The hotel is located near a hospital and a Lawson is located just 2 shops away. The place is surrounded by eateries. It’s about a 10minute drive to Shanghai Railway station. Rooms are spacious for the price with basic necessities provided. Non-smoking rooms are available but the smell of cigarettes is still evident within the vicinity. They provided free laundry services, make sure to get the detergent from the receptionist. Overall value for price stay.

這次住的地方體驗挺好的。前台的工作人員態度特別好，不管是辦入住、問問題，都很耐心，説話也客氣；房間裏和公共區域的設施很全，像洗漱用品、充電插座這些常用的都有，用着很方便；大廳也讓人覺得舒服，光線特別足，亮堂堂的，待着不壓抑；早上的早餐也不錯，種類挺多的，味道也合口味，吃飽了出門辦事特別有勁兒。

來參加比賽的，住宿環境在周邊算非常好的一家酒店，周圍也都很方便，附近吃飯的地方也很多，盡顯上海特色小吃，距離地鐵站也很近通行也是比較方便的。
房型中有的是帶窗的，有的是不帶窗的，這個建議提前跟前台核實一下。我訂的這個房間，當時沒太注意到酒店到的比較早，衹有不帶窗户，本來有一點不開心。後來發現附近在修路，一想真的有帶窗户的可能還吵一些。
建議早餐加一下咖啡。

The hotel is good — we liked it. The room matches the photos. It has everything you need, except that tea and coffee were not replenished during cleaning. There is a free shared laundry on the floor (2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and laundry detergent is available for free at the front desk. The soundproofing of the walls is excellent, but not so much at the door — you can hear what’s going on in the hallway. The toilet has a heated seat, the shower water reaches the desired temperature instantly, and there’s a fridge. We didn’t try the breakfasts, so I can’t comment on them.
Cons: the air conditioner works a bit strangely — it’s weak during the day, but at night, even if set to +27°C with the fan on low, we ended up freezing after a couple of hours. The beds are slightly smaller than a standard double, but it was enough for us. The staff doesn’t speak English, but they responded promptly to all our questions and requests using a translator.
There are several cafés and shops nearby, so everything you need is close. The nearest metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away.

Room 8246 Sept 17 - Sept 21. On Sept 18 morning we went to the receptionists to borrow a vacuum cleaner. One of them replied they had no vacuum cleaners. On Sept 19 morning, we approached a lady housekeeper for a vacuum cleaner. She promptly called a friend of hers to send one to our room. We were very thankful to be able to use the vacuum cleaner to clean our room ourselves. Our room got cleaner. However, the corridor was still very dirty. It seemed they had never vacuum-cleaned the corridor's carpet. Once we encountered a lady housekeeper trying to clean the carpet by using a brush, without a vacuum cleaner. How ridiculous! Even the very small piece of carpet inside the lift was extremely dirty. Why was it so difficult to just vacuum-clean such a small piece of carpet? From the window of our room we could see the air-conditioners' outdoor units that were in a dirty condition. Pity the property owners. They have designed and built a beautiful hotel only to be poorly managed by incompetent people who do not even understand what hospitality business is.

The hotel's cleaning staff, Liu Chuan, provided excellent service. She was always smiling and helpful. The hotel should take good care of this staff and ensure they work for a long time.
