Hotel location in the suburbs of Milan, very quiet around, 7 minutes walk from S1 train station, 3 minutes walk from community warehouse supermarket, very close to residential area, many restaurants around, hotel room comfortable suitable for business trip

Very clean room and bathroom. A big bed to easily get sleep. Room was a bit small but ok. Very close to subway station and a supermarket, very convenient! Reception was crowded but nice people. I had huge fun!! Thank you!

Lack of healthy options at breakfast. Just ham, cheese, egg and lots of sugary food

This is a very cost-effective hotel, located close to Milan linati Airport, is a motel that can drive directly into the room, has a jacuzzi and very decent decoration, the overall comfort is very high, the breakfast is very rich. If you must say the disadvantages, it is that the hotel bed is still the old-fashioned stuffed under the mattress. When you want to sleep, you need to pull the cover out very hard.

The location is perfect! Quiet area, seemingly far from the center, but only 13 minutes by metro to Piazza Duomo and 20 minutes to Central Station. From the hotel to the metro less than a minute. The service is strange ... several days left things for the laundry, but they stubbornly did not pick them up - had to call the reception. It turned out that the laundry is open only a few days a week. Had to wash in the sink with soap 🤦🏻♀️ The mini-bar was replenished every other time. At the reception when checking out, they completely forgot about the mini-bar. They took the money only when we asked why they did not charge us for the mini-bar. Everything else left only pleasant impressions! Perfect cleanliness. Polite staff. Good hearty breakfasts. But every day it was the same. Another unpleasant moment! The hotel was booked in advance, but upon arrival we found out that the hotel had cancelled the reservation. On our own. Without explanation. Okay, there were free places, but we paid 100€ more for a room of the same category for the same time than with the original booking

We had an enjoyable 4-night stay here! Rooms were clean and the bed was soft and comfy, as expected of every Novotel hotels! Love the huge and spacious lobby and lounge area even though we did not use it but it looks so cosy and well furnished! Location wise is a little far from the city centre but there are trams outside the hotel that will take you there in 30mins. Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)

Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.
