This time, we chose the A.T.HOUSE Jiadi Hotel in Xujiahui, Shanghai, for our family trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. We stayed in a Deep Sleep bedding king-size room, and the mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, with new and complete facilities. The staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and requests were handled promptly. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas have a great ambiance. The room was spacious, and the attention to detail was impressive, making it very suitable for families. Overall, we were satisfied with everything, and it offers good value for money. We will definitely prioritize this hotel next time we visit Shanghai and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Yishan Road Metro Station. Directly opposite the hotel is the 1931 Shopping Mall, featuring Freshippo and various restaurants. It's also very close to the Xujiahui commercial area, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms are typical of a chain hotel, but overall they are clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, enough to have something different for five days straight. The biggest highlight is the self-service afternoon tea available from 2 PM to 7 PM, with a great selection of cakes, cookies, milk, porridge, and more.

This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

I had an amazing 5-star stay at CitiGO Hotel Shanghai Xujiahui and would highly recommend it to all travellers. The location could not be better, situated right in the bustling Xujiahui district. It is within walking distance of Xujiahui Park, Xujiahui Library, Meiluo City and Grand Gateway Plaza. You can easily take a short trip to the iconic Wukang Building, and the subway station is nearby for trips to other Shanghai attractions. The hotel environment is stylish and peaceful despite being in the city centre. The whole property is spotlessly clean, with meticulous cleaning in every corner of the lobby and guest room. The room facilities are modern and well-maintained, featuring comfortable bedding, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and great shower equipment. The hotel staff provided warm, efficient and thoughtful service throughout my check-in and stay. They responded quickly to my requests and offered helpful local travel tips. This hotel combines convenience, comfort and great value. I will definitely choose CitiGO Xujiahui again on my next visit to Shanghai.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a KFC downstairs, so the location is great. The room was spacious with a large window, and both the bed and bathroom were quite clean, though the facilities looked a little dated. Deliveries might be brought to your door by a robot, or you might have to go down to the lobby to pick them up yourself. The hotel service was very attentive, but there's no laundry room. The convenience store downstairs is for internal company use and not open to the public.

The room facilities are brand new. The hotel offers free afternoon tea and coffee, and the lobby is spacious. It's quite close to Shanghai's attractions, and getting a taxi is very convenient. The front desk service was excellent; they waited for us by the road for a long time when we were rushing to catch our train and didn't have time to get our luggage. They were very warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, and the XiaoDu smart assistant made everything intelligent. I highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

Extremely convenient for concert-goers as it's a short walk from the stadium, making the return trip worry-free. The hotel environment is quiet, and the room was spotlessly clean. Front desk staff member Xiao Chen provided warm and thoughtful service. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling, the location is unbeatable.

I had to go to work and see a doctor during this trip, and it happened to coincide with a typhoon, so I chose this hotel again. After all, it's close to both my company and the hospital. I checked in around 3 PM, and the lovely front desk staff, Xiao Yu (if I remember correctly), kindly upgraded me to a Business King Room for free. With the Xuhui consumption vouchers applied, two nights cost just over 900 yuan. Although breakfast isn't included, it's a pretty good deal for this location. The room was spacious and bright. Due to the heavy wind and rain outside, I didn't go out for dinner, so I tried the hotel's room service for lunch that day. I had eight large pork and vegetable wontons (last picture). The wrappers were delightfully smooth, and the chili sauce served with them suited the Shanghai palate perfectly – not unpleasantly spicy. The room service was also quick, and after finishing, a quick call had them come to clear the dishes, which was incredibly convenient. If I had to mention any drawbacks, there was a plastic wrapper from a used toothbrush stuck to the side of the bathtub from the previous guest. Also, one of the bedside table drawers wouldn't stay closed; every time I'd shut it, it would slowly slide open again (second to last picture). Other than that, there were no major issues. The hallway was very quiet. Overall, this hotel provides standard five-star service. I plan to try their executive building next time if I get the chance.

Great location, right in the French concession area which in my opinion is the best neighborhood to stay in Shanghai. It’s also a 3min walking distance to the subway station. The room was clean and spacious. The design reminded me of a spaceship cabin. The staff speak good English and was always willing to help. Especially ms Yang! Very grateful to her for her help and kind attitude throughout my stay 🙏 Will definitely come back again and recommend my friends
