Overall, people clean every day, but the bathroom facilities feel a bit rudimentary, no disposable hygiene products, no air conditioning (Petersburg should not need air conditioning) But it is probably the location of the city center. It is more convenient to go to some attractions. There are also large shopping malls and subway stations around, which is more convenient to travel.

The reservation confirmation indicated that the arrival after 9:00 was required to call and warn of settlement. In the reservation I indicated that I would arrive at 23:00. When I arrived at the hotel I got into the yard, on the first floor of which the Accent Hotel was written on the windows and around a few ordinary entrance doors, which I didn 't know how to get in. I started calling the hotel to find out where the entrance was, but no one answered the phone, I was standing one night in the dark yard almost up to 12 and no one answered, and only the random deliverer of the food told me, that the hotel entrance is through a few residential entrances from me. I was admitted to the hotel by a woman smoking on the ward. There was no one on the reseption, I waited for 15 minutes, then the residents began to happen in the room from where the respirator came out, on my claims that no one answered the phone and no one was on the counter, she didn 't even apologize, and said there were no calls. I had breakfast paid, but no information about where and when it will be on the respiratory station was given. The room was abhorrent, it seemed like there was endless smoking and lilies of beer on the carpet. In addition to the promised double bed, only one single bed was locked. The curtains were broken, and the bedside was dirty and sticky. Hotel is in step access from the subway and sights. The room was taken for three for 1 night on March 8 (2700r). The room is warm, spacious, well-decorated. Bed linen is so clean that crystal! Towels were two baths and for hands. There were no slippers, only liquid soap from bathing facilities. There is a common kitchen in the hall where you can cook food. Overall the hotel liked it.
