This is the first time I stayed in such a bad Hilton. The hygiene is so bad. The toilet is very dirty. The table is covered with dust and oil stains left by the previous guest who ordered takeout.

Will never stay at this hotel again, everyone stay away. The air conditioning in the hotel cannot cool down, and there was no advance notice before check-in. The room temperature was over 30 degrees at 2 a.m. and I couldn't sleep. I reported it to the hotel but they didn't offer any solution and dragged me to check out without mentioning the matter at all. I complained to the customer service, but their attitude was very tough and they didn't offer any compensation. Whatever they say, it's up to you. Secondly, there was an opened bottle of mineral water in the hotel room. This is Hilton's service attitude, ridiculous!
