"Chose the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao for my trip to Shanghai, and I made the right choice! The location is right in the heart of Lujiazui; as soon as you step out, you'll see many people taking photos of the 'Lujiazui three-piece set' in front of the hotel. IFC Mall and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower are all within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, making for a worry-free stay. The views were absolutely amazing 🤩🤩🤩! The high-floor view was incredible; staying here saved me the ticket fee for a high-rise observation deck, totally worth it!"

"I paid around 43 Yuan from Pudong to stay at this clean, secluded place where you need to remove your shoes before entering. At the time, I was the only foreigner, but as a solo traveler, I never felt left out and felt completely relaxed throughout my stay. There’s no bathing facility in the room, so you need to use the onsen area, which requires being fully naked—at first I was hesitant, but by my second attempt, I felt more at ease and ended up enjoying the experience. Breakfast is served in a refreshing bento-style box that really reflects the Japanese influence, and although the location is a bit far, there are restaurants nearby if you need them."

The hotel is located on Shendi East Road, Shanghai International Tourism Resort.Million Stone Hot Spring Street is a resort hotel integrating leisure, entertainment, dining and shopping, with a total area of about 18,000 square meters. Japanese traditional culture is combined with pure Japanese soup hall and garden landscape. "The hotel is just two steps away from Bicester Village, and there's a shuttle bus to Disney (though there's only one, first come, first served in the morning, and you need to book for the evening). Actually, there are two bus lines right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. After a tiring day of fun, taking a bath back at the hotel was so relaxing – a perfect weekend! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and considerate, and they were also very capable of coordinating with different departments to quickly resolve any issues for guests, allowing us to rest sooner and making our entire trip very smooth and enjoyable!"

The luxurious facilities, convenient transportation, and wide viewing angle make the hotel a good place for business, travel and leisure.

"Grand lobby and drive way. A Sheraton presence is seen from the streets. The rooms are large and fancy and one of the largest rooms I've stayed at in China. The staff are all professionally presented and provide warm welcome for your stay. If you're after comfort and a bit of luxury then this option is pretty good. There are a few blemishes that you may notice if you are an avid Sheraton patron but if not, it may not bother you as you may not notice it. One of the issues I noticed was the shower. I have a habit of rinsing down the shower to keep it clean after use. When I did this during my stay, a lot of red or orange film was floated down the drain which looks like the showers are cleaned but not the edges and walls and allowed some sort of film to form. The windows at the hotel can not be opened unlike other cheaper hotels so keep in mind the centrally controlled air con during winter will be pushing out warm air only. This may be uncomfortable for visitors from hotter climates as you wont be able to sleep with a cool air con. However the hotel provided us a fan which made the stay/sleep comfortable. The air situation is only applicable during some seasons so do some research before your stay. View was not bad for my stay and I believe some rooms may have a even better view. No self serve laundry room but they do offer laundry services."

"Before booking, I saw some negative reviews, but the hotel's river-view rooms, the high-floor bar with a terrace overlooking the river, and the gym and pool with river views perfectly matched my needs, so I still went ahead and booked this hotel. After checking in, I was quite pleased. The environment and hygiene were good, and the room was very spacious. The staff provided polite service and were quick to address any requests. The downside is the breakfast; it wasn't great. While a limited variety isn't a huge issue, the freshness could definitely be improved. I provided feedback, and the hotel staff politely apologized and said they would make improvements. The hotel's location is also very good, offering a quiet retreat in the bustling Bund area, making it convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and shopping. I extended my stay by two nights and was generally very satisfied. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

Hotel near Xinzhuang, Qibao,Shanghai
"The B&B has an excellent location, right in the heart of Qibao Old Street. The hosts were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. They even helped us carry a lot of our luggage, which we really appreciated! When I requested a clothes steamer, they brought it to me instantly. The B&B is well-equipped with a microwave, bathtub, bathrobes, and even a swimming pool! A nice touch was the smart toilets, which automatically activate as you approach. They even provided two duvet options (thick and thin) in the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed in a loft room, which was incredibly spacious – we even joked that we could throw a party in it! The host even had hair ties available, and honestly, they were the best I've ever used – so gentle on the hair and incredibly smooth! There are plenty of great food options nearby, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!"
