極其滿意的一次住宿！從入住開始，晚班的行李小哥就很熱情地幫我拿行李，辦完入住也把我的花絮用品送到房間；前台也幫我把房間安排在了滑雪禮賓部的樓層
最讓我出乎意外的就是酒店備品； 茶葉是Basao的甚至早餐都有Basao康普茶； 咖啡機用的是nespresso vertuo系列的膠囊 而且這是我第一次見酒店可以提供泡澡球的！
總體體驗真的非常滿意！下次來滑雪還是會毫不猶豫選擇住這裏

週末帶孩子去耀雪玩雪，選擇在那邊住一晚，增加點度假感，因為小朋友喜歡游泳，所以在附近的酒店中選擇了這家帶泳池的。新酒店的設施自然沒話説，早餐也不錯，更需要贊一下酒店的服務，接待我們的前台小姐姐很漂亮也很熱心，大堂裏的小哥哥們會主動幫你拿行李，有問題的時候找他們也都是有求必應，很好的一次住店體驗。

突然想去玩雪，略微看了下就匆忙訂了洲至，再去看網上攻略的時候，還是有點小迷糊。想到問題就一直在電話確認，客服還是很耐心地解釋了入雪場的各種問題。整體感受很好，滑雪樓層為16層到18層，16層為禮賓部，滑雪可以提前入1小時入雪場，前提是買酒店的雪票，17樓是行政酒廊，買了雪票可以隨時休息，水果、咖啡、小餅乾可以補充體力，這就很好。入住的時候到酒店已經晚上九點了，去16樓踩點，工作人員很耐心，提前幫我們選好了租的雪服及用具，付了按金抱着滑雪服回房間，第二天就穿着酒店的雪服去拿板，出雪場就很方便了，很貼心。房間很舒適，酒店環境也蠻好的，有問題都很貼心地回答，有些網友點評説早餐難吃，個人覺得還行呀。喜歡滑雪又想方便的，閉眼沖酒店的滑雪票，還可以申請延時退房（根據酒店滿房情況），太方便了。哦對，剛到家發現落東西了，酒店答應幫忙寄回，很nice～

房間裝飾很有特色，衞生間兩個洗臉盆，還有浴缸，乾濕分離很好。前台和迎賓都很熱情，早飯自助餐豐盛選擇多。不是16層的房間需要下樓步行去耀雪，距離很近，也方便。附近可以點外賣，機器人送餐。

設施：酒店設施很好，滑雪樓層很方便，出門就是雪道，旁邊就是滑雪禮賓部，房間設計很好，用料沒的説，就是空間利用差點意思，這麼大房間浪費的面積太多；行政酒廊其實沒什麼，喝的很少飲料都是碳酸，也有咖啡和茶但還是太簡單了不配酒店的整體檔次，吃的就更簡單了，也沒什麼能評價的；設施這塊最後強調一下，一樓客廳的電源是個讓人匪夷所思的問題，幾乎沒有能就近充電的地方，請儘快改善。
衞生：各方面都很好，洲際這一點都很好。
環境：很不錯，從一樓大廳、餐廳、到房間都很好，酒店的游泳池、健身房等很多雖然沒去體驗，從入住來説，感覺還是很不錯。
服務：這個重點説一下，酒店的覃素泉小美女真的是非常好，小姑娘不僅人長的好，人也非常好，還很有親和力，包括酒店的各方面都能根據我們的需求去介紹，陪同看房間直到最後確認選好最合適的房型，提出的建議都是替住客着想，這才是洲至奢選酒店的核心競爭力！贊一個！👍🌹

非常愉快且滿意的一次入住體驗。對於去臨港耀雪滑雪的朋友來説，極力推薦入住。酒店2024年新開業的，北歐風的裝修，房間和走廊很多原木的裝飾及滑雪元素的修飾。定的是滑雪樓層的套餐，從到達的前一天就有值班經理主動電話企微聯繫，瞭解大致的入住時間及是否有特殊需求。週六下午我們是3點左右到達，辦理入住十分迅速有效，電梯直達16樓滑雪禮賓部，借滑雪裝備到請教練到進場滑雪，全程服務人員都微笑服務，且整體流程非常絲滑高效。晚上去了19樓的酒吧氛圍也很好。第二天一早的早餐也相當驚喜，品種非常豐富，且品質都非常OK。第二天入住客人可以享受提前一小時入園滑雪，這點對滑雪人士來講非常友好了。後續滑雪還會繼續考慮住這。

The room is very clean and spacious, also well equipped. For this price, it is unbeatable if you intend to come to haichang aquarium, astrojomy museum, or the L+snow park which is just 2-3 minute walk from hotel lobby. The breakfast line is of good quality, but taste can do better, not bad, taste wise a 3.5-4 stars. Overall, everything is great and our family love the teo nights here very much.
Special mention to the concierge department, they were very helpful from checking in, breakfast arrangement for kids, luggage storage, to checking out. It made our stay even more comfortable.
