打電話問前台Wi-Fi怎麼連接，前台一名叫**的男工作人員竟然非常暴躁的回答，用手機連啊！要不然還能怎麼連。我衹是想問一下Wi-Fi密碼，**你至於這樣態度惡劣嗎？你不喜歡這份工作可以不幹，跟客人泄什麼憤！我鄙視你的工作態度，更質疑你的人品和酒店的管理。這是我遇到服務最差到沒有底線的一次經歷。

夜裡12點入住的被子不乾淨渾身癢 好不容易三點多去睡 早上六七點終挨邊房間不知道是裝修還是怎樣快把房子拆了 砸聲超級大 跟前台打電話説了以後安靜了五分鐘然後又繼續敲砸 一直持續到十點多還在敲砸最後實在受不了了10點終就退房了 臨走時跟前台小姐姐説太吵都沒搭理我 無語死了從來沒住過這麼垃圾酒店 超級 超級差

第1次住酒店中毒，新裝修的店環境挺好的。但是裝修材料肯定不好。做了一宿，鼻子疼嗓子疼，第2天感覺像中毒了一樣，換了個賓館躺了一天，做賓館的開業之前沒有做過空氣檢測嗎？住了這麼多年賓館。頭一次遇到這樣的。給你們三天時間，必須給我一個説法，不然我就投訴你們
