I used it for my child's college entrance examination.
Staff is very helpful at breakfast and at home
i feel very good and comfortable going to the university exam
Thank you for being able to do it.
I would like to use it again.
I booked for a business trip, but it was a love hotel. laughter
It is a beautiful hotel and soundproofing is perfect. It may be a good choice for those who don't care about love hotels.

Hygienic: clean and tidy, regularly cleaned
Environment: There is a distance from Omiya Station, and you need to take the bus for about 10 minutes.

There is kitchen utensils including pans and IH. You can cook everything easily. A supermarket within 5-10 walk sells a set of ingredients but food preparation is recommend if you would like gorgeous dishes. Personally, the room is the best cost performance.
Please note that the air conditioner tends to work with biased temp between the main floor and loft. To adjust the setting is necessary.
It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately the variety of drinks was a bit small and there was no rice (there were rice balls). It is easily accessible from Saitama-Shintoshin Station and Omiya Station, and the location is easy to find. It's also good to be able to see the night view of the Super Arena clearly.
Garden Lila provides flawless service and all the necessary facilities for visitors.Share your photos and respond to emails at your convenience, thanks to the free Wi-Fi internet access offered by hotel. The hotel maintains a completely smoke-free zone, providing a breathable atmosphere. Each accommodation at Garden Lila is thoughtfully created and adorned to provide visitors with a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. In certain rooms, the hotel offers linen service and air conditioning for guest convenience and satisfaction. Rest assured, in a few chosen rooms, the presence of a refrigerator can be found. Maintain your cleanliness and comfort using a hair dryer, toiletries and towels available in select guest restrooms.
There is a large shopping mall nearby, and it is also close to Omiya Station. It is convenient to go to Omiya Park and the Railway Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are relatively old, but I personally think it's okay.
I like it very much, a Japanese-style hotel, but there is no elevator, it is not convenient to bring large luggage, the service is very good, I like ❤️ very much.
My girlfriend lives in Saitama, so we often come and go here. The location is right by the Saitama Stadium Line, and it takes about 2 minutes. The front desk staff were very kind, so it was great. There's also a convenience store right in front, and the view outside is nice because you can see Saitama Stadium.
The hotel was fully equipped with the latest facilities, clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out systems were also a little confusing as they were all so modern, but a nearby staff member explained everything to us in detail.
I was happy with the homemade rice balls at breakfast, but it was disappointing that there was a limited selection compared to other hotels and there was no fruit.
The amenities were all in different locations and I couldn't find the loungewear, which I only realized after I returned to my room, but I didn't feel like going back to the front desk, so I didn't use it. I wish they had at least left some loungewear in the room. Overall it was clean, modern and comfortable.

WwavickyIt's about a 5-minute walk from the station. There are many department stores nearby. There is a convenience store next door downstairs. There is Yoshinoya across from the nightclub. The hotel has many and delicious breakfast options. The room space is not very basic, but there are many ingenious ideas that make the use of space efficient. Bonus points.
GGuest UserGoogle doesn't say this - you should exit from east gate of Omiya station and turn left. The hotel is in a covered shopping street. I wanted to watch fireworks at Odawa Park and this hotel is 3 stations away. It has a nice decor, capsule room ceiling is high and quote spacious so I did not feel claustrophobic. I loved the wood design - very Nordic. There are plenty of bathrooms, toilets and sinks for use. There's a TV and a narrow locker in every capsule. Bedroom slippers, pyjamas, towels and a basket for you to bring your toiletries to the bathroom are provided. There are manga books and free drinks and curry rice. I did not use them. Beddings were ok. Guests were quiet when I was there so I had a very good sleep.
There are many restaurants and supermarket and konbini nearby. There's a Lumine shopping mall here but they don't do tax refund. Location is fanatastic.
If I had one complain, the hotel should provide the absorbent stone floor mat in the bathroom cubicle.
KKaixinjiuhaohuoThe hotel is very close to Omiya Station. It is a high-end hotel in this area. The lobby is also very grand. The room is well-arranged. The area is normal. The bathroom is actually quite large. It is very comfortable for one person to live in. It is also no problem for two people. The best thing is that you can check out at 12 o'clock, which is really nice. The price is not expensive. It is much more cost-effective than that in Tokyo.
GGuest UserIt was the first time for me stay two nights at Omiya, despite it's a business hotel but it is totally not the same as other.
The decoration in the room is fashion, with a Korean big TV, the lobby floor was amazing view at 13 floor, the Spa at 14th floor with
Open area was the best I like. In addition, the buffet breakfast was wonderful, despite no fresh made eggs or omelet, but the selection of
breads, salad, Japanese foods, the foods are with high standard.
I am highly recommended to anyone who want to visit Omiya.
LLaogonglaogongThe hotel is right at the exit of Urawa Station. The transportation is very convenient. There is a convenience store and a large supermarket downstairs. There are also many restaurants. Opposite the hotel is the large shopping mall PARCO.
QQiwunongqingyingzzI just stayed at the place where I went to Saitama, Japan on a business trip.
A relatively new hotel with small rooms but complete facilities.
The bathtub is super comfortable.
It is still a chain store. If you stay here often, you can register as a member to get some benefits? I rarely registered once.
The front desk is difficult to find. First, take the escalator to the 2nd floor according to the signs, then take the hotel's dedicated elevator to the 14th floor, and check in at the front desk on the 14th floor. There are some small things on the 14th floor that you can pick up by yourself, such as coffee, facial cleanser, toothbrush, etc.
The guest rooms are on the 15th to 22nd floors, with a wide view overlooking the city. On a sunny day, you can see Mount Fuji, but unfortunately my room is at the back and I can't see it.
There are 4 elevators, which are not very congested and are quite convenient. Only once did it happen to be a big bus that sent a car of tourists back and it was blocked once, and I waited for 5 minutes.
Before 10 am every day, by sticking a magnetic card outside the door, you can tell the service staff whether to clean the room or just change the towels. It is easy to operate and avoid the embarrassing scene of being disturbed. But for hygiene reasons, it needs to be cleaned at least once every 3 days.
It is very close to Omiya Station, a 10-minute walk, and about 30 minutes from JR to Tokyo. There are many shops around, 711 and Family Mart are everywhere, one every 50 meters, which is really amazing. It is convenient for travel and shopping. There are also duty-free shops nearby, such as Bic Camera. I pass by it every day and am brainwashed by its music every day.
I lived there for two weeks and met many foreign tourists, and there were also local Japanese people staying.
GGuest UserThis was my first time staying here, but it was very close to the station and the room was clean and nice! If you register as a member, you can extend your check-out time by one hour. You get a bottle of water and can use the amenities available only to members, so it's a great deal. The reception staff were very helpful and I had a great stay!
GGuest UserI used it because there was a live performance at Saitama Super Arena. The location was good and the amenities were available, which was very helpful. It would have been better if there was free water.
GGuest UserDue to an unexpected flight delay, I had to wait until after 2am.
Still, I was grateful for the polite response. I've been using this hotel for the past 8 or 9 years because it's close to the station and makes it easy to get around the next day.
DDesreumauxA bit expensive for what you get c can’t check in before 8PM but they can keep your luggage (good)
A bit noisy due to construction in the hotel that starts early even during weekend .
Won’t come back.
