Tibet Hostel

Drepung Monastery/Jinzhu West Road Lhasa|4.26km from city centre
This hotel is really suitable for self-driving travel! This is my third trip to Tibet alone. I actually have no clear travel plan. I just want to find a hotel in Lhasa where I can sleep comfortably. I have stayed at their Potala Palace View Hotel before, and this time I want to try their self-driving hotel to prepare for future self-driving trips. What attracted me the most was the breakfast service in this hotel, which was served until 1pm, which was the main reason why I chose them. Because when I came to Lhasa this time, I just wanted to celebrate the New Year here alone and enjoy a leisurely life. Choosing a good hotel is so important. I hope that I can wake up naturally every day and have delicious food waiting for me when I wake up. I made up my mind to stay for five nights, and it turned out that my choice was right. As soon as I entered the room, the waiter told me that I could drink as much as I wanted from the drinks in the refrigerator. If there was not enough, they would add more for free. I basically slept until noon before having breakfast, then went back to the room to tidy up, and then went to the old town to hang out in the sun. It was so pleasant! What surprised me even more was that the hotel also sent fruits, snacks and dried fruit platters in the evening, which was so thoughtful! The environment of the hotel is also very good. I won't go into details about the other details one by one. All in all, I am very satisfied with this stay!

Songtsam Lhasa Linka

Princess Wencheng Live Theater Lhasa|4.89km from city centre
Facilities: My husband and I, two retirees, checked into the Songtsam Linka Hotel in Lhasa on September 17. We entered the hotel after flying directly from Shanghai to Lhasa. The manager Mr. Bianbarob and the staff served us enthusiastically, professionally and skillfully. After checking in, we were given instructions on plateau precautions, and refreshments from the Tibetan Plateau were provided. When my husband developed high blood pressure, he was immediately provided with an oxygen concentrator for oxygen inhalation. The hotel's facilities, architectural features, etc. are all pleasing to the eye, so I won't say more. On the first night of my stay, my husband suffered from high fever. I would especially like to thank the hotel manager, Ms. Solangdecuo. [Hold your fists] [Hold your fists] With her efficient, warm, sincere, and empathetic service attitude, she promptly arranged for someone to dispatch a car late at night. Sent to the hospital, what moved me even more was that she promptly called the guest room to tell me that she had sent my husband to the hospital, so that I didn’t have to worry. Just like Songtsan's night dessert, I heard a gentle and soothing beautiful female voice on the plateau. She is the white lotus on the plateau, the beautiful Dolma, and a ray of sunshine for Songtsan, illuminating Songtsan and adding color to Songtsan. [Strong] [Strong] [Rose] [Rose] [Sun] [Sun] Thank you Mr. Solangdava [clasp your fist] [clasp your fist], and the driver, [clasp your fist] [clasp your fist] for your heart-warming companionship late at night. There was also Mr. ** Tashi [holding fists] [holding fists] whom we met at breakfast, which made us understand Tibetan culture better. Thank you to the singing and dancing performing artists [holding fists] [holding fists], and to all the hotel staff [holding fists] [holding fists] for providing perfect and high-quality services. If you go to the plateau, choosing Songtsan will protect your health. Perfection is not a small detail, but attention to details may lead to perfection. It is the efforts of every staff member that constitute Songtsan's trust and quality assurance. During the subsequent journey, we successively stayed at Namcha Pawa Songtsan, Songtsan Pomi Linka, and the newly opened Songtsen Basongtso Linka. As Mr. Pema Dorje said, the hotel takes you to places where no one can go. , imprinting the beauty of mountains and rivers, understanding local cultural life, discovering the beauty in people's hearts, and finding where happiness lies. Thanks 🙏

Shan Bala Hotel

Barkhor Street/Jokhang Temple Lhasa|0.25km from Barkhor Street
The facilities are old and need to be renovated. The towels and floor mats on the bed and bathroom are quite clean. The room is Tibetan style. The waiter cleans it in time every day. I stayed for eight nights in total. I didn't ask for cleaning every day because I went to major temples every day. I'm not in the room during the day every day. I ask for it to be cleaned every two days! The oxygen supply didn't work very well. Except for a tall female manager at the front desk, they didn't upgrade my room on the first day I checked in. I was upgraded three days later. The attitude of the other front desk staff was very good. The cleaning foreman was particularly enthusiastic and polite. The cleaning is very serious. The breakfast is average. The environment is old. The ingredients are single. It costs more than 500 per night in this peak season. Management should be improved and the ingredients should be better. The hotel has advantages. Convenient transportation. There is a lot of food nearby. Potala It takes five minutes to walk to the palace and two minutes to Jokhang Temple. Other temples are also good. There is a temple right next to it, as shown in the picture. It is very good for health and studies. The public security nearby is very good. It is also very lively at night. The shops downstairs are also there. Not bad. Handmade from afar. I personally like it. Go shopping when you have time!

Minshan Hotel

Potala Palace/Sun Island
The first time I traveled to Tibet by car, I have lived in many hotels along the way. This is the warmest hotel I have ever stayed in. Although it is cold outside, it is warm when you step into the lobby. The waiter smiled and greeted him when he saw it all the way, and immediately handed over the steaming freshly cooked Rhodiola tea, which is said to be resistant to high anti-goods. The little girl at the front desk quickly checked in, and the lobby housekeeper Zhang Jie personally led to the room to introduce how to use the facilities and the location of the observation deck in detail. The room is clean and clean, with a wide view and free upgrade to the executive floor. We played in Yangzhuo Yucuo Lake and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Tibet. People have not come back yet and the new room type has been upgraded as required. Hotel management is in place, and the guests are considered everywhere, basically responsive. Especially the housekeeper Zhang Jie's attentive service makes people feel at ease. We spent a short and unforgettable time staying in Lushan for 3 days. Thanks to the hotel's high-quality service concept. If there is a chance, I will definitely choose again.

This hotel was also booked because of the convenience of the Tibetan bath. When I checked in, I obviously got no deposit or was charged a 400 deposit... After I checked in, the oxygen supply was also repaired? ? Why didn’t you talk about this when you checked in? In Lhasa, I chose the hotel for oxygen supply and maintenance? It was only when I called and asked... the front desk is not responsible at all. I do not recommend everyone, there are so many homestays in Lhasa, you can choose to stay in with better service.

The room is very clean, refreshing and well laid out Although it is in the city center, it is very close to the Ramoche Temple and the Ramoche Temple. It is a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle and allows you to sleep peacefully. In particular, the hotel has its own travel agency, which allows us travelers who have just come to Lhasa to save a lot of time and can check their own itinerary. It is very convenient. There is a boss, Hu Yinglong, who is really enthusiastic and enthusiastic about his work. Friends who have just come to Tibet can contact us. He, that really saves time and worry. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is clean and tidy and has a complete range of dishes.

The proprietress was kind and kind. She just arrived at the hotel and asked what to do if she slept at night in case of high reverses. She immediately gave me the medicine for high anti-reverse and upgraded my room. It’s so heartwarming to have such a beautiful sister outside! The room is also clean and tidy. Some people say that there is no air conditioning, so it’s not necessary. The air conditioner I came in mid-September didn't work. There was a humidifier, mosquito repellent, a kettle, diffuse oxygen! Enough! ! !
