The room is very nice, spacious and clean. Coffee, tea and a kettle. There's a small gym and the location was perfect for me. The service desk isn't that friendly though.

The experience was very good. The hotel was full of details. You can see the human touch from every little detail. It's not easy [frown] My girlfriend said that next time she comes to Shanghai, she will choose your hotel [rose] The front desk butler Xiao Zeng is enthusiastic and responsive, and is always available [grin][grin] There is a coffee machine and ice machine at the door. The front desk lady also brewed coffee thoughtfully when I went out in the morning☕️ Taizhou people recommend everyone to come here 🥰🥰🥰

It was a great experience in there, Just if there could be a bit more English present ”(such as the Breakfast Menu) it would be more International traveler friendly. The service was spot on.

As a business traveller, when I go to a hotel, I crave familiarity, as there are often enough surprises at work. At the Radisson Xing Guo, I had high expectations, check-in process was smooth and the room was nice. However, when I came back after work, the dirty cups were still inside my room and when I called down to front desk, they sent replacement glasses from room service without any spoons after a long wait. On my second day returning from work, there was only half the normal nunber of bottles of water. The continuous little errors were unfortuante as I never knew what else would go wrong. Hotel overall was nice, and should definitely spend more time training room servicing staff.

Trust the Atour brand. This stay was a pleasant experience. This is a newly opened hotel in 25 years. The room is very clean, the decoration is simple and generous, the bedding has no peculiar smell, and the sleep is very comfortable. The Atour pillow is really amazing (I also use this pillow at home). When I left the hotel, the front desk also gave me two bottles of cold brew tea, which was thoughtful. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. Everything else is good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Shanghai.

Great stay! Cleanliness and location is unbeatable. It just a 2 mins stroll from the nearest metro station (literally right across the hotel). Shopping malls like Livat are also within walking distance.

This hotel is located within walking distance of a large mall that has many Japanese restaurants and a grocery store full of foreign food and drinks. The staff are helpful, the hotel is quiet and clean. There is a bar attached to the lobby that serves mostly Japanese clientele. Quite pricey. The breakfast buffet is a standard Chinese buffet. There was no refrigerator in my room, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, this hotel is worth its price. I will be back.

Exceeded expectations. The view room on the 18th floor has a wide view. It is also an old hotel. The decoration is newer than Jianguo Hotel. It is the first time to look down at Xingguo Hotel from the air. The standard room is less than 500 during the May Day holiday. It is very convenient to walk around Hunan Road and Wukang Road.
