The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, and they even offer complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a thoughtful touch. The service staff is enthusiastic and welcoming. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I recommend staying here.

I focused on taking pictures of the food. The breakfast was quite rich, and they also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack when we checked in. We weren't expecting much from the hotel, so this level of service made us very satisfied. The toiletries were great: a Dyson hairdryer and Natura Bissé products. All very pleasing, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well done. However, my room's bathroom didn't have a sliding door, so it felt a bit cold when I stepped out of the shower cubicle. At first glance, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but a closer look revealed areas that could be improved. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile whenever we passed them in the hallway. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit.

The front desk staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service; they even proactively helped securely store a forgotten item, handling the situation with great care. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable, offering good value for money. I highly recommend it.

This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to a subway station and a mall, offering tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's really well-suited for young travelers. The breakfast hours are great, and they even offer complimentary late-night snacks. You can also grab free soda and Coke at the front desk, plus there's coffee available. The front desk staff are all wonderful; they resolve any issues promptly. I'm really grateful for their service, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanghai.

Honestly, the hotel is really nice and worth the price. It’s clean, we haven’t seen any bugs, and it’s very quiet. The metro station is also really close, which is probably the best thing about it. The staff are very friendly too. There’s a robot that delivers food to your room, and they also allow you to receive your online orders there. There’s a small shop right next to the hotel that stays open 24/7, so you can get anything you need from there. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator, because it’s a bit inconvenient when you bring juices or food everything gets warm because of the heat.

While the hotel's pricing isn't low, the quality certainly matches it. The facilities, environment, and service were all great, and they even upgraded my room. The location in Xuhui District is also excellent, with convenient transportation, and the few restaurants I randomly tried nearby were all hits.

The stay experience was excellent! Xiao Zheng's service was efficient and professional, proactive and thoughtful. She anticipated guest needs and communicated in a gentle and polite manner. Beyond standard service, she added many heartwarming touches, treating guests sincerely and patiently, perfectly showcasing the hotel's high-quality service. The hotel's location is superior, and the environment is elegant. Coupled with such excellent front desk service, it's definitely worth returning!

I had to go to work and see a doctor during this trip, and it happened to coincide with a typhoon, so I chose this hotel again. After all, it's close to both my company and the hospital. I checked in around 3 PM, and the lovely front desk staff, Xiao Yu (if I remember correctly), kindly upgraded me to a Business King Room for free. With the Xuhui consumption vouchers applied, two nights cost just over 900 yuan. Although breakfast isn't included, it's a pretty good deal for this location. The room was spacious and bright. Due to the heavy wind and rain outside, I didn't go out for dinner, so I tried the hotel's room service for lunch that day. I had eight large pork and vegetable wontons (last picture). The wrappers were delightfully smooth, and the chili sauce served with them suited the Shanghai palate perfectly – not unpleasantly spicy. The room service was also quick, and after finishing, a quick call had them come to clear the dishes, which was incredibly convenient. If I had to mention any drawbacks, there was a plastic wrapper from a used toothbrush stuck to the side of the bathtub from the previous guest. Also, one of the bedside table drawers wouldn't stay closed; every time I'd shut it, it would slowly slide open again (second to last picture). Other than that, there were no major issues. The hallway was very quiet. Overall, this hotel provides standard five-star service. I plan to try their executive building next time if I get the chance.

Great location to explore different parts of the city. Many places for baozi arround, together with coffee joints, which we appreciated a lot. We enjoyed the cosy front tarrace in the evenings and the city buzz around. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned to our satisfactuon. In addition, we very appreciated free of charge water in the room. All in all, we would come again.
