The service details of this hotel are impressive. Every staff member is very enthusiastic. From the entrance to the meticulous arrangement of the guest room, people feel warm and thoughtful. The housekeeper Delia always smiles and takes the initiative to offer help and ask us if we need anything. It happens that we all need it very much. She is so careful and considerate [love]. In the guest room, every detail has been carefully designed, from soft bedding to exquisite decoration, which shows the hotel's intentions. Moreover, the facilities in the room are all available and are kept in a good state of maintenance, making people feel at ease. The hotel environment is also amazing, with green trees and flowers, as if you are in a quiet garden. The breakfast is also very rich, the snack plate is nutritionally balanced, and it is especially delicious. The housekeeper Samjin who serves breakfast is also very considerate. The weather is cooler in the morning, and the housekeeper Samjin also prepared a blanket for us. We had a very happy breakfast. It was a very pleasant experience staying in the hotel~

We traveled in the off-season, but were still scared by the prices in Sanya Wuzhizhou Island. We quickly and accidentally booked a room at the Moutai Premium Hotel. We were shocked when we entered the room. The room was so big, comfortable in every way, and the service was very good. Liu Xiaoqing from the housekeeping department provided great service, and even folded a cute mascot elephant for us with towels the next day. It is very quiet to live in the room. The distance between rooms is far. The swimming pool is closed at 10:30 at night. There are very few people in the off-season. I rented the swimming pool alone at night. The service staff were also diligently waiting by the side. I tasted the complimentary afternoon tea and drank the free 20 ml Moutai with iced coffee. Haha, for someone who doesn’t drink, the taste of Moutai is hard to describe. In addition, I would like to express special thanks to the VIP receptionist Miss Mengyao, whose service was very considerate. If I come to Sanya next time, I will continue to stay at the Zunpin Hotel, it is great value for money!
Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Initially, I was skeptical about visiting China due to some negative hotel reviews I had read. However, this trip completely changed my perspective. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Chelsey Yang was incredibly attentive when my daughter had a splinter in her foot, providing medical care right at the breakfast buffet. My daughter was in so much pain that she wouldn't let me near her, but Chelsey managed to calm her down and treat her effectively. Our butler, Fiona, was always responsive to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The photographer captured beautiful photos of our family, creating memories we will cherish forever. The room was immaculate, and with only 200 units at the resort, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants almost entirely to ourselves. The privacy and lack of crowds were a significant plus for us. The kids had a fantastic time at Club Hyatt, participating in various activities such as oil painting, soap making, clay modeling, crab catching, tent making with coconut leaves, and even climbing coconut trees. This allowed us to have much-needed time to ourselves, knowing our children were well taken care of and entertained. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this resort. The excellent service, clean facilities, and engaging activities for kids made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation in China.

This was our first stay at the fairmont. The lobby interior is beautiful and staff seemed polite. The room itself was spacious, but the biggest issue we had was the terrible smell in our room. It smelled like a mix of wet dog and smelly feet. We told the staff about it when they came to our room to ask if everything was ok. They said they'd bring an air filter machine to the room but it never appeared. We searched for a while to find the smell source, but couldn't find it. The next day my daughter bumped into the wooden coffee table and moved it slightly. We finally discovered where the smell was coming from. There was a huge rotting stain on the rug under the coffee table and the smell was rancid. The manager came by on the second day before we checked out and apologised. He refunded some of our money and gave the girls a toy. Apart from the smelly room, the stone stairs were a safety hazard for our toddler. Other than the room smell, everything else seemed pretty good. Staff were polite and the food was pretty good. I personally wouldn't stay there again, but I'd recommend it for people whose kids aren't so small.
Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort

We stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not. Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price. They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel. The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool. The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case. The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool. Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in. Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.

The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious. I love the balcony view! The bathroom is the best, with the smart toilet. However, the breakfast was poor, especially so-called western food. Juice and milk were dilluted with water! The pastry was too greasy and there was almost no sweets, cookies or cakes. No jam, marmalade or honey, either. The food was not refilled properly. The swimming pool is big but too warm, they don't cool it down. There are just two umbrellas and a couple of sunbeds next to the pool. The pool was not very clean and not maintained properly. Some electric wires were sticking out of the lights in the water, so dangerous! However, it's great for kids as there is a guard watching and the pool is open until late, 21:00 or 22:00. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, it has a great potential but management should be more vigilant about the maintanance.
