I had such a pleasant stay at the Intercontinental Serviced Apartments. Andrew checked me in, and he was incredible throughout my entire stay. He helped call taxis whenever I was heading out and catered to all my requests — his customer service was truly top-tier.
Danny was also amazing and provided exceptional service. Honestly, the entire staff was wonderful, from the butlers to housekeeping — everyone was so kind and professional.
The apartment itself had everything I needed, including a washing machine. The rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about this property. It was a 20/10 experience, and I cannot wait to be back!

Great stay - the residence is beautiful. Key amenities including gym, laundry, library, dining were all amazing. Breakfast was well done and delicious. Great service from Andrew who was attentive with his service. Felt like a home away from home. Best part? You’re right on the Suzhou River! Great for walks or runs. Would book again.

入住前諮詢了很多問題，是前台danni接聽的，非常有耐心的解答我的所有問題。入住那會兒恰巧也是danni辦理，整個過程非常順暢。個人比較重注細節，處女座完美主義者。酒店的整體環境與服務水準都是絕對的"洲際"。酒店的b1層，裝修風格還有擺設，泳池健身房等等都很高大上。停車場在英迪格，步行也算方便。恰巧國慶節當日danni推薦我們旁邊蘇河的皮划艇比賽！感受到了濃濃節日氣氛感，很是熱鬧！愉快的一次入住體驗，謝謝！

前台Klay令人印象深刻。今早辦理退房時，他高效地處理完手續，還主動為我們準備了瓶裝水路上使用。當得知我們要趕早班機，他細心地提醒了機場路況和最佳出發時間，這種超越期待的關懷讓我們倍感温暖。
