A good hotel for a long stay. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket and metro nearby. It takes 40 minutes by metro to get to the center of Shanghai. The room is as shown in the photos, nice and cozy. There is everything you need: kettle, fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel. We talked through a translator at the reception desk, as there was no English, and we don't know Chinese. If living in the center is not a criterion for choosing a hotel, then this option is very good.

The staff were really helpful with our requests and the free food and drinks provided in the lounge made the space really welcoming and hospitable. The rooms were clean and looked new. The location was just nice as we were walking distance from the train station with several malls around it. It was easy to get around and the hotel itself was easy to find. Overall a lovely stay for our first visit to Shanghai and we’ll definitely book here again.

We stayed here twice! The first time was a quick one night before our trip to other areas. The reception was very nice and set us up right away for early check in. We were offered some snacks including mixed nuts and fruit. When we left, the hotel stored our luggage for about a week until we came back. The front desk speaks English well, so if you're not comfortable with mandarin, you are in good hands.
The rooms are modern and clean, the space was sufficient for us to open three luggages to pack and unpack. The beds were comfy and relaxing. We also appreciated the Dyson hairdryer!! The cleaning was done daily and swiftly, there are no weird odours at all.
When ordering take out, the little robot will go up to your room, it's very convenient if you've had a long day! We did not have a chance to use the fitness centre but there is a good amount of machines and weights to do a quick workout. The laundry and dryers are not free but work well, we had no issues when doing our laundry.
Overall, I would stay again (and already have) if I'm in the wujiaochang area. It's close by to the subway and to busses and there is plenty of food within a quick 5 minute walk in the area.

😊The stay experience exceeded expectations.
When I was on a business trip, I wanted to find a hotel with a good location and close to the subway station. The location was easy to find. After checking in, the hotel staff was very friendly. Although it was above an office building, there were two doors on the floor, which was very safe.
To be honest, the hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is very good. Clean and tidy. Some hidden corners are also very clean.
For business trips, people who have requirements for hygiene, safety, and location, it is indeed a recommended hotel.

Check-in was fast. I would like to give special praise to Vivian Ding, who is good-looking and has a good service attitude. The room is large and clean. It has a refrigerator, wardrobe, safe, bathtub, etc. Robots deliver supplies, but no takeout. You can see the Oriental Pearl Tower. The soundproofing is very good, and I slept soundly. The breakfast of Marriott Group is OK.

The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. They are located in the downtown area of Yangpu District, surrounded by universities and very close to Wujiaochang Business District. It takes more than 20 minutes by bus to get there.

It's really nice. The environment is elegant and in the old Shanghai style. The waiters are very polite and friendly. They greet each other when they meet. The details are very detailed. The decoration includes toiletries. The shower head is also very powerful and the water is very strong. In summer, cold drinks and tea are prepared at the elevator entrance.

The room was clean and clean, the bathroom was dry and wet without a leaking gap, the service staff was polite, the curtain gap, the light and darkness were excellent. It is very important to go out and rest, so choosing a suite, sound insulation is originally very good. But there is a building next to it that is being demolished. Even if construction starts at less than 8 o'clock on Saturday, this is not compliant. The state stipulates that high decibel construction projects are not allowed to start on Saturdays and Sundays. The hotel should communicate with the construction party and propose rectification measures, and the drilling sound is too loud! It really noisy us to rest.

GGuest UserI had a good 4 nights' stay at the Pagoda Wujiaochang. Checkin / checkout was a breeze. The room is impressive - clean and comfortable with anything one may need in a hotel. The bed is soft and comfortable which is essential especially for a business traveller. Takeaway deliveries are sent up to the room by robots. And the location near the stretch of restaurants along Daxue Road and the train metro access nearby is also a plus. Overall, very good experience. Thanks.

LLiwenI extended my stay in Modena by Fraser at Wujiaochang because I had a good stay here. This is my second review of this place, which should be read with my first review. My first review (one of the first three reviews of this place) forgot to mention about the breakfast, room price, and to provide photos. These will be covered by my second review now. First, about the breakfast. This place is so new that the breakfast comes in a set meal bento box delivered directly to your room by a robot at a time of your preference. The breakfast dining area was not yet open for meals during my stay so I was unable to try or review it. But Leo from the hotel says that the dining area should open sometime next week. In any case, the seat meal breakfast was filling and decent as an interim breakfast solution. Second, the room price. I paid around CNY 512 per night, breakfast being complimentary. I find this to be value for money. I enjoyed the facilities of the hotel/service apartment, especially the in-room washer and dryer, which is very convenient. Many other hotels do not have a washer and dryer in the room itself, but this place does. Third, the photos. These will show that the room provides a good amount of storage space for clothes, shoes, and more. The mirror in the bathroom has its own light and defrosting function: I found it useful! A modern table lamp is provided on the desk for work. That lamp has a wireless charging pad. Other wired charging power outlets are placed around the room, including USB-C and USB-A outlets.

GGuest UserThe air conditioner can't be turned on. It's freezing cold. I was freezing all night. The sound insulation is very poor. I can hear the sound of cars at night and the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms during the day. Everything else is ok.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was good. The room was really nice, looking large and very clean. The maid did a good job of cleaning. I chose the smart model, which was called through Xiaodu. I tried it all and it can control the curtains, TV power on and off, the smart toilet, and the lights. Overall, it's OK. 😄 There's food and drink downstairs, which is quite convenient. I didn't realize there's no shortage of food around here until I stayed at this hotel. Hahaha. 😂 There are convenience stores and large supermarkets not far away. There's a bus at the door that can take me to wherever I want to go.
