酒店臨湖而建，綠植環繞，空氣清新，建築如桃花盛開，環境優美，讓人幸福！我們居住第四朵花瓣-D區四層，從豪華陽台房升級到豪華湖景陽台房，有雙陽台，觀景視野升級。我們的房價1100出頭含雙早、魚頭套餐，等於包攬全日餐飲，非常值！感謝攜程，感謝酒店！大堂中庭挑高近十多米，穹頂的圖案類似酒店的建築外形，外接天光，非常美！客房面積大約50多平米（未算入雙陽枱面積），寬敞明亮，佈局合理，裝飾風格精緻的中式風；燈具的造型奇特，從明亮到柔和可任選。床鋪寬大且床品品質極佳，手感細膩光滑、潔凈親膚，大大提升睡眠質量。衞生間亦寬敞明亮，黑色質感的浴缸放在入口處，潔具系名牌，智能馬桶間與淋浴房相鄰，洗漱台盆連着梳粧台，設計頗具匠心。淋浴花灑噴頭出水暢（指手持），大瓶裝沐浴品品質不錯，洗澡舒爽。這才是精緻的度假生活。酒店的服務質量好，服務員輕聲細語、耐心細緻且周到的服務讓我們身心愉悦。

一直是洲際的忠粉，滴水湖的洲際地理位置更加，在臨港的小島上風景獨特。進門所遇到的每一位工作人員都盡顯品牌形象，這是我每次住店以洲際首選的理由。
行程未開始前工作人員（王欣小姐）已將酒店的詳情告知，讓旅途一開始就踏實安心。到店又貼心的給我們一家三口升級了湖景房、怕寶寶外出吃飯不適應臨睡前送上了可口的糖水、早餐額外贈送了營養雞湯，寶寶喝了滿滿兩盅。
第二天天氣突變，室外狂風亂作，室內寶寶在小童中心玩了不亦樂乎，整潔並豐富的小童體驗區着實讓我們解放雙手。

在我看來，滴水湖洲際是上海所轄區域內最好的度假酒店之一，也是IHG集團內極其標桿的一家。第二次入住，雖然不巧遇上了滴水湖煙火表演暫停（從25年開始，基本上每週六晚8點都會舉辦），但這種非酒店因素造成的缺憾其實是不會影響酒店品質的，無論在食物品質還是服務品質方面。兩晚入住下來，感覺酒店的優點還是非常之多，這裏主要列舉三點：一是優美環境，一酒店佔據了一個南島，户外就是風景旖旎的滴水湖，藍天白雲之下，點點風帆（帆船）遊弋在浩瀚碧藍的滴水湖之上，如詩如畫，意境滿滿，實在是上海區域內極其難得一見的良辰美景；二是饕餮美食，明顯感覺酒店的西餐和中餐較之過去，都有顯著的提高，尤其是甜品，基本上是我住過的幾十家洲際中最好的一家（僅指洲際品牌），而自助餐中的芝士焗龍蝦，芝士烤榴蓮，香煎小鯧魚，杜佰瑞冰激凌這些都相當不錯；三是優質服務，從前廳到客房，從餐廳到酒廊，洲際的服務貼心細緻，員工的態度和藹可親。特別鳴謝酒店的管理團隊及運營部團隊在我和家人入住期間為我們提供的温馨、專業服務，他們中包括了以下我知道和更多我還不知道名字的員工：餐飲經理George，前廳經理Carol，值班經理Jane，南島食集經理Kimi，彩豐樓經理Grace，行政酒廊員工Linda等員工。滴水湖洲際，必須再來！

週六住進酒店之前前台小姐姐已電話聯繫詢問住客的需求。房間給升了級，酒店到客房服務都耐心細緻。房間精心佈置，還贈送了生日蛋糕很温馨。蛋糕也很可口。週六晚上滴水湖公園放了煙花🎆本來以為下雨會取消但還是有驚喜的。酒店硬件設施不錯，有機會還會入住的。

皇冠假日升級洲際後，第一次來，裝修提升很多，服務提升更多，管家提前一天聯繫詢問到達時間和車輛，入住當天下午絲滑入住。酒店內晚餐後，看煙花，可惜天冷了，不能用室外泳池。早餐，大堂問好的員工能一下子認出我，説她昨晚到我們房間送過甜湯，可見花了心思培訓。

滴水湖洲際在臨港，週六晚上可以在房間看到對面煙花。怎麼説呢可圈可點，服務分人，賓客服務有做的特別好的，也有不太清晰業務的。第一天給的房間發黴潮濕，角落地板灰塵特別多，第二天給升級了。但是作為白金卡第一天辦理入住就應該給升至少一級別，第一天大堂前天人員實在是感覺業務不清晰，一言難盡。糖水也不知道是每天有還是偶爾有。泳池水不錯，健身房也很好，healthy club的美女工作人員很好。 酒店整體看似很華麗，但是實際用材很一般，很廉價。感覺管理上可以培訓更好。

從下車門開始，行李員就主動接過行李，全程都不用自己動手。入住時前台還貼心地給了小童洗漱用品和歡迎水果。
最驚喜的是，我們隨口提了句房間有點冷，沒過幾分鐘，取暖器就送來了，綠籮效率超高！
總之就是，所有需求都被預判和滿足了，感覺自己像個被精心照顧的朋友，而不是客人。
