Stayed in this fabulous hotel with historical surrounding for a week. A warm welcome from the reception, classic nice clean room. With upgrade to the garden view. Room service with traditional welcome fresh juice and Wontonsoup every day. For sure will come back to stay again and we recommend to all my friends and families.

My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

Located in a very quiet neighborhood in Shanghai, perfect for those who enjoy short scenic walks. The subway entrances are only 2 minutes away so its ideal for a quiet yet convenient stay in thr big city. The rooms are pretty tight for more than one person.
The entire staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating - from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff. Amazing people! The breakfast is also not bad. Chinese cuisine but foreigner friendly.

Trust the Atour brand. This stay was a pleasant experience. This is a newly opened hotel in 25 years. The room is very clean, the decoration is simple and generous, the bedding has no peculiar smell, and the sleep is very comfortable. The Atour pillow is really amazing (I also use this pillow at home). When I left the hotel, the front desk also gave me two bottles of cold brew tea, which was thoughtful. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. Everything else is good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Shanghai.

The room is very clean and spacious, and the room type has been upgraded. The location and cost performance are very good. There is a free laundry room and coffee. The staff has a very high sense of service. I hope it can be maintained. It is very close to the subway and convenient to go everywhere. It is definitely worth booking

As usual the hotel's location was great. I was given the corner room. I didn't really enjoy it because the cleaning equipment was kept right next to the room and so there was a lot of movement close to it. There was an annoying sound at night, like dripping water outside my window, but I was too exhausted to go downstairs.
Next time, I will just specify not to get the corner room.
The staff is always great. Very welcoming and helpful and always smiling. The hotel is super clean.

It is what it is. Cheap and clean and decent - but noisy asf! The corridor is narrow so all the voices carry from the corridor and even from within other rooms. Cannot survive without earplugs (they have them at the reception). Because of the noise, i wouldnt stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room is sizable, modern, clean, functional, and comfortable. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. The safe is convenient. The sofa is great looking and comfortable. We can see some familiar elements in the deco as the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong Wan Zai we stayed at just few days ago. The consistency contributes to the Hyatt brand around world. The service is superb. The hotel employees were all polite and professional. Check in was smooth. Delivery of items was quick. We asked for early check in and late check out and both were granted without fuss. The hotel is conveniently located near Zhongshan Park at the intersection of Yuyuan Road and Dingxi Road. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. And the iconic Jingan Temple and Wukang Road within walking distance. We were glad to have picked this Hyatt Centric hotel. We would not hesitate to return in the future and to recommend it to others.

The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, which allowed me to have a good sleep. The staff's warm service made me feel warm. The price/performance ratio is also high. I will consider staying here next time. There is also a rest area next to the lobby, where it is very comfortable to order takeout and have a midnight snack!
As it is close to the subway, there is inevitably some noise from the subway. Our room was far away from the door this time, which just reduced the noise impact.
It's a shame there's no elevator, but the staff will help carry your luggage upstairs!
