When I travel, cleanliness and comfort are always my top priorities. My stay at the Orange Hotel this time was fantastic. The front desk staff were warm and highly efficient, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors. I appreciated the smart assistant (Xiaodu) and robot services. I stayed here during an academic visit to Shanghai University, which is walking distance away from this hotel. The hotel is very new, and the room is in excellent condition. My recent hotel stay, booked via Ctrip, far exceeded my expectations! The entire process from booking to check-in was seamless. I quickly received a confirmation email after booking, which also included detailed transportation instructions. This was incredibly helpful for someone like me visiting the city for the first time.
The hotel lobby was spacious and brightly lit, with a very stylish design. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, and check-in was completed in less than 3 minutes. She even proactively offered to help with my luggage and escorted me to the elevator. The room was even more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, like sinking into a cloud. The air conditioning heated up quickly and was completely silent, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep.
The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation. Hot water was instant, and the toiletries were from a reputable brand, which was reassuring to use. What I loved most was the small sofa by the window. Sitting there in the morning, basking in the sun with a cup of coffee, was simply divine.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the commercial district, making it very convenient to return after an evening of shopping. There are also several highly-rated local eateries nearby. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including freshly made wontons and noodles. The fruit was also very fresh, leaving me completely satisfied. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me some local specialty snacks as a farewell gift. What a thoughtful touch!
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

MM388804****I came to visit my relative and found a Hanting Hotel nearby. It was newly opened and the price was very affordable. The rooms all had floor-to-ceiling windows and were large. The TV could project the screen and the front desk service was also very good. There were not many restaurants nearby, but there was a restaurant in the hotel, which provided breakfast and had free parking, which was really convenient.

Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart.

The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already.
I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel.
Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me.

There are many places in front and behind, which allows me, a novice driver, to park the car without effort. When I entered the lobby, I saw a very imposing European-style decoration. The girl at the front desk greeted me with a smile, which made me feel better. The most impressive thing was Comrade Xiaojie. After quickly helping me check in, she introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment and sent me to the elevator. It was very considerate. After entering the room, I felt that the floor was not too high. They only had 13 floors at the highest. I lived on the eighth floor, but it was okay. It allowed me, a person with sleep disorders, to sleep well at night. I thought it would be noisy next to the road, but later I found that it was indeed very quiet when the windows were closed. There are few cars on this road. It is a very suitable place for living. It is comfortable. Their breakfast variety is a bit small. I stayed for two days and found that their vegetarian breakfast dishes did not change much. I hope they can improve it. Different dishes every day can satisfy us who have lived for many days. The in-room toiletries were Ailipes, a premium niche brand that my kids particularly enjoyed. This hotel is definitely worth recommending and completely exceeded our expectations.
