"We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free."

"Highly recommend especially for disneyland! Room is spacious and well equipped, wide breakfast selection. For sustainability, would suggest to have more hooks in well ventilated place to hang towel for re-use. The foot bath provided was highly needed after a whole day in disneyland to relieve the muscles. The shuttlebus service to disneyland and airport left on time. Our room had water leakage, it was attended promptly and recovery service was well managed."

"The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. Thank you for your warm hospitality!"

"Thank you very much to the owner of the B&B. First, the space is large and the environment is very quiet. The owner will respond to any request. As long as you ask, the owner will arrange it for you. Second, breakfast for 2 days was provided. 5 people. Very satisfied. I went to Disney, and the pick-up and drop-off arranged for the next day was also implemented. Before leaving, my watch was left in the room, and the owner found it for me in time and mailed it to my home by SF Express. I will still book this store next time I go to Shanghai. I forgot to take a photo of the room. It is similar to the one posted on the official website. This price and this service are worth it. "🌟 Our stay at Chuxin Moshe Hotel was amazing! I highly recommend this Hotel, especially if you plan to go to Disneyland. I will describe our whole experience here: None of the hotel staff spoke English, but they use translations apps and they are very helpful. Any questions we had they answered. 🛏 Room: Bed was big and comfy. I am very tall but that wasn't an issue. We also had in our room a Dyson like hair dryer (very good and powerful), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, flip-flops and bottles of water (restocked daily). ”TV” was a cinema like projector to the wall. I could not make it work because I could not find the settings to switch to English language haha 😅 We also had AC and humidifier - much needed in this weather. The walls are thin, and not very good soundproff. The room was clean! 🍜🥮 Food: Breakfast was delicious! There were many options, mostly asian food. Rice, noodles, fried eggs, boiled eggs, fruits, baked pumpkin, moon cake and many more. See attached pictures. ⭐️ Amenities: - 🚌 You need to go to Disneyland ? Just ask the front desk. They provide rides to and from Disneyland for FREE! All you have to do is to drop a message on the WeChat group with the timeslot + number of people and driver Lee will pick you up. - 💆♂️💺 Tired after Disneyland? You can use massage chairs for FREE at the lobby. - 👕🧺 You end up changing 2-3 shirts a day because you did not realize how hot and humid Shanghai is? The hotel provides FREE laundry and drying machines! - ☕️🫖 FREE coffee, tea and ”sour plums soup” (very good, I recommend it) can be found at the hotel lobby too. 📌 Location: The Hotel is located in an not so tourist area. None of the people there speak english, and you will be the only foreigner when walking down the street. We went for jogging in the neighborhood everyday. We felt safe. You can find local restaurants and local markets/shops selling all sort of crazy stuff. It was very interesting to see the local life, not only the tourist side of the city. 🛬🛫Airport: the Hotel offers FREE rides to and from the airport! It goes every 2 hours. You just have to inform the front desk one day in advance. Initially we decided to go by ourself and we took a random taxi from the airport (❌️ this was a mistake, I don't recommend you to do it, unless you speak mandarin). The taxi driver took 3 longer turns and when we arrived he tried to scam us to pay 465 yuan for a 60 yuan ride (I checked the prices before on Amap app). I started arguing with the driver who did not speak english in the hotel parking area. Hotel staff was prompt and immediately came to my help trying to understand the situation. When they realized what was happening, in about 2-3 min around 5-6 hotel staff members were there defending us and arguing with the scamer taxi driver. They picked up our luggage from the back of the car and helped us settle the dispute using translation apps. 🙏Big thanks to them! We felt very welcomed and safe! Other services that were provided by the hotel but we did NOT use: - 👗👢costume rentals (princesses, cowboys, etc), mostly for kids. I guess it is more convenient to rent a costume rather than to buy one for a kid that will outgrow the costume by the next year... -💄 proffesional make-up - 🗣 tour guides - only for mandarin speaking I think ❤️🙏 In the end we want to say a big thank-you to Xiao Ran and all the employees there who helped us a lot during our stay. The hotel is great and the employees attitude and willingness to help is amazing 👏. 💡Other tips: - 🇨🇳 in China: you need Alipay and WeChat apps in order to pay / communicate and Amap to check map and local transportation. - 🏰 in Shanghai Disney Resort: get the Magic Disney Passport (around 80 yuan) and try to complete it in the first day. It is a nice ”tour” like experience of the whole park. - ☀️ weather in October - it's hot, very, very hot 🔥 🥵"

