Even through the hotel is a 3 star hotel, but the premium room is better than 4 star ones. The room is fully equipped, fridge, washing machine, kitchen. Two things surprised me are drip coffee machine with FOC coffee capsules and dryer machine, not commonly seen in hotel room. The front desk lady can communicate well in English. The carpark is automatic type, one staff assists on parking.

The bath looks beautiful new unit bath, but the drainage is packed with a lot of hair, and the flow is terrible, and I took a lot of hair with tissue. ２ On the day, when I returned to the room, the room was cleaned and towels were replenished. However, there is hair on the futon. .. .. It's different from my hair color and length, so it's definitely not mine. I don't think it's a purity, but I didn't like picking up the hair of a person who didn't know many times in the room. I think it's cheap and good if you just stay, but the people at the front desk feel bad, it's mushy, and I don't think I'll go again. I think the location is very good. The room on the road side can hear a lot of outside sounds in the middle of the night and the footsteps on the upper floor.

We stayed with an economy double single youth breakfast. Cospa is good, so it is a hotel chain that I often use recently. Check-in is quick and easy to check in just by holding the QR code in advance payment. The room is not large, but it is large enough to stay alone. It was very clean. The view from the window is not good just to see the hotel next door, but just to have the window does not feel cramped. Ys susukino on the first floor of the hotel was able to eat relaxingly at the breakfast venue. In fact, for comparison the day before, when I stayed at a hotel of the same level in Susukino under the same conditions, the breakfast venue was very crowded, so I felt very good at this breakfast venue. The buffet here is Hokkaido's specialty soup curry and Sapporo miso ramen. Both the soup curry and Sapporo miso ramen were delicious with my own type, but what was more delicious was the tempura soba made by myself. The tempura was freshly fried, hot and crispy. I am very satisfied with the breakfast here. I am a member of the hotel chain here, so I am glad that Charin and 500 yen coins will be cashed back from the automatic check-out machine.

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

Spent 2 nights at the Livemax Hotel in one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever rented. At probably a little over 100 sqft, it was about $1.50/sqft per night. Service was limited. On check-in, you receive a complementary bottle of water. When I went to ask for another bottle on the second day, using Google Translate, “oh, you mean a plastic bottle of water”, the desk informed me there was a vending machine on the 2nd floor. I even offered to pay her for the bottle she had in her hand. No luck. I was surprised at the TripAdvisor ratings on this hotel (4). I gave it a 2 only because it was fairly new (taxi drivers don’t know the location) and in pretty good condition. With the impending 2020 summer olympics, the hotel chain will need to up their game, particularly with English language skills for the tourists they’re expecting.

Excellent location, very close to the airport bus station and the Nakajima Koen station's escalator. It is also very close to the lower part of the Susukino district and there are a bunch of restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was okay, we have had better breakfast before but to be honest the breakfast is actually very good for this price point. Delicious ice cream is available during breakfast and it's from the Niseko Takahashi Farm. There is a coffee corner at the lobby and serves drinks from 3-10pm iirc.

Great place! Excellent breakfast! Good service! The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition. Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

The breakfast was very delicious and rich in variety. I also work in food and drink, so I can understand the hardships very well. Of course, the commute time will be early, and the number of items is so large early in the morning. I think it's hard to get together. The polite customer service was very pleasant and I felt refreshed from the morning. Thank you early in the morning. The rooms are spacious 々 and clean and I've been staying for a long time. I want to be convenient in front of Shin-Sapporo Station. I would like to come again.

MMei Leng LimI recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Location and service was fantastic the last time I stayed with my partner ✨ free hot bath that’s cozy and clean is also a plus! Room was a lil tight for 3 pax, the extra bed was a foldable one, so take note that it should be the lightest of your group to sleep on it haha 👀 Got to try their breakfast this time round and I must say it’s 3.5/5 , just because it the price you paid for, nothing super delicious but it begins early enough to get your stomach warm to start the day for your adventure! Highly recommend for travelers needing a place to stay and sleep without too much amenities/ space 👍🏻

