"I initially thought this was a large hotel, but it's actually more like a small guesthouse. The lobby is tiny and quite basic. Thankfully, the room itself was decent, not small in terms of size, but the facilities were just average. The air conditioning buttons were particularly finicky. The bathroom's wet/dry separation wasn't well-designed; there was no convenient place to put dry clothes after showering, making it awkward to get dressed. Breakfast was also very simple. The only real upside is its good location, being relatively close to the North Slope Distribution Center, about a 1km walk. Parking for self-drivers isn't very convenient as there's no dedicated lot; you have to find street parking yourself. Compared to the price of 600-700 per night, the value for money isn't great. 🥲"

"Stayed from September 1st-3rd with friends. Room: We received an upgrade to a mountain view room, and on clear days, you could see Changbai Mountain. The room was comfortable, and upon entering, there was a pleasant, comforting scent. The butler service was excellent. They communicated with us before check-in, arranged pickup, and proactively checked in after we settled to ensure everything was satisfactory and promptly resolve any issues. Their inquiries weren't just procedural; they genuinely solved problems. Breakfast and Dinner: Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, easily meeting five-star standards. We left feeling full and satisfied. For dinner, we had the hot pot set for two, which was definitely filling. The restaurant staff were all very warm and friendly. We felt one of the hams in the hot pot set had too much starch and asked to swap it for another dish. Although items in the set couldn't be changed, the manager still offered us a fruit platter as an apology. Environment: The hotel felt very homey and family-friendly. There were small animals for kids to enjoy and a coffee bookstore for business travelers. The attention to detail was impressive. The complimentary bar drink coupon even included a glass of red wine, which my friend said was excellent – an imported Chilean wine. Activities: Although Changbai Mountain canceled the hotel's VIP park access, we could still use the old mountain gate, which was more convenient than the regular tourist entrance. A tip for everyone: pre-booked tickets cannot be used even a second before your scheduled time, so don't arrive too early. We booked a stream trekking activity through the hotel and had a fantastic time, so much so that we missed our return bus. We contacted our butler, and they specially dispatched a private car to pick us up from the scenic area. We had a wonderful time during our two-day stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly. No matter if your request was outside their usual scope of responsibility, they handled it with kindness, actively sought solutions, and did everything they could. My accompanying friend, who has stayed in many high-end hotels both domestically and internationally, was also very impressed. They even said the service was better than some hotels costing ten thousand a day. Upon departure, we were given a small fridge magnet as a souvenir. The service was meticulously attentive. "The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Communication was prompt and helpful, and it offers excellent value for money, making it a great choice for accommodation. It's also very convenient for visiting Changbai Mountain. The hotel even includes a complimentary hot spring experience. The hotel's surroundings are fantastic, with a wooden boardwalk leading into the forest. Special shout-out to Front Office Manager Zhang Yongping, who was incredibly welcoming and immediately sent over important information!"

"1. Food is paramount, and the breakfast here is delicious. It's not overly luxurious, but it has everything you need. The side dishes are great, the soy milk is tasty, and there's a small crispy pastry that an elder in our group said tasted like old Northeast China – they ate three of them! 😂 2. The location is within walking distance of the distribution center, and there are many dining options nearby. There's a BBQ place with pretty good food. The area is very safe, if you know what I mean. 3. The staff are very friendly. My room had a bathtub, which I hadn't seen in the pictures, so I didn't bring anything for a bath – a bit of a shame! The air conditioning was powerful. This room could easily sleep seven people; we only used less than half of the upstairs tatami area. The kids could roll around in bed without fear of falling off. 4. The guy who picked us up from the station was very chatty and gave us a lot of useful tips!"

"The B&B is located within the Enduli scenic area, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, with a great location right near restaurants and shops. Transportation is convenient; the pick-up service was excellent, so there’s no need to worry about getting around. One evening, we were out eating BBQ when a sudden downpour hit, and we couldn't find a taxi. We tried contacting the B&B staff to see if they could pick us up, and to our surprise, they immediately agreed and arranged it. For breakfast, although the dining area isn't large, you can tell a lot of thought went into it. The fruit cups, salad cups, beef noodles, dumplings, bread tarts, smoked chicken, and more all tasted great. Plus, coffee is available for free all day, making it feel just like your own living room – very convenient. Regarding service, it often rains suddenly in Changbai Mountain. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, but there's only one of each, which felt a bit insufficient; I hope they can add more. Despite this minor hardware issue, the owner and staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in finding solutions. When the weather was clear, they even brought out a drying rack for us to air out our shoes and clothes in the courtyard, making it feel just like drying clothes in your own backyard. Before we left, the staff learned we were heading to Changchun and enthusiastically recommended many great places to eat. It was a wonderful experience, highly recommended!"

"It's hard to believe this is a five-star hotel. First, upon arrival, we were told that the room we booked didn't include hot springs, and we'd have to pay an extra 198 per person. However, the online booking price was only 2 yuan more. Be sure to check the dropdown list carefully when booking, or you'll be ripped off at the front desk. Second, the hotel environment was frankly disappointing. I've never seen such a shabby and noisy lobby; it was like a marketplace, and I couldn't even hear the front desk staff. The room was so small it was hard to turn around, and everything felt outdated. Plus, the location is extremely remote; only two restaurants showed up on food delivery apps… Finally, since we had no choice but to eat at the hotel, the restaurant prices were exorbitant, clearly designed to fleece customers, with no other options available. The breakfast selection was also very limited and lacked any local specialties. It was crowded, and the service couldn't keep up; I waited 20 minutes in line for noodles. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel!"

"Changbai Mountain Puyue Hot Spring Resort Hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Meiren Song Park, making it very convenient for walks and outings. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, the dishes are refined and sufficient. The hot spring area is spacious, and the outdoor hot springs are particularly photogenic. Overall, the service experience was highly pleasant. Seeing us with heavy luggage, the staff proactively offered bags, and they thoughtfully upgraded our room during check-in. We could enjoy views of Meiren Song Park right from our window. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike completely melted away our fatigue. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, and there's a parking lot and other amenities still under construction downstairs. Service: Breakfast is conveniently served at the neighboring Puyue Hotel. Environment: Right across the street is Meiren Song Park. Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station shared shuttle service (08:00-18:00): Well-organized, departs on the hour for the high-speed rail station, arriving in about 8 minutes."

"An absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel-style B&B is right in the heart of Enduoli, and the location is fantastic. It's surprisingly quiet at night once you close the windows. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, asking in advance if we needed reservations for the Tianchi distribution center or the high-speed rail, providing excellent and attentive service. There's also a hot spring bath – though not huge, the water quality was great and very clean. Plus, we received welcome desserts and afternoon tea vouchers to enjoy coffee and treats at the nearby cafe. All in all, it's a hotel I would definitely recommend to friends!"
