SpringHill Suites Paso Robles Atascadero

On the first night, Highway 1 lived in the town of Carmel, and the second night was chosen here. It is 40+ minutes drive from San Simeon. The hotel is located at US101. Compared with the hotel on Highway 1, it is very cost-effective and the quality of Marriott's hotels is guaranteed. From here to the Danish town about 1 hour drive. The overall feeling is very convenient. Breakfast is quite rich in the United States. Free parking. The room is large and the bed is large.

What a gem! This is a 1950’s era motor court that has been renovated and it is so cute. We had a nice room – quite large and very clean. There were lots of lights – great for us seniors! There was a wonderful little rolling table that we could move around when we wanted to play a game. The closet hangers were a bit weird – we couldn’t remove them from the rod. A fridge and microwave were very welcome. We had a comfy couch and chair and there was nice art on the walls. The bathroom could use more towel bars/hooks, but it had nice toiletries and lots of counter space. The pool area was lovely, and there’s even a 4-hole mini-golf course with clubs available at the front desk. They had locally made muffins available in the lobby in the morning and cookies in the afternoon – a nice touch. All of the staff were welcoming and willing to help if needed. Charlie especially was great – so friendly and helpful. And it was reasonably priced. We’d definitely return.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Paso Robles

This is a relatively modern and very clean property; we had a family room which included a small kitchen area and sofa as well as two good sized beds. We could not fault the room or the quality of service, and the included breakfast was great for the price. The only things that detracted from our stay were (1) some very loud neighbours after the state fair and (2) our disappointment that Paso Robles itself was not quite as interesting as the marketing had led us to expect but neither of these were things that Holiday Inn could control. We were on a US West Coast road trip and this was to break up our journey from Carmel to Santa Barbara. If we do a similar trip in future we’ll stay in Morro Bay instead.

Great place to stay in Paso. Walk to old town with lots of cute shops and great restaurants. Also have a restaurant and full bar on the property. Hotel is old and some of the rooms are on the small side but the beds are very comfortable and the grounds are so cute.

Clean Hotel, Great Breakfast, Overall good stay. Only issue was that my tv was not working in my room and my tub wasn’t able to stay clogged, the water drained. I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they were aware of it, Manuel was really helpful and was very kind and generous to help me move my items to my room since I am disabled. He went up and tried to work the things out and I ended up getting a different room. Very happy with this stay and will be back in September!
The Oaks Hotel & Suites
4.2/5103 Reviews
We chose The Oaks due to its location, that it is an upscale Choice Hotel, and because it offers EV chargers for overnight guests. The hotel is clean (very important in times of Covid), the room was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there was no Wifi in our room and the sockets on my side of the bed were not working. The hotel management kindly extended a credit towards our room bill. According to one employee, the hotel knows it has a Wifi problem but has done little to fix it. In 2022, good Wifi is a must-have--thus, only 3 stars.
