Shanghai Minhang District Hotels

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. The housekeeper called in advance to inquire about the check-in preferences. The room was booked for my family. The check-in was also very good. The service was quite detailed. The transportation was convenient and it was easy to go out. The hotel booked for my parents was communicated in advance to be quiet. Later, although it was adjacent to Caobao Road, the double-glazed glass installed had a good sound insulation effect. My parents rested well. They said the breakfast was rich and delicious. There are many shops nearby and the bed is very comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will stay here again in the future

Simply put, the hotel is nice but the photo of the building shown is deceptive. The hotel is “underground”, looking into a ground floor courtyard. I arrived and was told my room is in B2. I had a window covered with a film looking to an indoor room. No natural light and no fresh air. Was it written in small print? Yes. Do I check if a room has a window or not when I book for this price in Shanghai and the main photo of the hotel shows a glass building? I do not. The room was nice, but the price is too high for a room without window. It’s also a maze inside- the room was so so far from the elevator I had to spend 5min staring at a floorplan to find my way. So in the most likely event you’re here for a business meeting you need to check the weather on your phone to decide what to wear. Its a nice room and hotel, but I would not come back.

The hotel seem mostly unoccupied may be it was Chinese New Year holiday time. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was mostly local cuisine yet filling. Overall, the experience was worth the fee.

The hotel is very clean! It is very convenient to stay! There is a business district nearby, and the overall facilities are OK! Special praise: Feng Dahao Bond and Hou Chaoxing Liz, the two brothers, the service is very good! They also helped to explain the route and were very enthusiastic about receiving and sending express! The overall feeling is very good, so I just extended my stay if I was going to change hotels!

It's fine hotel, but the reception can't speak English no one in the hotel can speak English, the location is a way of everything it doesn't have any thing besides it just companies and at night there is nothing no shops or any thing, it just dark area without nothing so, if you stay there don't expect to get any shops or sightseeing places you have to just back to sleep, the room was clean but they don't offer any drinks just a boiler and 2 cups.

Every time I check in, as long as there is a superior room type at the front desk, the staff will considerately help me upgrade for free, and can also delay check-out, and even give me a delicious breakfast. This kind of humanized service is rare in other hotels, and it must be praised! The location of the hotel is superb, and it is right next to the shopping mall behind it, just a few steps away. The Hema Fresh Supermarket on the underground floor of the shopping mall is super convenient for shopping, and you can easily get whatever you want to buy. When checking out, the hotel also has a warm little surprise-providing a variety of snacks and tea bags, so that I can choose freely. On the way out of the hotel, I can also taste my favorite snacks. This experience is so comfortable. And the hotel’s water delivery service is also very timely and thoughtful, and it is available on call. The service of this hotel always exceeds my expectations, and it is satisfactory in every aspect. Highly recommended to all friends who are on business trips or traveling!

The hotel is conveniently located, there is a Wanda Plaza opposite for shopping, and there is a Zhongyuan hotpot nearby that is particularly delicious😋 The guy who checked us in at the front desk and the girl who checked us out today were also very warm and considerate, and were able to meet our needs. Thumbs up for them👍

Facilities: Good facilities. I stayed in this hotel with my friends. It is very close to Qibao Old Street. There are many 🍽️food around. The sanitation is also very clean. The room is also very large. The two super king-size beds are super nice. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic. There is a cafe downstairs. I hope to stay here next time.

Hotel is located not too far away from the Hongqiao airport but not near town center. Room was very clean and pillows and bed comfortable. The hotel provides night time snack and free tea for customers. They’re also helpful to non Chinese speaking customers. I’ve a wonderful experience staying at the hotel.

I am quite satisfied with the double bed room in the hotel I stayed in this time! The bathroom has a practical design of dry and wet separation. (The decoration style is a bit like a homestay) I especially want to praise the hotel's service! When checking in at the front desk, the staff was enthusiastic and patient, and upgraded the room type for free. Any needs during the stay were quickly responded to. The souvenirs given before leaving were even more heartwarming details, making me feel the warmth of home. The geographical location is also a plus! It is a 1-kilometer walk to the International Convention and Exhibition Center, with a super high cost-effectiveness, and it is definitely a leader among similar hotels.
