在我看來，滴水湖洲際是上海所轄區域內最好的度假酒店之一，也是IHG集團內極其標桿的一家。第二次入住，雖然不巧遇上了滴水湖煙火表演暫停（從25年開始，基本上每週六晚8點都會舉辦），但這種非酒店因素造成的缺憾其實是不會影響酒店品質的，無論在食物品質還是服務品質方面。兩晚入住下來，感覺酒店的優點還是非常之多，這裏主要列舉三點：一是優美環境，一酒店佔據了一個南島，户外就是風景旖旎的滴水湖，藍天白雲之下，點點風帆（帆船）遊弋在浩瀚碧藍的滴水湖之上，如詩如畫，意境滿滿，實在是上海區域內極其難得一見的良辰美景；二是饕餮美食，明顯感覺酒店的西餐和中餐較之過去，都有顯著的提高，尤其是甜品，基本上是我住過的幾十家洲際中最好的一家（僅指洲際品牌），而自助餐中的芝士焗龍蝦，芝士烤榴蓮，香煎小鯧魚，杜佰瑞冰激凌這些都相當不錯；三是優質服務，從前廳到客房，從餐廳到酒廊，洲際的服務貼心細緻，員工的態度和藹可親。特別鳴謝酒店的管理團隊及運營部團隊在我和家人入住期間為我們提供的温馨、專業服務，他們中包括了以下我知道和更多我還不知道名字的員工：餐飲經理George，前廳經理Carol，值班經理Jane，南島食集經理Kimi，彩豐樓經理Grace，行政酒廊員工Linda等員工。滴水湖洲際，必須再來！

皇冠假日升級洲際後，第一次來，裝修提升很多，服務提升更多，管家提前一天聯繫詢問到達時間和車輛，入住當天下午絲滑入住。酒店內晚餐後，看煙花，可惜天冷了，不能用室外泳池。早餐，大堂問好的員工能一下子認出我，説她昨晚到我們房間送過甜湯，可見花了心思培訓。

滴水湖洲際在臨港，週六晚上可以在房間看到對面煙花。怎麼説呢可圈可點，服務分人，賓客服務有做的特別好的，也有不太清晰業務的。第一天給的房間發黴潮濕，角落地板灰塵特別多，第二天給升級了。但是作為白金卡第一天辦理入住就應該給升至少一級別，第一天大堂前天人員實在是感覺業務不清晰，一言難盡。糖水也不知道是每天有還是偶爾有。泳池水不錯，健身房也很好，healthy club的美女工作人員很好。 酒店整體看似很華麗，但是實際用材很一般，很廉價。感覺管理上可以培訓更好。

從下車門開始，行李員就主動接過行李，全程都不用自己動手。入住時前台還貼心地給了小童洗漱用品和歡迎水果。
最驚喜的是，我們隨口提了句房間有點冷，沒過幾分鐘，取暖器就送來了，綠籮效率超高！
總之就是，所有需求都被預判和滿足了，感覺自己像個被精心照顧的朋友，而不是客人。

房間挺寬敞，服務很好，就是動線有點奇怪，去餐廳還要跨過裝飾建築，否則還要往前繞一下，去看煙花也衹能出大門後繞過去，沒有直通，從橋到酒店要走好久，有接駁車接送客人就好了

週六去上海滴水湖洲際酒店度個假，順便還能觀賞焰火。酒店地理位置不錯，環境打理得不錯，假山，亭台樓閣，荷花池，一應俱全。唯一令我不滿意的就是218房間，設計理念太低級了，和大酒店的名頭不符。

酒店升級之前是皇冠假日酒店，之前也入駐過，也是被酒店獨特建築外形吸引，此次酒店升級後，又來體驗。因臨時預訂，所以房價沒有優惠，原以為尊享陽台房可以看到湖景，沒想到是園景，有點失望，感覺寬大的陽台有點浪費。因有腿腳不方便長者，事先和酒店打招呼，提供了輪椅出行，方便很多，美中不足，房門沒有吸門的裝置，每次輪椅進出房間很不方便。早餐時間到十點鐘結束，對於不喜歡早起的年輕人很不友好，現在很多酒店都延長了早餐時間，尤其是週末，希望酒店可以改進。酒店準備的歡迎水果超級滿意，非常用心，水果無論是品種還是品質，都好過之前住過的五星級酒店，可見酒店餐飲的食材把控還是值得信賴。週六晚上，雖然有陽台，但是看不到煙花，也是遺憾。希望酒店以後在客人預訂房間的時候，可以提前告知是否可以看到湖景和煙花，比如提供視頻標註哪些房間可以看到煙花和湖景，避免客人訂房像拆盲盒，留下遺憾！總之希望酒店不斷提高服務意識，越來越好！

慶祝結婚紀念日預訂的房間，入住前把需求提供給酒店都一一滿足了！ 不錯
前台到客房服務都耐心細緻。房間精心佈置，還贈送了蛋糕🍰很温馨。蛋糕也很可口，不是很甜。
預訂的行政酒廊禮遇，含下午茶☕️和歡樂時光不錯！ 食物精緻可口，適合假日的輕鬆省心。
最驚喜的是晚上的煙花，本來以為下雨會取消。但如期而至的煙花🎆讓紀念日沒有遺憾～～煙花好看，不虛此行～酒店不錯，有峇裏島酒店感覺～～謝謝😊
