My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .
As a business traveller, when I go to a hotel, I crave familiarity, as there are often enough surprises at work. At the Radisson Xing Guo, I had high expectations, check-in process was smooth and the room was nice. However, when I came back after work, the dirty cups were still inside my room and when I called down to front desk, they sent replacement glasses from room service without any spoons after a long wait. On my second day returning from work, there was only half the normal nunber of bottles of water. The continuous little errors were unfortuante as I never knew what else would go wrong. Hotel overall was nice, and should definitely spend more time training room servicing staff.

Overall the place location is good and the hotel staff tries their best in every aspect. The only downside is that the hotel lobby and the lift corridors smells really bad. It will be good if they can invest in a scent for the whole hotel. Room wise it is good size and have basic amenities.

The rooms and pavilions here look like a scene carefully painted by a painter, and are exactly the same as the scenes in the pictures passed on by the store owner. The interior layout is ingenious and the furnishings are elegant, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, like a spring breeze, making people feel warm and comfortable. (˘︶˘✿)

I won't talk about the size of the room. The bed is so dirty. I spent more than 300 yuan. I chose this one just because the reviews were very high. The bed is quite big when I walked in. The room is small. The soundproofing is also average. In short, the experience is average. The service attitude is quite good.

Had a lovely time at this hotel and will book it when I come back to Shanghai! I love this neighboorhood, there's so many nice streets to walk around and things to eat. The room is not too big but exactly good enough for one person and the 24H reception and daily cleaning is nice. Bed and shower are comfortable.

This is very good hotel, in new condition. I gave for 5 star. the room was cleanness, furnishing are nice, but the room is small and need about 10 mints to walk to metro station.
the hotel is pretty close 虹桥 airport and 虹桥 railway station.
Located in a very quiet neighborhood in Shanghai, perfect for those who enjoy short scenic walks. The subway entrances are only 2 minutes away so its ideal for a quiet yet convenient stay in thr big city. The rooms are pretty tight for more than one person.
The entire staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating - from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff. Amazing people! The breakfast is also not bad. Chinese cuisine but foreigner friendly.

I stayed here for one night after a long trip from the US. They’re located right next to the airport and train station so it was perfect. The staff is incredibly polite and proactive with their service. They helped me up with my suitcases and the room was spacious and sooo comfortable. Yolanda and Chen were so great during the check out and she even gifted me a desk fan because she noticed I was hot. I would totally stay again!

Excellent
MMatthiasI always come back and it’s a Perfect stay for business for the location it’s easy to get to the different convention centers around the city
Room although compact is super comfy - feather pillows ,good comforter and decent strong shower .
Always a pleasure that the staff are very attentive during my stay. It made a huge difference and a relief that the room did not smell of smoke this time as sometimes other guests may sneak a smoke .. so does travel through the ventilation system . The staff and makes me feel safe too as a female traveler. Neighbourhood has lots of Chinese food options and fresh fruit etc. it’s close by subway to the airport and hongqiao station so you can avoid traffic . Expect 20-30 mins away so it’s great .

GGuest UserAmazing hotel and probably my favourite hotel by far!
Location: conveniently located next to a metro station (can be a bit of a trek after getting off the metro but there’s a shortcut via the mall next to the hotel that takes you up escalators without having to take the stairs to get up from inside the station). Very close to Yuyuan Rd and a lot of different food options nearby. There’s also a couple of large malls a short walking distance away.
Room & Facilities: personally really loved the interior design and layout of the room. Perfect room size for solo travellers, has all the amenities you need. The bedding and pillows are a huge plus - they are so comfy. The hotel provides two bottles of drinking water, but they tend to top up to four if you’ve used them all up. Four tea bags are also provided. The hairdryer, kettle and iron are nice brands and well kept. Reception will ask if you need toothbrush and toothpaste upon checking in, they are also topped up when housekeeping comes around. The toiletries brand used also smells really nice.
Service: staff are all nice and friendly, very welcoming, no hassles at all.
Only downside (not too much of an inconvenience though depending on personal preference): you need to pick up food deliveries by yourself by heading downstairs - two sets of lifts: one down to the reception and another one down to the entrance lobby.
Didn’t get to try the restaurant or use the fitness room this time around but will definitely be back!!

LLucaThe hotel is well located and it's just a step out to Yuyuan Road. The decoration style is also very unique and I really like it. Especially, the receptionists, Lilian and Rita, are very warm-hearted and generous. They deserve praise and are also very gentle. They answered many of my questions. Thank you. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Shanghai next time.

AAnonymous UserNot a bad location. Short walk to the subway station and plenty of stores nearby. The hotel isn’t the most sanitary - there were mosquitos in the room and a used cotton tip on the floor. For the price, the room was also unexpectedly small but at least there was a window.

XXue ErExcellent location within 1 minute walk from Line 10. Rooms are small but works if u spend most of the time outside. There are no lifts in this hotel so expect to climb stairs. I originally got room at 3rd floor but the ventilation is poor so I changed to 2nd floor which is great (lesser stairs too). Overall good experience, will come back!

AAnonymous UserThe service is very good, very close to the neighborhood of the net red spot around Anfu Road, it may be more convenient to take a taxi, because there is a distance from the 2nd and 11th subways, and it takes10-15 minutes to walk. Hotel facilities are old, the room is not very soundproof, two mornings are awakened by the sound of the corridor, overall the price is quite high, more suitable for special forces travel young people

GGuest UserI was on a business trip near Jing'an Temple in Shanghai, so I was looking for accommodation nearby;
The hotel is on Xuanhua Road, relatively close to Jiangsu Road of Line 2, about a 5-minute walk;
There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, making it more convenient to eat and buy things;
It can only be said that land is at a premium in Shanghai. The hotel room space is not much larger than the bed, but the bathroom is somewhat spacious;
It is close to the street and has a small window on the west side. You will hear the sounds from the roadside, but it does not affect it;
The location is convenient, the hygiene is pretty good, but the comfort level is not to mention.

GGuest UserThe transportation here is quite convenient. It is very close to the subway station. It only takes three or four minutes to walk there. When I arrived, I found out that there was no breakfast. The staff Xiaoxiong said that there are breakfast shops nearby. This is quite convenient. There is a supermarket on both sides, which is very convenient for shopping.

GGuest UserIt's very close to the subway station, a 2-minute walk away. It's very convenient to go to the Bund Nanjing East Road, and it's also convenient to take the high-speed rail home. The surrounding area downstairs is convenient for eating and drinking and has a fireworks atmosphere. The lady at the front desk is very attentive.
