Very good hotel and service! I found the room to have a smell that sometimes seemed like mold or fresh dye! That attacked my rhinitis! I don't know if because of the carnival, which was very crowded, the cleaning of the corridors left something to be desired for two days. Empty pizza packaging had not been removed from the corridor!

I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

The room is large and comfortable. Although the equipment is a bit old, it's very good!

The ibis standard room, but a little broader than the conventional. It can be improved by offering a greater selection of channels for example. Good comfort. Laundry offers an excellent service. A simple breakfast, you need to improve a lot, I asked for a omelet and I was denied, a absurd. Imagine paying more than 300 reals and a simple request is not accepted... another simple change that you need to observe, if the guest arrives 2 or 3 hours before check-in and there is room availability offer and not cover half a day, This is a way of pleaseing the client, a courtesy that will be remembered. I did not like that with me, even being platinum All, I prefer to leave to check in after to not pay half a day.

The Pullman is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the incredible Brazilian city of São Paulo. From the moment of our arrival when the concierge speedily took care of the car, through check in , bar and restaurant service and upgraded room with hydro jet bath ( much loved by my beautiful girlfriend) the special staff of the hotel made us feel like valued house guests rather than hotel customers. We did not want to leave ! The hotel is in a superb location within minutes walking of a magnificent city park at Ibirapeura and very convenient to access all the central sights of Sampa Hotel breakfast is efficient, fresh, plentiful choice - totally divine. Special thanks to Rodrigo and his team - one of my very favourite hotels in the world. I cannot wait to return

I would like to thank the official Diego who has taken care of and received my family with all the attention and gentleness, he has solved a little room problem during check-in. I am very grateful, he deserves 1000 note as an excellent official. And breakfast is great as the benefit cost was the best !!!!

The location of this hotel is really convenient. When there is nothing to do on the weekends, I go around. There are many restaurants to choose from. I ate a Japanese restaurant and the dishes are basically localized. The owner created a new drink because it is pink. It’s also rare that the boss tried hard to talk to me in English and recommended it. I tried it and it tasted really good. There is a carrefour about 5 or 600 meters away. I remembered that my local colleagues recommended local milk to me, so I bought some local milk and fruits. It’s very fresh; the hotel’s breakfast menu is a little bit more, but the ingredients are what I value most. In addition, one day I worked overtime and returned late. I was so hungry that I tried this eight-catch fish in the hotel restaurant. I don’t know what to do in the alleys. When I ask questions in the circle of friends, everyone’s brains are open...

The layout of the strange rooms, 6 per floor, the couple's bedroom has balcony, is in the middle, but looks like a codlata egg. The rooms with 2 super comfortable and spacious single beds. The super top breakfast with acea, shovel and various types of food. The structure of the heated pool, sauna, academy and so on is also imperfect. The cleaning of the room is also good, super requested and friendly, equal to the staff of the reception! The reception is with various private salts, household and super well decorated. There is a bar in the lobby and a desktop for guests. Parking has a board boy 24/7 super good people too. A pleasant price of 20 reals per day. Top location, next to Rebouças, Augusta, Paulista and etc... RECOMMEND!!!

The hotel is just off the Paulista Avenue, it is very convenient to travel, and it is relatively tight from auguest Street, and the nightlife is also quite rich. The perimeter is very safe and does not need to consider robbery

I have been to many countries but never have i experienced such amazing people, the friendliest I've seen ... always willing to help. You are sure to have thee best time ever. Highly recommended for families. Such warm hearted, welcoming people.
