酒店餐飲做得不錯，漁府出乎意料的出品很棒，菜品很精緻，早餐也很豐富，房間裝修和圖片一致，很有設計感，硬件很好。
但是新開業酒店最大問題是管理混亂、服務人員素質參差不齊，19樓漁府服務員很熱情，但是前台就十分惡劣，辦理入住的時候裝忙不主動招呼客人，不會主動告知退房時間、健身房和泳池的位置及開放時間等，歡迎飲品問完之後就不管不顧彷彿衹是走個過場，更重要的是涉嫌欺詐、故意隱瞞，我們預訂的套餐寫明視房態可升級至“時髦江景房”（樓層15-18樓），在前調兩次確認會安排升級、當日確認存在空房的情況下，前台含糊其辭表示房間已升級，卻並未告知升級的房型，然後安排了12樓的房間試圖以曼妙江景房（9-12樓）替代本該升級的時髦江景房且未説明任何原因，如果不是多看了一眼套餐説明甚至沒有發現這個怪異的操作，實在讓人難以理解…
此外酒店房間太新不敢不開新風機，但是新風機晚上非常亮且屏顯無法關掉，空調懷疑也是壞的，運行一段時間就會自動關閉，導致房間很熱。
anyways此行最令人震驚的還是前台素質，建議酒店加強人員培訓，以免個別人員毀壞酒店形象。

來的時候剛開業，到處都是香香的，喜歡。
服務很熱情，又給客人留夠了邊界，這點也很喜歡。
重點誇下早點，有點子日式的風格，在座位點好，給送上來，早點品種豐富，新鮮，營養全面，特別是胡蘿蔔汁（強烈推薦，過了10天還念念不忘）和蔬菜沙拉，格調和品種都很特別。
浴室很大，沖涼時有很寬心的感覺。
地理位置絕佳，看江景，看梅奔，看中華文化宮，想想下，清晨躺在床上看太陽從中華文化宮冉冉升起的畫面，絕美。
想要晨跑，五分鐘到旁邊世博公園，沿江邊（海邊?）慢跑騎行都很完美，尤其11月桂花季節，天氣涼爽，桂花飄香，真是身心都得到了極大的放鬆。
交通簡直太滿意，五分鐘就到地鐵站（深圳人就是務實，習慣坐地鐵）。
如果下次再來梅奔看演出，還是會選擇桐森，非常棒！
富路不就是希望能得到最好的被照顧的體驗嘛，這裏值得一試。

想找個酒店過個週末，通過攜程找到一家全新剛開業的酒店—上海世博桐森酒店，是凱悦旗下的首家新品牌，位於世博中軸線邊上，與梅奔演藝中心為伴，高樓層臨江房景觀相當不錯陸家嘴三件套也在不遠處，入住時，大堂值班經理小馬還做了個小升級，有點小驚喜！作為一家全新酒店，硬件設施完善，設計感滿滿，風格偏年輕時尚，房型都為扇形大開間，配上大面積玻璃幕牆，採光和景觀非常不錯，隔音好，床品舒服。早餐是半自助，品種不算多但口味都線，基本都能滿足。工作人員服務熱情，有求必應。另外停車也方便，是和商場及木棉花凱悦公用的。入住體驗感在浦江兩岸的酒店裡算性價比超高的，強烈推薦，贊👍！
