The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

During our time in Seville, we stayed in this hotel. It is a historic building with a lot of interesting details. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and with the window shot, it was quiet. The location of the hotel is great. There are many restaurants nearby and the sighted are in walking distance or reached by bus. The breakfast service is an experience. It is a bid chaotic, but in holiday mood, no problem. It is definitely recommended to stay here.

Location outside the old town, we are walking from the hotel to the sun umbrellas and other attractions such as the church and the palace. The distance is not very close, but the walk is also here. Take a taxi to the airport for 25 euros.

What a magical retreat. We stayed over the Easter weekend for my 40th birthday. We had room 7 which had a private terrace and was beautifully presented when we arrived. Correspondence with the staff was fantastic and a welcome text greeted us on our day of arrival and a smile and an air of familiarity as if being greeted by an old friend upon arrival. Miguel our host was fantastic and could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is relaxed and the beautiful courtyard and plunge pool make for a tranquil retreat to escape the pace of the city outside. Attractions are a fair walk but to wander the streets and soak up the atmosphere is something you shouldn’t miss. If you’re feet get tired you can always hire a bike from the hotel or easily hop on an e shooter( definitely recommend both) and wizz off to explore other areas of the city which might be a little too far on foot. Other reviews have complaints regarding the breakfast, I found the form easy to complete and change when we fancied less on some mornings. What is provided is nice and the orange juice is amazing! If you want more there is alway the option to ask for it on the form or just pop to one of the many cafes at the end of the street. If I was getting picky I would of liked a towel rail in the bathroom. I highly recommend this stunning little hotel for families or couples and hope that we can return again one day. Thank you Miguel and Candela for all your efforts and making our stay so memorable.

I thought it was an excellent hotel to spend a few days in Sevilla. Very clean and tastefully decorated. All has paint again. It is not too expensive, good quality-price relationship. It works through entry and exit codes, so you avoid being pendling the key. Some sticks to be taken into account: the additional bed has a displaced bed compared to the other beds, which are comfortable and molly, there is reception I think only until 6:00 if you arrive at night, you have to check-in alone, I recommend doing it in time to not have the stress of coming and wait for the mail that sends you the entry code with the baggage in the door, the rooms have little space for baggage and others, The hotel is located in a very beautiful area of Sevilla, well communicated with the centre and also has things to do with, such as the Macarena Basil, or the Great Power Jesus. It is next to the Hercules Alameda, which is a super pleasant square with good places for breakfast or dinner.

The hotel is clean and with a professional staff able to manage each situation and problem. The rooms are well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The Hotel is near the city center (10-15 minutes on foot) with the bus stop at 3 minutes by walk. It is easy reachable from the airport taking the EA airport bus and stopping at Placa de Armas (10 minutes far from the Hotel). There are a lot of typical restaurants in the nearby. The breakfast is rich and with a lot of different meals.

This hotel is magical. It's in the perfect location in Seville. The modest entrance does not prepare you for the beauty inside. From the tile in the lobby, to the antiques and exquisite metal work. The courtyard is about as peaceful as you will find. We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The main bedroom had pocket doors that closed. A perfect way for a family of 3 to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Mariam at the front desk was so very helpful. She explained the area and events with perfect English. We were there for the Holy Week and the processions were simply breathtaking to watch. We highly recommend this hotel and this stunning city.
