Good, the stay is clean and comfortable

This is on the outskirts of Seoul, as we had rented a car, it was fine but from city center it's an hour. The room had bare necessities and they didn't have any cutlery or plates etc to send to room. More over there was a cockroach on the bed at night and it freaked us out.

I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I think it's the most convenient hotel that I have stayed during my holidays. Some hotels don't provide toothbrush. Rooms are well cleaned in time. And the front desk guy.....his name is "David" hahahaha funny and hilarious. Nice guy!

This hotel is located just 40 mins from downtown Seoul. But i would recommend everyone who wants peaceful and affordable hotel with good service and room. I am very impressed by how big the room is and it is very clean.

Hotel staffs are good in communicating in English subway is 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel room are clean. Many stores nearby in the hotel. Highly recommended! Two thumsb up

Hotel was clean. Staff was pleasant and professional. They have a lovely coffee shop and convenience store in their lobby. There is a mall next to the hotel. Everything was convenient and accessible, except this hotel is very far from tourist spots.

It takes about an hour by train from the city center, but it was a beautiful hotel with a good view.

Location was not ideal as it was about 20 mins walk from metro. The staff was pleasant and accommodating because when I was given my room it was not up to standard as the linen was not clean. They were then able to transfer me to another room but it was the same problem, however when the cleaner came the next day she happily changed the linen. Overall was not bad but I would not visit again due to the location.

I didn’t like my stay!! -I literally started sneezing upon entering the room,the room was very dusty! I told the receptionist and all she said was open the window.. -the couch had a stain on it!! -the shower has disgusting stains! Overall hygiene at this hotel is extremely poor!

The room was quite big, and the hotel view was good we can see city view through 90 degree window. Bathroom was very good clean and refreshing. There is nearby cu convinience store which staff very nice and helpfull. The wallpaper need to fix. Afterall Its nice hotel to stay

The janitor here is extremely rude and not doing the cleaning work as requested. Unprofessional. 1. Try to break in the door while the door is locked. I told her to come clean later but she insist to come in. Make extreme noise outside for at 10-15 minutes. Later she said the door is broken (because I locked the door)while the door lock is totally fine. 2. Told the front desk to clean the room. The janitor didn’t change to a new bedsheet instead simply put the original bedsheet as how it is from last night. 3. So many long hair that left on the floor. Also on the bed. Disgusting. after all the front desk is really nice with good English speaking skill. Also being very helpful. Location wise ..40-50m to the city depends on where you go. Hongdae is closer. Convenient store on first floor 24hrs

Super arrogant, ignorant and careless reception staff. Super dirty rooms, the bathroom, the bed and ESPECIALLY the sofa! And it smells! The hallway is also a mess. The carpets are only vacuumed once per year? Never again!

The recent refurbishment and rebranding has made the hotel very pleasant to stay in.
