"The hotel staff are so friendly that everyone they meet greets them and asks how they are. However, the breakfast menu is limited, so guests staying for a long time may get bored with breakfast.
taste is good"
"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel for 11 nights. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, and I didn’t encounter any major issues during my time there. I was out of the hotel for most of the day, and everything seemed to be in order.
However, I had a highly disappointing experience on my last day. I requested a wake-up call for 5:30 AM, as I had an early flight to catch. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to provide the wake-up call as promised. This was a serious inconvenience, as timely reminders are crucial, especially when preparing for travel.
While my stay was mostly pleasant, this lapse in service left a negative impression. Attention to details like wake-up calls is essential in the hospitality industry, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve."
"Road construction was terrible. They were full for the evening. When I got there they said my reservation was for next weekend? I made a copy of the email I received. Then she said only 1 room. I had 2. She finally found mine and eventually found my nieces in her name? But I paid for both rooms on my credit card???"
"The service was pretty good overall. When I checked in, didn’t know I would be in a connecting room. They should let you know that. I stayed for 2 nights. After the 1st night I noticed I was double charged, contacted front desk and he admitted that I should not have been charged twice. Once I checked out I made sure once again and I was told by the same gentleman that I would not be charged, all the extra that was taken from my card would go back. He said give it a few days and if not come back up there…."
"Overall great location. Ashley provided outstanding service upon checking in. However we left one day early and thought we would have received a room credit. We explained we had to cut our vacation short?"
"The room is a suite, enough for family travel, there is a kitchen, microwave, bathroom is big enough, although the traffic is close to the road, but very quiet, not far from the subway, directly to the airport.
The most important thing is that the price is very high!"
"Really great hotel. Nice staff, big open entry and lobby. The Westin definitely didn’t forget to give everyone their own space, secure parking lot. Very clean look and feel. I could see Queen and King business towers and had a beautiful lake view from my room on the 11th floor. Overall, i can be sure that I’ll stay here again!!"

GGuest UserWe were going to participate in an exhibition. Although it was a bit far from the Convention and Exhibition Center and it took about 50 minutes on the road, the price was very cost-effective. Hotels in the Convention and Exhibition Center were relatively expensive. The subway is also relatively close, the breakfast is pretty good, and there are some restaurants to choose from nearby.
GGuest UserThe location is convenient for Chinese food, the environment is quiet and safe, the service of the express hotel is good, the sanitation is good, the parking is free, it is simple, convenient and hygienic, the shopping around is convenient, it meets my practical needs, and it is safer and more secure than Atlanta. These are all good things that I value. The air conditioner is just right without the air conditioner, but the air conditioner is too dry and the sound is loud
NNikia BurtonRoom was nice and updated but it was a little dusty. Needs a deep cleaning. Couch was not vacuumed and dust was coming out the air vents. The kicker is the small then pillows could not really get any sleep.
CCHAOYIVery good hotel, today dedicated to comment on the rich breakfast: dining at Lobby, there is a machine for making PAN CAKE, you can add honey or peanut butter; another yogurt, milk, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, etc., more omelet A variety of cakes and breads are also available.
トトトロsongEvery time my friend goes to Atlanta, he asks me to book this hotel. It provides free breakfast with rich variety and convenient location. It is very convenient to go out.
