前段時間帶孩子去上海海昌海洋公園玩，入住了上海海昌度假酒店，體驗感超棒！必須給大家分享下！
抵達酒店，辦理入住非常便捷還有人幫幫忙拿行李0154號工作人員還貼心介紹了酒店設施和遊玩攻略。因為孩子小，我們需要床圍欄，工作人員很快就安排好了，床品柔軟舒適，細節滿分。
酒店的小童樂園是孩子們的天堂，設施豐富又安全，孩子玩得捨不得走。玩累了回房間，佈置得童趣滿滿，親子配置齊全，小童洗漱用品、拖鞋、浴袍都有，衞生間還有親子馬桶蓋和小台階，特別人性化。房間打掃得一塵不染，每天回來都很舒心。
早餐在極地餐廳，中西式都有，選擇多，味道好，孩子吃得開心。而且入住就能享受上海海昌海洋公園2天無限次入園，酒店有專屬快速通道，5分鐘就能進園，超方便！玩累了隨時回酒店休息，再入園接着玩。
這次入住，酒店服務從始至終都很貼心，讓我們全家都感受到了温暖和關懷，下次來上海海昌海洋公園，肯定還住這兒！

衞生，一般吧，衞生間，縫都發黃了。記得定時清理啊～
服務，挺好的，遇到的所有工作人員都挺不錯，特別是禮賓小夥。
位置，去海洋公園不錯的選擇，孩子很喜歡。
設施，小朋友設施很不錯，但是，對於大人有點不方便，好像，棉簽，刮鬍刀等等都沒有。
還有有一點，作為親子酒店，肯定會有很多小朋友，特別是熊孩子，因為餐盤放的比較矮，食物比較高，看到小朋友之間踩在枱子上，放餐盤的枱子，直接取餐，當然不能怪酒店，工作人員可能沒看到，但感覺就不好了。記得多多關注熊孩子呀

海昌的服務還蠻好的，但是到底酒店老了，房間內都比較老舊，因為小孩喜歡鯊魚寶寶，所以定了一樓的房間，反臭非常非常嚴重，最厲害的時候是洗好澡，還有早上，小孩子和大人聞到這個味道都乾嘔了，加上一樓是封閉窗、沒辦法開窗通風，衹能把房間門打開換氣。特別是早上的時候，衹能趕緊出門，臭到要吐！

高峯期出行真的很多人，工作人員都在很努力的提高入住效率，東西丟失也能及時找到並寄回，需要客房用品送達的也很及時。孩子很喜歡的美人魚主題，打開飄窗前就能看見園區，提前一個小時入園享受了不需要排隊的遊樂項目。整體體驗感很好，期待下次入住。

帶着兩個寶貝入住海昌企鵝酒店的兩天一夜太值了！酒店的企鵝主題房萌趣十足，小童上下鋪和企鵝元素讓孩子們興奮不已。每天清晨在酒店企鵝餐廳邊看企鵝游泳邊吃早餐，豐富的餐點連挑食的大寶都吃得津津有味。酒店接駁車每15分鐘一班直達園區，VIP人臉識別通道省去了排隊煩惱，輕鬆開啟遊玩模式。
海洋館裏的虎鯨傳奇表演震撼全場，孩子們被7噸重的虎鯨躍出水面的場景驚艷到尖叫；珊瑚水母館的夢幻光影讓二寶直呼“像星星在游泳”。最特別的是酒店大堂的360°企鵝展池，不僅能圍觀企鵝餵食秀，還能通過科普護照解鎖8種企鵝知識，真正實現“住企鵝酒店、看真企鵝”的奇妙體驗。兩天無限次入園的設計讓行程格外從容，傍晚回酒店小童樂園放電後，晚上還能在房間飄窗看園區夜景，孩子們抱着企鵝公仔説“這是最棒的海洋冒險”！

房間這個價錢最後裏面房間質量還沒有小冰箱的確是滿有點失望的，然後那些茶包啥的都是偏差了一點，然後兩個喝茶的馬克杯上居然有一根頭髮，然後沒想到反饋之後一直到最後離店，第二天到現在都沒有得到任何的回覆，這個衞生情況真的是有點讓人…
2張2天無限次海昌公園成人門票:就是可以兩天暢遊樂園，除了堅持熱，其他都還好，不過每一個項目居然還有單獨的VIP門票單獨額外加錢，説實話，除了門票以外，還花了額外很多好幾百塊錢
酒店專屬快速入園VIP通道:這個是方便蠻快的
消費滿減券滿200減30:大家孩子去後來也沒有關注到這個，因為天氣實在是太熱了
