房間很差！！！！
環境：唯一會訂這個酒店的原因是距離外灘近
設施：老舊
衞生：地毯很臟，衞生間都是地板牆面都是灰，衞生間的小洗衣機不能使用並且裏面蓄着污水，玻璃也跟沒打掃過一樣都是水污漬
環境：牆壁四周全是掉皮的，全是黴斑
服務：前台服務人員玩小聰明，希望我退單補點費用，然後就不會收到差評
提醒各位訂這家要謹慎！

朋友家就在對面小區，住在這裏很方便的，從日本回來打開門看到房間面積就覺得太好了啊，寬敞實用有大大的窗户能看到街景，衞生間有專屬的小洗衣機太方便了，走路去外灘三五分鐘，周邊還有商場便利店，連住了三個晚上

This is the worst hotel ever. This is not a hotel. THE CONDITION WAS HORRIBLE. SEE THOSE PICTURES. THEY OFFERED A DIFFERENT ROOM. BUT STILL THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A TV(it seemed someone took it out). When I requested an extra bed, they literally brought a military field trip beds without a Mattress. The lady seems to in her pajamas who came to install. Seriously ***s!!! I FELT UNSAFE WITH THIS *** AT THE LOBBBY. HE FORCED ME TO CHECK OUT. Don't you ever go to this hotel. I paid myself and left to other hotel after this lobby ******** type *** forced me check out I am complaining to Trip com as well. YOU SHOULDN'T ALLOW THIS ONE IN YOUR LIST. I HAD TO REQUEST MY PASSPORT COPY BACK WHEN I LEAVE BUT THAT ******** *** REFUSED AND FORCED ME CHECK OUT BEFORE I EVEN SAY. ***** ******. DON'T YOU EVER TRY THIS ONE. I AM SO SURE THEY WILL TURN YOU DOWN.

Hotel location is good. Reception staff not very cooperative(rather frowning face), bathroom facilities and cleanliness compromised, broken soap/shower gel shelf. Not highly recommended.

This hotel was good location, just cross the mainstreet to get the long cross bund. But, limited foodstall or convenince store (not 24H).
Nearest metro station is xiananmen approx 10-15 minutes walk.
The hotel was old, need to improve. Need more pillow, bigger blanket. And more amenities.
The room was big enough, but shower and toilet to small.
The view from my room was pretty.

Cheap at this location. Many long term rentals on a budget. Rooms very outdated, but clean. No breakfast. Staff does not speak English.

It was very local but a bit dirty. The bathroom had mold also.
