в этом отеле. Отель очень понравился! Хороший номер, в светлых лаконичных тонах. Вежливый персонал, все с радостью готовы помочь и ответить на любой вопрос. Сделали мне выезд в 13:00 без оплаты (по правилам размещения выезд в 12:00), что очень приятно. Про завтраки сказать ничего не могу, т.к. не заказывал. Но интересно было бы попробовать. Если снова приеду в Санкт-Петербург, обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле)

Местоположение: Отель у самого Витебского вокзала, до Сенной/Садовой - 12 минут пешком, метро Пушкинская вообще в минуте ходьбы, вечером было время - прогулялись до кино в Галерею, практически по прямой мимо Океанарума - нормальная разминка. Впечатления от отеля остались очень хорошие. Номер был просторный, кровать удобная, телевизор с кучей каналов. Очень порадовал комплимент в виде авторских конфет, бутилированная водичка. Удобная зона кухни с чайной станцией (хоть мы и не пользовались, т.к. вечером поели в рестике). Что можно поправить - плохо уходила вода в душе, пришлось класть пару полотенец на пол, чтобы не растекалась. В остальном - все отлично. Плюс, поздно узнали, но у отеля есть своя большая парковка сзади, во дворе. На завтрак мы пришли уже под конец, поели, всего хватило. Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Будем рады посетить еще, при случае.

Красивый, современный и уютный отель! Часто останавливаюсь тут по работе, сервис радует каждый раз Персонал очень приветливый и вежливый, всегда помогут, что то принести в номер и тд быстро происходит Дизайн номеров очень спокойный, в мягких тонах, самое то когда нужно сосредоточиться на работе, шумоизоляция есть, что редкость для питерских отелей Хороший, мощный душ Вай фай хороший, видеозвонки тянет Есть миникухня, посуда Можно приобрести завтраки, обеды отличные по качеству и очень дешевые в ресторане на первом этаже Рядом есть большой перекрёсток В общем отель рекомендую!
