Für das kleine Lokal Butz in Schürsdorf gibt es von uns eine klare Empfehlung. Wer Wert auf regionale Produkte legt und bereit ist, "einen Euro" mehr auszugeben, ist hier richtig. Es gibt sogar voweg einen kleinen "Gruß" aus der Küche (Brot mit verschiedenen Dips). Wir hatten einen schönen Abend mit sehr leckerem Essen: Scholle, Schnitzel, krosse Bratkartoffeln, diverse Vor- und Nachspeisen (Aperol-Sorbet, mmhhh) sowie tollen Cocktails. Was früher mal Geheimtipp war, ist heute auch in der Woche brechend voll.

Wir hatten ein leckeres Frühstück im Butz. Draußen auf der Terrasse wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Es wurden allerdings keine Informationen gegeben, keine Karte oder sonstiges. Man ist einfach davon ausgegangen, dass man das Butz kennt. Es wurde gefragt, ob wir Kaffee möchten, andere Kaffeeangebote als Filterkaffee wurde nicht gemacht, obwohl das ebenfalls inklusive war. Es wurde Eingangs gefragt ob wir Prosecco möchten, als wir sagten gerne später, wurde es nicht wieder Angeboten. Auch meine Nachfrage nach einem dunkleren Brötchen wurde zwar umgesetzt, allerdings hatten die das Gefühl, dass bei dem Inklusivepreis so wenig wie möglich angeboten werden sollte. So ließ sich die freundliche Dame auch nur selten blicken, nachgefragt nach einem Getränkewunsch wurde nicht. Schade, denn ansonsten wären wir direkt nochmal zum Abendessen gekommen. Das Frühstück war qualitativ ausgezeichnet. Und auch abends waren wir bereits einmal zum Essen und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt mit dem Service leider nicht zu 100%.

Haben im Appartement übernachtet. Sehr geräumige Zimmer, optimal eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Freundliches und zuvorkommend s Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, schmackhafte Auswahl an Wurst, S*****en usw. Abendessen: Alle Gerichte ausgewogen zusammen gestellt und schmackhaft.

Netter, freundlicher Empfang. Gemütliche Einrichtung in mehreren Räumen. Schneller und freundlicher Service. Gute und vielseitige Karte. Gut sortierte Bar mit vielen Köstlichkeiten. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Der Wein war super. Wenn man in der Nähe ist, sollte unbedingt hier rein schauen. Ich komme gern mal wieder.
