Our stay was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we slept soundly. The robot delivery service was a real time-saver, and having self-service laundry, a dryer, and a garment steamer available was a huge plus. The location is super convenient for shopping and getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I focused on taking pictures of the food. The breakfast was quite rich, and they also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack when we checked in. We weren't expecting much from the hotel, so this level of service made us very satisfied. The toiletries were great: a Dyson hairdryer and Natura Bissé products. All very pleasing, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well done. However, my room's bathroom didn't have a sliding door, so it felt a bit cold when I stepped out of the shower cubicle. At first glance, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but a closer look revealed areas that could be improved. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile whenever we passed them in the hallway. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit.

This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

Recommended by a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is. The room was quite spacious. The location is also very convenient, close to Longhua Temple and Longhua Hui. You can take a direct bus to Xujiahui, Grand Gateway, and Metro City. It's definitely worth recommending, and I'll stay here again next time.

The facilities are top-notch and really well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Plus, the location is super convenient for transport and dining. Xiao Hai at the front desk was absolutely amazing – impeccable service from check-in to check-out! Hope the hotel keeps up the great work!

Always a good stay, as usual. When I took a shower in the afternoon, the hot water was a bit slow to come on at first, but after letting it run for a bit, it was fine. I drink a lot of water, and the front desk was happy to give me a couple more bottles when I asked. Also, I left something behind in the room, and they found it during check-out and helped me out. Communication and even helping to ship a package were all excellent.

This Atour Light S hotel really nails the black, white, and grey aesthetic. The rooms are well-equipped with great soundproofing. They also have excellent facilities like a gym and laundry area. It's super close to the Shanghai Stadium, making it my top choice for accommodation when attending events. The restaurant's breakfast is delicious, especially the lychee honey water, which is really good. The service is also great. I always choose this place when I visit.

The hotel's location is right next to Shenzhen's main road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around by taxi or subway. The room layout was well-organized and spacious, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The staff were prompt and patient in responding to our needs. My entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. I definitely have to give this hotel a five-star rating!
