No conocía el hotel pero al no tener baño en la habitación no te invinta a quedarte más de un par de noches , los baños llenos de gente y olor a tabaco por los pasillos,por lo demás para pasar la noche por el precio está normal..

We arrived at 11pm, after a long drive, with our four children and were greeted by a drunk employee who failed to print out our reservation. For more than 35 minutes, the employee made us repeat the number of people we were and the number of rooms we needed (we were in front of him with our suitcases, this proves how drunk the employee was, we We were 6 and we needed two 3-seater rooms). To be able to have our rooms before midnight, we finally agreed to pay two incorrect bills. We even paid more lunches than the number of people we were (4 more lunches, it must be said that the employee must have been really drunk to see 10 people when we were 6!) The next day we reported to the welcome our indignation. We were reimbursed for lunches that we had wrongly paid for but no commercial gesture was made. One of our children cried that evening because he was so afraid that we would not find an agreement with the receptionist. I strongly advise against this type of accommodation which is not at all interesting in the end. Under a slightly lower price the quality of service and customer care is truly poor. Quality/price, Formula 1 is to be avoided!

We usually stop at an Ibis hotel when we go on vacation. More places, so I reserve 2 formula 1 rooms: 15€ more expensive than the reservation, dirty room floors with tobacco smells, dirty toilets, noisy: people shout in the hallway at 1 a.m. (no respect). The staff not very respectful to smoke in front of us outside while we have our breakfast. TO AVOID!!!

Nefasto, nos cobraron 2 veces,se les explico en recepción que tenía el pago por una aplicación, pero se nos ignoro en la recepción, la habitación sucia y con bichos, la recepcionista muy mala atención.

Hotel pourtant très calme mais pas propre de même pour les couvertures pleines de tâches. Hotel a rénover. Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. J'ai utilisé les toilettes et douches à mobilité réduite pour raison handicap et j'ai failli tombé. Vous risquez d'en ressortir plus handicapé. Le revêtement de sol est tout défait on dirait les sables mouvants. Un conseil, allez y avec des chaussures anti dérapentes c'est plus prudent. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil le jeudi 5 janvier au matin la femme m'a dit que c'est normal de la laisser ouverte lorsqu'ils accueillent une personne en fauteuil. J'ai pourtant insisté pour qu'il la ferme. Je sais ce qu'il en est donc prudence. Elle attend peut-être un accident pour... je vous laisse le soins d'en juger.
