i had problem during my check in process where they can't find my booking and the room was occupied by other visitors. i booked 4 months in advance but still they missed my book. and at first they cant help me out, and ask me to make a phone call to that trip.com. i was so disappointed at that time because is late at night, and i already paid for it in advance. But luckily one of the staff offered me to stay in another kind of room without any extra charges.

I stayed in a 4-bed dormitory. The room is spacious as you can see in the photo. The bunk bed is sturdy and the bedding is very good. I like the open air reception area where you can chat with other guests and exchange diving experience. The kitchen is decent. It is located near the waterfront, so everything is in walking distance.
My only problem is the wifi. Its signal is strong but with little to no connectivity during my entire stay. The staff has been informed.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

以非常平和的心情和客棧老闆反應，我的錢包裏的錢第二次少了（第二次是特意check過的情況下）。
這位老闆從一開始就不願意處理🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻和我説沒監控（先問的前台説有），以及讓我找我自己的問題。真的，受害者有罪論是嗎？
前9張都是和這位特牛老闆的聊天記錄，大家自己評判，總共少了60馬幣，一開始就沒和老闆要過錢，也沒提過要如何如何，討個説話都不行🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
她提出報警，除了雞肋我不知道説啥，最後她説轉我，轉了30人民幣，我提出不夠，她開始陰陽我的錢是不是真的少了🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻真的無語至極哈。本來真的，太搞笑了，30人民幣打發誰呢，還拉黑，行，我收了。可能我丟的60馬幣不多，但是真的很挑釁，我和前台表示過我很不舒服，對方至少還和我説了sorry，高下立判。
最後一張為同房間室友討論（頭像已截掉），房間有鑰匙但無用，門根本無法鎖上🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
請注意notions：
1.這個地方監控無用，等於沒有。
2.從我入住到現在沒有一次主動打掃，入住當天房間味道巨大，室友説她從入住到那會兒3天沒扔過應該是之前的垃圾，於是我讓前台來打掃了，一個男生，雖然有點尷尬還是處理了。
3.我也住了3天，我們同房間都是自己用超市袋當垃圾袋，房間垃圾依舊未收堆成小山，臨走時垃圾桶滿，加有3個零食垃圾袋，還是未扔，乾燥的沒啥味道但觀感太差根本衹想逃離🙏🏻

比疫情前下降了不少，管理一片混亂，還把我訂單丟了，導致我後面五天不得不換酒店。就是反饋問題後再次預訂的2天，攜程再三確認了沒問題的，也搞錯了！就住兩天還換一次房，雙人間變成拼房三人間！要啥啥沒有，又臟又亂！垃圾！
