The room was on the small side but very clean and new. I couldn't figure out the drawer safe worked though. I really liked how firm the bed was, much firmer than the usual marriott bed. Housekeeping was superb i couldn't figure out how they did it but I'll go to breakfast and come back and they'll be done. Gym was very decent, free weights went up to 25kg, cable stack and smith machine. I didn't try the indoor pool. But using the pool shower room that was big and clean was very welcome as my check out was long before my flight. Breakfast has a live noodle station where you can top up your own ingredients. Otherwise its pretty standard.

This hotel is located in Xuhui District, and its location is absolutely fantastic—convenient for getting anywhere. The room gets great natural light, the bed is very comfortable, and the hygiene details are well taken care of. The butler's service is gentle and polite. Overall, it's quiet and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a warm and welcoming hotel while on a business trip. The staff were friendly from the moment I walked in, the room was meticulously clean, and the facilities were comprehensive. When I encountered small issues, the front desk patiently helped me resolve them. It's not a luxury hotel, but you can feel the thoughtfulness in every detail, which really helped alleviate my travel fatigue. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's good!

Came for a concert, and I was extremely satisfied! Everyone should stay here! It's only a 20-minute walk back after the show. The room was very clean, and the front desk lady even helped upgrade my room type (and she's also very pretty, by the way ^··^). All the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and friendly; they even gave me a nail clipper when I broke a nail. And the delicious scallion pancakes at breakfast were so good, too! I'm completely satisfied! I'll definitely be back next time!

I was there from 1-6 Aug. Service is excellent! From service desk they are wonderful. Our chambermaid has been very attentive, she would clean our room when we are out within her schedule and she provides us the toiletries and water we need on a timely basis. She’s friendly, service oriented and helpful! Front desk is also very accommodative and service oriented. They are always looking out for us like storing our luggages and other requests in a timely manner. The security also looks out for our grab car and help us with luggages. Personally, I love the soft drinks concept teh hotel have, quietness and cleanliness. Thanks, Joya hotel! Hope to come again!

I stayed here for a concert. It's not too far from the stadium, and the transportation is very convenient, with a subway station right opposite the hotel. I booked a triple room with two 1.35m beds and an extra 1.1m bed, which was perfectly sufficient for three adults. The room wasn't huge, and it felt a bit cramped with all the beds, but it was clean. The faucet at the sink could use some improvement, as water splashes everywhere when you wash your hands. Also, the overhead shower in this room had issues; the water pressure was low and it kept fluctuating between hot and cold. The handheld showerhead, however, was good and had strong pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the food tasted nice with good quality.

The location is great, with many streets to explore and plenty of restaurants and bars to relax at in the evenings. The hotel itself is a beautiful old villa. The room was quite clean, though the daily cleaning could be a bit more thorough – dust on the windowsill and a paper ball under the table stayed there throughout our stay. I wish they'd clean the shower drain of hair daily; after two days, it started to clog. Since it was late and my child was asleep, calling for service wasn't convenient, so I had to deal with it myself. Otherwise, the hygiene was decent. The service was good; toiletries were delivered promptly, and the staff was very friendly. Despite being an older building, the room had no strange odors, which was a big plus. I'd definitely recommend it and would choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Booked this hotel for a concert at Shanghai Stadium, and it's quite close, just a 10-minute walk. It's a new hotel with excellent soundproofing. The room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. There's even a dedicated small walk-in closet, and the service was very thoughtful. I'll definitely book here again next time I come for a concert.

Came to Shanghai with my wife, parents, and child—a family of four. I specifically chose this Airbnb because we needed to visit Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Full marks, highly recommended!

My stay exceeded expectations! The hotel design is elegant, and the room was spacious, bright, and spotless. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering local tips. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the metro station and commercial areas. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. It was a perfect stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again!
