"The hotel has a wonderful, quiet ambiance, and is said to be one of the scenic spots within the Mountain Resort itself. There's even an ancient tree over 300 years old on the grounds! It's incredibly close to the Mountain Resort, just a 5-8 minute walk, making it perfect for families. While the rooms are a bit dated, the hotel staff are absolutely fantastic. It's a team of wonderfully kind and friendly women who are incredibly attentive. Thumbs up for their service! 👍"

"Didn't want to rush our trip, so this is my second time staying at this hotel. It's very close to the Mountain Resort, which was perfect for taking the kids to play. The room was really clean, and my child slept soundly. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, patiently answering all our questions. It offers great value for money. I'll definitely bring my family and friends here again next time. It's truly a great place! Thumbs up!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, less than 5 kilometers from the city center and very close to the Mountain Resort. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, and the breakfast is abundant. We had dinner at the hotel once, and the food was also delicious. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic ❤️, and the cleaning auntie's service was also very thoughtful. The front desk offers free coffee and juice. There's free parking in the hotel courtyard, and the parking lot is quite spacious, making parking very convenient. Five-star rating for the hotel!"

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-size room and it was quite spacious, clean, and spotless. The hotel's decor is unique, and the entire design feels very thoughtfully laid out. They provide plenty of purified and mineral water in the room, and there are even books and purified water available by the elevators for guests to take. I have to give a special shout-out to Chenge Banquet – it was incredibly delicious, and each dish was so exquisite. I only booked for one night, but I truly wished I could have stayed another! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose your hotel again. Keep up the excellent work!"

"The rooms at Atour are consistently clean and comfortable, providing a sense of peace. The front desk staff and the service personnel on the 10th floor were very enthusiastic, attentive, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Summer Palace, which allowed us to visit early and avoid tour groups, making for a great experience. We also didn't have to queue for the mountain shuttle before 8 AM. Furthermore, everything you could need is right downstairs, including various restaurants, bubble tea and coffee shops, malls, and supermarkets. I would definitely choose this place again next time."

"We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, but the lady at the hotel still came to pick us up from the parking lot. The next day, after visiting the Mountain Resort, it was incredibly hot. Even though it was past check-out time, she still let us go back to shower, so we could continue our journey feeling refreshed. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a two-minute walk from the hotel exit to the ticket office."