77samuraiWe visited Sapporo for the snow festival in Feb 2020. We selected the Leopalace based on location/price and reviews. On arrival, due to the weather and late night we decided to take a taxi to the hotel, this cost about Y1000. (after our stay it was fine weather, so we walked back to the JR station which took about 15 minutes). NB - neither my wife or myself speak Japanese, just a few phrases. Check in at the hotel was easy and straight forward, and we were directed to lifts behind reception. Our room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We chose not to book breakfasts, we were there for the snow festival so there was a huge variety of fresh market style food available. The hotel was a very short walk from the main avenue where the festival is held. There is 7/11 located on the corner of the hotel and also a long shopping arcade a couple of minutes walkaway. We wanted to use the hotels spa facility which is shown to be on floor 9. we put on the robes provided but having taken the lift up to floor 9 we found only bedrooms. so we called reception and mistakenly asked for direction to the onsen (we should have said public bath) because we asked for the wrong thing we were told the hotel does not have an onsen and then they hung up the phone. So I changed in to regular clothes went to reception and eventually worked out that the only way to the spa was via another lift in reception. Because we had to walk through reception we elected to wear regular clothes which was fortunate because eonce we found the spa area there were large signs telling you in English) not to wear your robes in reception, of course by the time you read that in the spa you would have already walked through reception. I don't mind if there is little English signage but if you take the time to have English translations put them where they can be of use - IN THE ROOMS. (oh and you need to take the towels from your room to use in the spa too) . We found the room temperature very comfortable and both slept well during our stay. We asked the reception to make a dinner reservation for us at a popular restaurant for our second night, this took a little while as initially they assumed we wanted to book into the hotel resturant, but once we passed this confusion they reception were very helpful. Making sure we had our booking reference and even showing us on a map where it was (even though we already knew this). Other than the phone call about the onsen/bath we found the reception staff very friendly and willing to help.

JJeston NgThis hotel is located strategically at Sapporo City Centre, opposite Odori Park, airport bus directly stop in front of hotel, approx 10mins walk to JR station, etc. Easy access to convenient stores and food nearby. Booked a triple room & size is considered acceptable for Japan standard. Room is clean & well equipped wt TV, wifi, hair dryer, fridge etc. However, water bottle was only provided once on check in & thereafter no refill of water bottle. Vending machine & ice dispenser are available on my floor.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit old, and there is no fitness center or public bath in the hotel. However, the location is very convenient, offering an optimum room size. I can walk from Sapporo station in only 5-10 minutes (south -west). The breakfast is also good; I love the probiotics Hokkaido juice, complimentary sparkling wine, Nutto, a variety of healthy salad choices, and especially the salmon. Additionally, Mystays-bathroom amenities include a large bottle of DHC soap and shampoo with conditioner.

When I asked for a shuttle bus reservation from Sapporo by phone, I said that the reservation was confirmed first, so I made a hotel reservation by airmail (arrived around 14:00) on the web, and when I called (bus: 14:00, 15:00, It was recognized that it departed at 16:00), but now it is full only at 14:00. Therefore, I am tired of the bus stop near the New Chitose-Sapporo-Makomanai-Hotel ３. First of all, I wanted a guide of ”full seat” only at 2 o'clock. ２． Check-in was smooth (travel discounts were not used), but the shuttle bus to Sapporo tomorrow morning was ”full and I couldn't wait for cancellation.” ３． The room (T / W on the 10th floor) was wider than I imagined (reservation of an inexpensive main building) and was easy to use, but the equipment, closet, bath / toilet, etc. were ”quite old” for a few minutes. However, the view is good in the river side room, There was no difference in use. However, I felt that the safety box and costume tray in the closet were placed on the floor, and that they would be considered and equipped in the user's position by attaching shelf boards. ４． I used the bath on the 1st and 16th floors. It's a large hotel that is not ashamed of, and it can be used by a large number of people, but when using it, there were few users, so I was able to spend my time to my heart's content. There are individual differences, but I felt that the hot water temperature was a little low. ５． Meals (evening and breakfast) were lined up at some counters, but I thought it was unavoidable. The variety was diverse, but honestly, I couldn't feel any characteristics now. For example (dinner), a large amount of steak was prepared and it was at the counter, but the arrangement (grilled, served, decorated position, etc.), and (breakfast) seafood bowl (rice, seafood, etc.) was also served by each person. I prepared only rice (normal and small amounts of ２ seeds) in advance, and felt that the flow of people could be smoothly made, so that it would be fun and delicious. There are also many waiters and waitresses, so why not engage in service plus service such as lowering tableware and serving meals? ６． The next morning, I asked the front desk (whether or not the shuttle bus was available), but the same was true. When I had a copy of the time and boarding guide map of the route bus (a Sri Lankan nationality woman in charge), I would like to thank you for your kind and polite response. ７． The checkout was smooth and good. I asked again to use the shuttle bus to Sapporo, but it was completely full and could not be used. ８． When I came to the front door to go to the bus stop, a Sri Lankan woman who asked at the front desk in the morning flew and told the driver of the shuttle bus to Sapporo that had just stopped. Negotiate the possibility of boarding 々 did. As a result, I was able to board the shuttle bus. There were still many vacant seats on the bus 々.
