環境極差，勺子沾菜葉，筷子沾頭髮，令人作嘔！衞生檢查怎麼過的？建議市場監督管理局、區工商局嚴查！
早餐體驗極差，八點半到（早餐九點結束）餐廳，僅剩兩片餅乾幾顆花生？也配收 50？
服務態度極差，餐廳工作人員蠻橫無理，認為早餐沒菜是住户來的太晚，且態度強硬與住户發生爭執（八點半到的，所以早餐九點結束是説了當**？）
前台情商極低，無法解決問題，衹會火上澆油，住酒店欠你錢？

酒店裝修很上檔次，在這小鄉下地方能找到這樣的賓館不錯了，空調熱水都很好，就是晚上空調噪音太大了，剛好這季節可以不用空調，晚上睡覺衹能關了空調，停車是很方便，就是沒有一個醒目的標誌牌，門前又是單行道，搞得差一點逆向行駛了，早上五點鐘起床出門導航告訴我左轉，幸好我白天吃過虧了直接右轉。

入住一家三口，當晚打電話叫前台送牙刷拖鞋，我們還在睡覺中，服務員隔天早上6點多自己開門進來放牙刷，真的是嚇人…酒店設施老舊，房間一股難聞的味道！體驗感太差勁了…
