Great stay, pleasant experience. Was a little hard to find the entrance but staff are extremely responsible and helpful. Appreciate the free snacks provided and the general area is very lovely.

The UrCove Hyatt at the West Bund riverside is excellent! I would love to stay here again. I just had a quick one night stay this time and chose this hotel because of how close it is to the event venue and I was highly satisfied with how clean, quiet, and convenient everything was. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a riverside experience with convenient location to shops and great facilities.

The hotel is located in the West Bank Dream Center, which is very convenient for visiting West Bank. The room facilities are complete and clean. The room service is meet and greet, and the front desk service is good and responsive. I will stay here again when I come to West Bank next time, but I hope the room location will be better next time. 🤣
