I had a pleasant stay. The room is very small, but clean. The furniture is old and a little out dated. The hotel staff including the concierge were friendly and accommodating, Vanessa was the only staff to speak English. She gave me so much help and services. The hotel location is great with a private lounger on the beach. The breakfast was rich. The hotel allowed me to check out late which was nice of them, I had an afternoon flight.

Stayed 4 days in a hotel. The hotel is located nearby the biggest shopping mall in dadunhai area, which provides a big number of attractions inside, fine dining and shopping. Dadunhai beach is okay with well developed infrastructure. Breakfast is perfect with a huge amounts of dishes both European, Russian and Chinese cuisine.

Fifth time choosing this hotel while traveling to Sanya, used to come with friends, and now for business trips. The hotel has changed a lot over the years, and it was kinda going very low quality in terms of amenities and services few months ago. But they have made recent improvements, like the wooden deck that finally had been renovated and look nice and clean now. I was disappointed at first at my arrival since the staff was not welcoming at all, not even smiling or helping with luggages, but then Johnson took over and has been amazingly helpful! His English was great, and he upgraded my room for one with the nicest view over the pool and bay, which was really appreciated. Amber at the reception has also been a great host, great English and attitude, she helped me with my late check out. These two really made my stay better. Overall this hotel is always a good and quiet choice. Sadly they removed their western food options for the restaurant and room service, so not ideal for foreigners. But breakfast is good and got all the options. I’ll definitely come back, since to me it’s still one of the most beautiful hotel in the area, but hoping for some more improvements to take it back to the level it used to be.

The JW Marriott Hotel Sanya is truly an exceptional place to stay. The hotel's location is superb, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The dining options are diverse and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Five stars!I would like to give a five-star review to the staff member KAZAKOV at JW Marriott Hotel Sanya . KAZAKOV is extremely professional and friendly. His service is impeccable. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was always there with a smile on his face and ready to help. He made my stay at the hotel truly memorable. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience is truly remarkable. Thank you, KAZAKOV! You are an asset to the hotel. Five stars all the way!

Rooms and furniture need renovation. Water supply and sewerage need renovation. Breakfast is varied but tasteless (in my opinion). Traditional meal noodles, the person who cooks noodles does it as if he is serving a sentence and does it with contempt, arrogance (in my opinion). The hotel location near to the sea, but this beach is not intended for swimming. The staff at reception did not solve any issues, some bonuses were included in the stay, but it was not possible to use them due to the lack of interest of the staff. All attractions, shops and restaurants are located within 20 minutes walking distance. At Yalong bay the best place for stay is on the western side of the bay.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not. Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price. They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel. The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool. The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case. The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool. Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in. Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.

There were definitely some positives and negatives about this hotel. First off, I will say the staff was very friendly. They would greet you with a smile wherever they saw you on property. I ate dinner at the poolside restaurant a few times and I enjoyed my food as well. Some negatives were that the hallway itself smelt moldy and nasty. Could be due to the carpeting, which was in bad condition, or all the old wood decor or a combo of both. My room smelt the same. The shower smelt like urine and some of the wood in the bathroom was rotting. I guess due to continuous exposure to water. I also didn’t like the fact that there was little accessibility for a stroller. Maybe I didn’t see it, but, to get down to the pool and most of the restaurants I only saw a staircase which was inconvenient to take my baby around. I did like the fact that it was right across the road from the beach, but, also somewhat far from the airport. Another positive is that they had a nice play area for the kids. My baby loved playing there. Everyone is different. Maybe you will enjoy this hotel. That is just a bit of my honest review.

The service was quite good, check-in was a little bit challenging due to misunderstanding about paying the deposit- it got resolved after a while- language barrier was the main issue. Nonetheless everything went well but had to call the cleaning service on the second day (no idea why it took so long for them to come through, anyways- cleaning was done). The staff at the reception is welcoming, very friendly and helpful with the luggage. All in all, the hotel is a very good spot I must say.

As always the Pullman Oceanview convinces with its beautiful setting, lush gardens, wonderful pools and directly on the beach. It’s situated on Sanya‘s coconut dream corridor, a name never better given. Thanks to Eva to welcoming us back, we never regret coming here and will come back again. The Resort offers a great variety of breakfast options both Western and Chinese, as well as different dinner options on site and our favorite Italian Restaurant Casa Mia just up the road. I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sanya Hotel in Hainan and had a wonderful experience. The resort offers a stunning beachfront location, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the tropical atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering breathtaking ocean views. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to both local and international tastes. I especially appreciated the well-maintained pools and the lush, beautifully landscaped gardens. Overall, the Sheraton Sanya Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway in Hainan, and I would gladly stay there again.