"The entrance is a little far back, so at first I wondered if I was in the right place, but as I got closer I saw the hotel lit up 🏨✨ They gave me a ride to Disney 🐭🏰🤍 All the staff were very kind 🥰✨ Basically we communicated via WeChat, so it was smooth and there were no language issues! They also provided free breakfast, and we had porridge and bread 🥐☀️ Thank you so much 🐰"

"I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy my stays. Usually when I see Anna at the reception I feel happy. She’s very friendly and welcoming. This time it was Claire and Carrie that helped me for checking in. Both of them are very nice and helped to arrange a great room for me. Moreover, it’s so nice to have some relaxing time in the lobby lounge and drinking tea while having a beautiful view of Shanghai. The staff of the lobby lounge are also great and they remember my preference to drink tea."

"Very cool designed hotel and love the design and indeed the stunning view of the Bund from the room. Had a long time deciding which hotel for bund views and definitely made a right choice! The breakfast was amazing- so many choices! Good quality. And the bar outside - wow again - great place to chill at night with the view. Also had dinner at Yen restaurant in the hotel - service is excellent and food is delicious. Happy that I could also order a cool cocktail collaboration they had with another cool place in Shanghai. Anyway shows W’s commitment to good design and lifestyle. Location of the hotel is great - short easy walk to the Bund and in the lovely - more chill neighbourhood of HongKou. Just next to mall with everything. Great stay! And yes love the very cute XLB and chopsticks plush in the room. Couldn’t stop admiring them :)"

"Is the Ritz-Carlton trying to position itself alongside hotels like Hilton and Pullman now? Seriously, the hygiene, facilities, and service were truly subpar across the board. On the first night, the room we were assigned had a terrible stench, exactly like a dirty public restroom. We waited for over half an hour to switch rooms, only to be given another room that reeked of mildew. The bed was noticeably damp, and it was clear the linens hadn't been changed. What's more, the complimentary bottled water had already been opened! But it was too late and we were too exhausted to request another change. So, I called the front desk and informed them that I would need a different room the next day—one without any odd smells and with a dry, clean bed. The next day, after returning from lunch, we were told our new room still wasn't ready. Around 2 or 3 PM, when we were about to leave, I called the front desk again. They said the room was ready and they'd send someone with the key card (it sounded like I was talking to the operator, not the front desk directly). We then waited for 40-50 minutes, but no key card arrived. I called again, and the operator seemed surprised, asking, 'It hasn't been sent yet?' She said she'd follow up. Another twenty minutes passed, and still nothing. I called *again*, emphasizing that we were in a rush to leave and asked them to transfer our luggage for us. The operator asked us to please wait a little longer in the room, assuring us someone would be right over. After *another* considerable wait, the front desk called and said, 'Actually, your new room isn't ready yet.' Are you playing games with me?! Honestly, staying here was beyond frustrating! The pervasive mildew smell was truly nauseating."

"The staff are extremely rude and the customer service overall is very poor. Staff are not welcoming and go out of their way to try and make your stay difficult. Aside from that the rooms are very clean and spacious and the price is very reasonable. The outdoor pool is a plus in the summer, but the lack of pool loungers which have seemingly been replaced with yoga mats is very low rent. Would highly recommend if you are planning not to spend much time at the hotel, or if it is summer and you are wanting to luxuriate in an outdoor pool - otherwise don’t bother! They clearly don’t want repeat business."
