Great service, we had an issue with our room but it was Swiftly fixed without hassle.
Covid cleanliness was good, saw the staff constantly cleaning and sanitatizing throughout our stay
Would stay there again.

This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in London and many of them are located in and around each other. Glad I chose this one.
We received a warm welcome and check in was completed quickly. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and I loved the layout (we were in a king room). No parking charges is a bonus. Also a bonus was the free breakfast, which was not just your typical continental breakfast full of carbs, as they had hot items like eggs, turkey sausages, oatmeal and a waffle station. Coffee/tea bar was also available 24/7. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

First time at the Hampton Inn. Pleasantly surprised at the all facets of the hotel. From front desk staff to service staff all were very helpful,friendly and attentive. This was not the case at a competitive hotel. We will continue to book every time we visit London.

Very comfortable room, great walk-in shower. Also very quiet. Did not hear any hallway noise, nor from adjoining rooms.

overall the experience was okay - the abundance of hockey tournament families and kids was a bit overwhelming and made for a late night with kids running up and down the hall. The facilities were good - room was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine. All Fine but I'm definitely not married to this hotel and next time will try to find a hotel that hasn't been block reserved by a hockey tournament.
