The hotel is in a perfect location, conveniently near the MRT/subway, making it easy to explore the city.
The front office team is young, enthusiastic, and always eager to assist. Despite the language barrier, they effectively use translation tools to ensure smooth communication and provide excellent service.
While the room cleanliness could be slightly improved—there was a lingering smoke odor during our stay—it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience.
Great hospitality and a fantastic location!

This hotel is located nearby Weining subway station, easy to go around. 20 min from the attractions. There is one mall across the street with some restaurants and coffee shop. The room is good size, not too small, clean, and comfy bed. The hotel staffs are very nice. We arrived hotel early morning. They allow is to check in immediately. Just one feedback for the air condition that unable to adjust the temperature in the room. The weather during our stay around 18-25c, the building turn on the heater. The room quite hot. The hotel staff gave us extra fan.

Central air condition's cooling system is off, per front desk, it is not the season yet. 26-31 degree Celsius outside + humidity. Very uncomfortable, hard to get into sleep @ night.

Overall the hotel service is very good. The staff is very very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast service is also amazing. Throughout the experience is excellent 😍😍

Overall it's quite good. Location is right next to subway number 2 line. Both airport are along that line. WiFi is busy during evening that slow down WiFi speed. Recommend using your own communication line during evening.

The service and environment are great bcs vry close to metro station.Otherwise，the aircond facilities got abit unfunctioned fking hot 😁 I dont think the breakfast is valuableeeee bcs the types of the meal too less . Overall it is okay laaaaaaaa👌👌👌👌Shanghai is quite good
