Needed a night near Pudong after my flight got canceled. This hotel worked out great. Room was excellent quality and customer service was responsive. The hotel is also next to a variety of restaurants and I had a delicious dinner that night I arrived. While I took the metro from the airport to the hotel (3 stops from the airport with a walk from the station to the hotel), I used their complimentary airport transfer to get back to Pudong in the morning.
I would definitely stay here again.

very basic room. Lobby is like a guest house. Room has a window but no view at all. Toilet flush automatically but it doesn't work. Never again

I booked it cause my flight arrived late at night. I booked the airport shuttle through messages, cause I couldn't call. It seemed a little complicated, because I wanted to ask about it days before and then was told it should be 5 hours before. On next day I walked the 1km to the Linkong Road metro station, which is easy to find. The room was nice and clean and I had a good sleep, so many lights to switch off though.😂

We have an overnight transit at Shanghai Pudong Airport.. The location of hotel which is near to airport and the free shuttle service is great. Morning 1st shuttle at 5.10am.
However the floor we stayed has a strong cigarette smoke smell when we stepped out of the lift..
The cleanliness need to be improved. The draining system of the bathroom also very bad. But all in all we liked our stay here despite these small problem.

Location is from the Lingkong Road metro station about 1 km, but very simply approching and there is 5 restaurants and a supermarket next to it. Very clean hotel with a self service laundry full of washing and drying mashines. Very kind and helpful staff! ❤️
The only thing we missed is a fridge in the room. :-(

The hotel is close to the airport, the service is excellent, the room was clean, and the place is quiet outside, away from the city crowds.

An okay stay if you are taking a break going to airport or disneyland for its distance. Staff counter is okay. Got food stalls nearby but no convenient mart. Aircon does not work as fast. Got free van in 1hour intervals to Pudong airport though. Breakfast does not look good.
