My experience at Atour was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and efficient. The subway station is just about a 500-meter walk away, and they even offer complimentary hot congee late into the night. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The self-service laundry room is very practical, with staff even helping to wash and fold your clothes. Plus, it's conveniently located not far from the main attractions.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. It's also great for families traveling with children.
Suggestions: Two pillows for a double bed felt a bit sparse; four would be much more comfortable. Also, adding a clothesline would be a great convenience, especially for hanging personal towels and other small items.

We very much enjoyed our stay.
Only have one remark and that is the missing seating facilities in the large lobby.

I stayed at this hotel first time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from perfect. The rooms were poorly maintained - on several occasions, I was given rooms with peeling walls and visibly dirty bed headboards. While I could overlook the walls, stained headboards are simply unacceptable for a hotel.
To their credit, the hotel eventually upgraded my room after three complaints, but it shouldn’t take so many requests to get a clean, presentable space.
The lobby (first floor) is stunning, with complimentary drinks and an elegant atmosphere. It set high expectations, but the rooms didn’t match - they felt neglected in comparison.
I hope management pays more attention to room upkeep.

Lobby was always crowded - it could be because of some ongoing corporate event.. But it lessened the experience, due to the crowds and no availability of empty seating at lobby level.
The car entrance to the hotel is good.. But the exit is very narrow and crowded due to parked delivery trucks, garbage bins etc. My DiDi had to navigate quite a bit to get out of the hotel and get on our way..

The in-room experience was fantastic. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-designed with a wet/dry separation. Plus, they were sparkling clean! 👍👍

🥲 **The only slight drawback:** There's no smart service robot. If you order takeout, you'll have to go downstairs yourself to collect it from a table just outside the hotel entrance.

The Wujiaochang area boasts excellent transportation links, with Metro Line 10 providing direct access to Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station. The surrounding area is a bustling commercial hub, featuring major shopping malls like Bailian, Hopson One, Wanda, and Printemps. Hopson One, in particular, offers great convenience for shopping and dining. The hotel is also conveniently located near several universities, including Fudan University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics; Tongji University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University are also easily accessible via Metro Line 10.
The hotel's facilities are quite new. However, the interior design had some functional shortcomings. For instance, the bathroom door's proximity to the toilet is awkward; a sliding door would have been much more practical. The placement of the washbasin mirror directly facing the bed is also problematic, as it can disrupt sleep, especially when the lights are on. Furthermore, the lighting design is overly complex, with switches scattered inconveniently throughout the room, making them cumbersome to use.
Overall, the facilities are very new and stylish. These are my personal observations after staying for several days.

Meiyi Hotel Wujiaochang (Fudan Management School Branch) in Shanghai is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right near the metro station and conveniently situated next to shopping malls and universities. Our room featured panoramic windows, smart controls, a truly comfortable mattress, and the bathroom details were excellent. The staff provided incredibly warm and welcoming service, and the 24-hour book bar and gym were practical and much-appreciated amenities. We'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for our next visit!

I thought that for more than 300 yuan a night, the room should not be so small. It might be just right for one person. We are two people. If we hadn't been attending a wedding nearby in the evening, we would have canceled the stay. Fortunately, we only brought a small suitcase... There were no napkins, only small rolls of poor quality... Anyway, I was disappointed and regretful. The only thing I was satisfied with was the service attitude of the front desk and the location. It is close to Line 10, about a 10-minute walk.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel with friends for a trip to Wujiaochang. It's a great value for money in Wujiaochang, and the price is very reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They delivered our takeout directly to our room and even gave us a few extra bottles of mineral water. The service was excellent! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I finished my laundry that night and didn't want to go pick it up, so I called the front desk. The staff brought it to my room and thoughtfully folded it. It exceeded my expectations. The room was also very clean. The staff greeted me warmly in the hallway. It's about 500 to 600 meters from Wujiaochang Station (Line 10), making it very convenient. There are several large shopping malls nearby, including Heshenghui, Wanda Plaza, Printemps, and Bailian Youyicheng, with plenty of places to eat, drink, and have fun. It's a great choice.
