The laundry room is very crowded, and can only accommodate two people at most. Washing clothes smells bad. When drying clothes, I saw another experienced customer who may have lived here for a long time washing clothes in the sink... The breakfast was also eye-opening, with few varieties. Except for the noodles cooked to order, the rest was really not as good as some chain hotels that cost three or four hundred yuan. The restaurant is still open to the public, and aunties and uncles who live nearby are sitting there in groups of three or four eating!

The so-called "service" made matters worse: the front desk had a poker face the whole time, and when I asked to change rooms, they said "the room was full", but I heard that other guests were successfully upgraded. The breakfast options were pitifully limited, the coffee was as weak as water, and even Hilton's signature cookies were missing. There was not even an apology when checking out, as if the customer's dissatisfaction was justified. With such hardware and services, the price is comparable to that of a five-star hotel? It's simply treating the guests as suckers! I advise everyone: It is better to spend half an hour looking for other hotels than to fall into this Hilton sign.
